This study has analyzed the present state and the effects of REITs on the share price and has presented ways to improve the system based on policy-based implications. The key conclusions of the analysis on the present state and the effects of REITs on the share price are as follows. First, the national interest in REITs is on the rise in the long term but has seen a slowdown in its growth in recent years. This indicates that people have still difficulties in getting access to indirect investment of real estate as REITs have grown in the form of unlisted private investment despite their external growth. Second, REITs focus their investment in office buildings, especially in downtown and Gangnam areas, featuring very strong clustering in terms of spatial characteristics. However, the development-oriented REITs focus on residential housings mostly in non-Seoul metropolitan area, which indicates strong potentials in provincial metropolitan cities as these REITs still keep their presence in Seoul metropolitan area. Therefore, although REITs are expected to continue a steady grow, there is a need to pay attention to their growth patterns. Third, the listed REITs are affected by macroeconomic factors, including government bonds, corporate bonds, KOSPI and land prices, and additionally by capital money as well. Although the size of capital has a positive effect on the share price of REITs but the actual size of capital of the listed REITs does not even reach the average of all commercially available REITs. This indicates that the regulations imposed on the listed REITs not only shrink the number of REITs but also make it hard to secure capital investment. All of these phenomena raise a need for improving on unreasonable regulations along with the consideration of support policies in order to ensure a sustainable growth of REITs.

Wnt/β-catenin signaling is critical for embryonic development and maintenance of homeostasis in various adult tissues, including skin and hair follicles through control of cell proliferation, migration, differentiation, and motility. To initiate the Wnt/b-catenin pathway, Wnt proteins are secreted and then bind to Frizzleds (Fz) or low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5/6 (LRP 5/6). This interaction can be regulated by several secreted inhibitors, including the secreted frizzled-related protein (Sfrp) family, Wnt inhibitory factor 1 (Wif1), and Cerberus, which bind directly to Wnt and sequester it from its receptors. The Dickkopf class also inhibits the Wnt/b-catenin pathway by competing with Wnt proteins for binding to LRP5/6. Dickkopf (DKK) proteins are secreted antagonists of the Wnt signaling molecules, which have a novel mode of action. Dickkopf1 binds to the LRP5/6 Wnt co-receptor and prevents the formation of active Wnt.Frizzled.LRP5/6 receptor complexes, thus blocking the canonical Wnt.β-catenin pathway. The DKK family comprises four members (DKK-1 to DKK-4). To date, the Wnt antagonist activity of DKK-4 appears to be indistinguishable from DKK-1, whereas DKK-3 have no effect on Wnt signaling. The biological roles of DKK-3 in the Wnt pathway remain unclear because they do not inhibit canonical Wnt signaling and DKK-3 does not interact with LRPs or Krm1/2. However, DKK-2 is more complicated. Recently, There was a report that DKK-1 has a role in hair growth inhibition as a catagen inducer in hair cycling, which leads to a decrease in final hair follicles as well as an induction of apoptosis infollicular keratinocytes This study was to evaluate the effects of Wnt and DKK affect the control of hair cycle by observation of expression pattern of each DKK during the hair cycle. Expression patterns of DKKs through in situ hybridization method showed distinct differences between each DKK.
AHP 기법을 활용한 GIS기반의 사전환경성검토 노선선정시스템 개발

The on-going pre-environmental investigation at present is performed by separate numerical analysis of each provision which makes integrated pre-environmental investigation is difficult. The application of numerical data is insufficient, which results to the deterioration of environmental investigation result`s objectivity. A lot of time and money is required for the investigation. In this study, the spacial analysis function of GIS was applied on the 8 pre-environmental investigation factors. Pre-environmental investigation GIS DMS(Decision Making System) using AHP was constructed to make integrated investigation possible through the use of investigation results for each factor. Through the use of the developed pre-environmental investigation GIS DMS and the pre-constructed GIS data, the objectivity of environmental investigation is sufficient and time and cost are reduced. Therefore, this system can be used for pre-environmental investigation during route selection in the initial stages of road construction. Through the numerical and visual data obtained from the system developed in this paper, it is easier to gain the approval of the public. Furthermore, environmental problems due to road construction can be investigated with less time and money during the initial stages of road construction.
공간분석기술을 활용한 사전환경성 검토 GIS 의사결정시스템 개발

현재 도로건설에 대한 환경영향평가제도는 대부분의 사업이 타당성조사와 병행하여 실시하지 않고 계획이 확정된 후 사업실시단계에서 주로 오염의 저감방안을 검토하고 있어 입지의 타당성 등 근본적인 친환경적인 개발의 유도에 한계가 있어왔고, 사회문제로 대두되고 있어 개발사업에 대한 사전환경성검토의 필요성이 더욱 증대되었다. 그러나, 사전환경성검토에 대한 항목이 정성적인 분석요소로 되어 있고, 개별적 검토에 의한 의사결정반영을 하고 있어 보다 합리적이고 정확한 분석결과에 의한 의사결정에 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 GIS 공간분석기술의 활용으로 보다 객관적이고 수치적인 데이터를 기반으로 한 사전환경성검토 의사결정시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 3D 시뮬레이션 기술을 활용한 도로 주행에 따른 가시권 및 경관성 분석효과를 제시하고, 최종의 최적노선 결정을 위한 통합 의사결정을 위한 경중률(Weight) 고려 및 UI를 고려한 활용방안을 제시하였다.
Zigbee 무선통신 네트워크 기반 변형측정 시스템 설계 및 개발

본 논문에서는 구조물의 안전한 관리를 위하여 진동현방식 센서를 이용하여 변형을 측정하고 Zigbee 무선네트워크를 통하여 원격 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현한 변형측정기는 진동현방식 센서를 구동하여 출력되는 신호의 주파수를 측정하여 변형을 계산하고, 변형 측정에 있어 요구되는 온도 보상을 위한 온도를 측정한다. 2축 가속도센서를 이용하여 변형의 방향을 측정할 수 있다. 개발한 변형측정기에는 보다 효율적인 모니터링을 위하여 유무선 통신 기능이 있다. 실험을 통하여 개발한 진동현방식 변형측정 시스템이 원격모니터링에 효과적임을 확인한다. In this paper, a system using vibrating wire sensor and zigbee wireless network has been implemented to monitor and manage the structure. The implemented strain controller drives vibrating wire sensor and computes strain from measuring frequency of the output signal. Temperature sensor is included to compensate strain by temperature. Using two axis acceleration sensor of strain controller can measure the direction of strain or deformation. To measure strain more effectively, wired and wireless communication function is included in this device. As results of experiments, it is shown that the developed system can be effectively applied to measure strain of the structure
