        한말 충청수영 객사·동헌의 위치와 존치상태 연구

        The study on the government office building in Chungcheong Suyeong(忠淸水營) is very rare. How were the Gaeksa(客舍) and Dongheon(東軒) which are representative government office buildings in Suyeong, maintained and what was the aspect of it, while passing through the upheaval period of the end of Joseon(朝鮮)? And where was the original place and was there any change in use? It is so regrettable that these subjects were not figured out yet. So I thought it is very important task to figure out its actual aspect by investigating the maintain state of the Gaeksa and Dongheon and the change of their places. So this study examined the related historical records and, based on it, analyzed "Ocheon GoonJi(鰲川郡誌)" in various view points. Through this analysis, this study could figured out the maintain aspect of the gaeksa and dongheon and the change of their places, and be able to deduce the other change of the government office building. This study could assume the places of each government office buildings by comparing this investigated result and the analyzed result of the original cadastral map in various view points. As the result of the study done by this method, this study confirmed the maintain state of the Gaeksa and Dongheon in Chungcheong Suyeong while passing through the upheaval period of the end of Joseon. And this study figured out the places of the Gaeksa and Dongheon, and be able to confirm their places by the lot number on the original cadastral map. Along with this, this study could estimate Jo(趙) family's confliction with the residents at that time by verifying the lot numbers of the Sapaeji(賜牌地) which this family received from the government. And among the names of the government office buildings, for the Jangkyocheong(將校廳) which is in dispute because of the name, this study figured out that the author of "Ocheon GoonJi" made a mistake in writing Dongheon.

        이식된 자가골의 종류와 형태에 따른 임플란트 변연골 흡수량에 관한 후향적 연구

        Introduction: This study examined the cumulative resorption of implants placed in a severely atrophic mandible and analyzed the radiologic bone resorption in the marginal bone, after an autogenous bone graft including both block and particulates that had been harvested from the ramus and iliac crest. Materials and Methods: A retrospective study was performed on patients who had bone grafts for augmentation followed by implant installation in the mandible area from 2003 to 2008. Twelve patients (6 men and 6 women) who received 34 implants in the augmented sites were evaluated. Cumulative radiologic resorption around the implants was measured immediately, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after implant installation surgery. Results: The installed implant in grafted bone showed 0.84 mm marginal bone resorption after 3 months and 50% total cumulative resorption after 1 year. The mean marginal bone resorption around the implant installed in the grafted bone was 0.44 mm after 3 months, 0.52 mm after 1 year, after which it stabilized. The implant survival rate was 97% (failed implant was 1/34). Marginal bone resorption of the installed implant in the autogenous onlay block bone grafts was 0.98 mm after 3 months, which was significantly higher than that of a particulated bone graft (0.74 mm) (P<0.05). Conclusion: An autogenous graft including block type and particulate type is a predictable procedure for the use of dental implants in a severely atrophic mandible. Implant placement in augmented areas show a relatively high survival and minimal bone loss, as revealed by a radiologic evaluation.

      • 해수냉열원을 이용한 태양열계간축열시스템의 건물냉방 적용에 관한 연구

        Paradigm depending only on fossil fuel for building heat source is rapidly changing. Accelerating the change, as it has been known, is obligation for reducing green house gas coming from use of fossil fuel, i.e. reaction to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. In addition, factors such as high oil price, unstable supply, weapon of petroleum and oil peak, by replacing fossil fuel, contributes to advance of environmental friendly renewable energy which can be continuously reusable. Therefore, current new energy policies, beyond enhancing effectiveness of heat using equipments, are to make best efforts for national competitiveness. Our country supports 11 areas for new renewable energy including sun light, solar heat and wind power. Among those areas, ocean thermal energy specifies tidal power generation using tide of sea, wave and temperature differences, wave power generation and thermal power generation. But heat use of heat source from sea water itself has been excluded as non-utilized energy. In the future, sea water heat source which has not been used so far will be required to be specified as new renewable energy. This research is to survey local heating system in Europe using sea water, central solar heating plants, seasonal thermal energy store and to analyze large scale central solar heating plants in German. Seasonal thermal energy store necessarily need to be equipped with large scale thermal energy store. Currently operating central solar heating system is a effective method which significantly enhances sharing rate of solar heat in a way that stores excessive heat generating in summer and then replenish insufficient heat for winter. Construction cost for this system is primarily dependent on large scale seasonal heat store and this high priced heat store merely plays its role once per year. Since our country is faced with 3 directional sea, active research and development for using sea water heat as cooling and heating heat source is required for seashore villages and building units. This research suggests how to utilize new energy in a way that stores cooling heat of sea water into seasonal thermal energy store when temperature of sea water is its lowest temperature in February based on West Sea and then uses it as cooling heat source when cooling is necessary. Since this method utilizes seasonal thermal energy store from existing central solar heating plant for heating and cooling purpose respectively twice per year maximizing energy efficiency by achieving 2 seasonal thermal energy store, active research and development is necessarily required for the future.

        개교증을 수반한 소아하악전돌증의 와과적 치험례

        This is to report a case of surgical correction for the mandibular prognathism with extreme open bite of a child. The downward overgrowth of the mandible was induced by gigantic lymphangioma of the. tongue which might have resulted in disruption of the entire occlusion forming extreme open bite, 21 mm in interincisal distance, as well as inability to close her jaw and lips. The lingual neoplasm was excised by the subtotal glossectomy about 6 months before coming to our department. After the precise cephalometric & model analysis with the special clinical consideration about the following growth, the rhombiod ostectomy in the mandibular body was modified with inferior triangular cut for better osseous coaptation. In reviewing this case the processes was summarized as follows and some points should be considered again. 1, Dingman`s 2 stage operation was thought to be more appropriate to this case; intra-oral indentation prior to extra-oral ostectomy in the mandibular body. 2 An acrylic resin splint embedding arch bar was of much value in fixation of fragments by circummandibular wiring and ijnt0rmaMary fixation. Pyriform aperture of the maxilla and root-completed 1st molars were d to get supplemental fixation. 3. After the orthognathic surgery the decompressed anterior teeth continued the eruption to get incisal contact in 6 months. 4. Post-operative swelling & numbness were disappeared in 2 weeks, and functional-esthetic improvement could be achieved without any noticeable complications. Therefore, even though such a mandibular disfigurement was occurred in a child, the surgical correction in the body should not be abandoned until the completion of the growth.

        새열낭종의 외과적 치험 1 예

        The brancheal cleft cyst (or lymphoepithelial cyst) is thought to arise as a result of a developmental entrapment phenomenon. This is co report a case of brancheal cleft cyst of a 18 years old female. The findings and results were as follows; 1. The cyst was alarge as 4×4×5cm3 and located beneath the ear lobe, over the sternocleidomastoid muscle, psterior to the submandibular gland. 2. Another piece of thick fibrous capsule 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.4cm3, was confirmed as necrotic inflammatory. it was considered to be related with chronic submandibular inflammation such as recurrent Pericoronitis or lymphadenitis. 3. The Cyst was lined by l thin, flattened layer of stratified squamous epithelium, and follicular lymphoid tissue was found at supporting connective tissue wall.
