In the early stage of stroke, the symptoms of constipation, chest discomfort and insomnia may appear in addition to the general symptoms such as specific limb weakness, dysphasia, headache, dizziness etc.. We administered Daeseungkitang(大承氣湯) to the patient diagnosed with cerebral infarction by MRI. He clearly displayed the usual syndromes of stroke(實證), endogenous wind stirring in the liver(肝風內動) and acceleration of upper chest functions(上焦火盛), ascertainned by Oriental Medical methods. After treatment with Daeseungkitang(大承氣湯), the constipation, chest discomfort and insomnia improved along with improvement of general symptoms of stroke.
전기 임피던스 단층촬영 기법에서 효과적인 초기치 설정을 통한 상 경계 추정

상 경계 추정 문제에서는 초기치에 따라 그 추정성능이 달라질 수 있다. 하지만 실제의 유동 공정에서는 초기치 설정을 위한 기포의 개수와 개략적인 위치 정보를 알 수가 없기 때문에, 초기치 설정 문제는 더욱 중요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 상 경계 추정을 위한 초기치 설정을 위해 우선 차이(difference) 복원 방법을 사용하여 미지의 저항률 분포를 추정하고, 중간모드(intermodes) 방법을 사용하여 적응 문턱치를 자동으로 계산하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 기포의 개수와 초기 위치를 결정하였다. 이로써 잡음이 존재하는 경우에도 기포의 상 경계를 잘 추정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 이에 몇 가지 시나리오를 설정하고 모의실험을 통해 제안한 방법의 상 경계 추정성능을 평가하였다. In the phase boundary estimation problem, the estimation performance depends on the initial guess. However, there is no information on the number of bubbles and those positions for the initial guess in real flows. Therefore, it is very important to set appropriate initial guesses from prior information. In this paper, in order to set initial guesses for estimating the phase boundaries in two-phase flows, first, unknown resistivity distribution was estimated using the difference reconstruction method. After that, an adaptive threshold value was automatically computed using intermodes method. Based on this value, the number of bubbles and the initial position were determined. The numerical experiments have been performed to evaluate the estimation performance of the proposed method.
폐옹(肺癰)으로 진단된 기관지확장증 환자의 위경탕(葦莖湯) 투여 1례

A 69 year-old female patient with Bronchiectasis was treated. She was suffering from cough, sputum, fever, sweating, chills and general weakness. Her symptoms were diagnosed as Pe-Ong(肺癰), and she was administered Wikyung-Tang(葦莖湯). After taking Wikyung-Tang(葦莖湯) her symptoms improved. Results suggest that Wikyung-Tang(葦莖湯) is an effective treatment fer Bronchiectasis. Though, results support a role for oriental medical treatment for lung disease, further research into the effectiveness of oriental medical treatments for various lung disease is needed.
FBAR용 ZnO 박막의 열처리 온도변화에 따른 미세조직 및 전기적 특성

In this paper, we prepared high-quality ZnO thin films for application of FBAR (Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator) by using pulse DC magnetron sputtering. To prevent the formation of low dielectric layers between metal and piezoelectric layer, Ru film of 30 nm thickness was used as a buffer layer. In addition we investigated the influence of annealing condition with various temperatures. As the annealing temperature increased, the crystalline orientation with the preference of (002) c-axis and resistance properties improved. The single resonator which was fabricated at $500^{\circ}C$ exhibited the resonance frequency and the return loss 0.99 GHz and 15 dB, respectively. This work demonstrates potential feasibility for the use of thin film Ru buffer layers and the optimization of annealing condition.
Al Doped ZnO 박막의 열처리에 따른 태양전지용 투명전도막 특성

The annealing temperature effect of transparent conducting oxide film grown on glass substrate for solar cell application was studied in this paper. Using pulsed DC magnetron sputtering with 1 at% Al-doped ZnO target, TCO films were deposited on coming 7059 glass at room temperature. Al:ZnO thin films were annealed at 200, 400, Al $600^{\circ}C$ for 10 min and annealing resulted in lower biaxial compressive stress of about 1GPa and increased average crystallite size in all films. The as-grown film shows the resistivity of $1{\times}10^{-2}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and transmittance under 80%, whereas the electrical and optical properties of film annealed at $400^{\circ}C$ are enhanced up to $5{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and 85%, respectively.
이진탕(二陳湯) 가미방(加味方) 투여 후 호전된 기능성 소화불량 환자 3례에 대한 증례보고

It is well known that functional dyspepsia is one of the most common diseases. Functional dyspepsia, as defined by Rome I and II criteria, is a known and important gastrointestinal disorder. Symptoms of functional dyspepsia are postprandial fullness, postprandial discomfort, epigastric bloating, epigastric lump sensation, early satiety, nausea, vomiting, regurgitation, eruction, hunger pain, postprandial epigastric pain, heartburn, soreness and anorexia. Treatment of these symptoms are recorded in the Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑). This study is a comparative study between initial medical examination and end of medical treatment with LJTG mentioned in the Donguibogam. After treatment with LJTG, patients showed improvement in all symptoms associated with functional dyspepsia, including general condition. The results of this study suggest that LJTG is an effective treatment for functional dyspepsia.
Fault Detection and Diagnosis of Dynamic Systems with Colored Measurement Noise

측정잡음이 시간에 순차적으로 상관된 경우의 동적 시스템에서의 다중 고장들을 검출하고 진단하는 효과적인 방법을 제시하였다. 제안된 고장검출 및 진단기법은 수정된 상호간섭다중모델 추정 알고리즘을 기반으로 하며 이것은 유색잡음에 대해 자기회귀 모델을 사용하고 측정 차분법을 적용함으로써 일반 비상관 프로세스를 설계하여 상호간섭다중모델 추정 알고리즘에 적용한 것이다. An effective scheme to detect and diagnose multiple failures in a dynamic system is described for the case where the measurement noise is correlated sequentially in time. It is based on the modified interacting multiple model (MIMM) estimation algorithm in which a generalized decorrelation process is developed by employing the autoregressive (AR) model for the colored noise and applying measurement difference method.
액세스 타이밍 오차에 강한 위성 시스템 상향링크 OFDMA 기법

본 논문에서는 위성 OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) 시스템에서 사용자 간 큰 시간 동기 오차를 허용하는 랜덤 액세스 기법을 제안한다. 상향링크 시스템에서 기존의 OFDMA의 경우 사용자들 간의 시간 동기 오차로 인해 부반송파간 직교성이 파괴되어 성능저하가 발생한다. 이를 위해 사용자들 간의 동기화를 위한 '레인징'기법이 요구된다. 하지만 위성 시스템의 경우 매우 긴 왕복지연시간으로 인해 레인징 기법을 제대로 적용할 수 없다. 제안하는 기법은 ${\pm}\;1$칩 준동기 상황에서도 '0'상관도를 갖는 부호의 특성을 OFDMA에 적용하여 레인징 적용이 어려운 위성 환경에서 ${\pm}\;1$ OFDM 심벌 타이밍 오차이내에서는 MAI가 발생하지 않게 한다. We propose a new satellite OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) scheme with greatly enhanced tolerance of timing offset among the users. In uplink OFDMA systems, timing misalignment among users destroys subcarrier orthogonality and thus, it degrades the performance. In order to avoid this performance degradation, the accurate processing, so called 'ranging', is required to synchronize among users. However, ranging scheme is not available in the satellite systems due to the very long round trip delay. Exploiting the property that PSW(Propoerly Scrambled Walsh-code) code has zero correlation despite ${\pm}1$ chip timing offset, the proposed OFDMA achieves MAI free performance with the timing offset up to ${\pm}1$ OFDM symbol duration for the satellite systems.
