        한말 충청수영 객사·동헌의 위치와 존치상태 연구

        The study on the government office building in Chungcheong Suyeong(忠淸水營) is very rare. How were the Gaeksa(客舍) and Dongheon(東軒) which are representative government office buildings in Suyeong, maintained and what was the aspect of it, while passing through the upheaval period of the end of Joseon(朝鮮)? And where was the original place and was there any change in use? It is so regrettable that these subjects were not figured out yet. So I thought it is very important task to figure out its actual aspect by investigating the maintain state of the Gaeksa and Dongheon and the change of their places. So this study examined the related historical records and, based on it, analyzed "Ocheon GoonJi(鰲川郡誌)" in various view points. Through this analysis, this study could figured out the maintain aspect of the gaeksa and dongheon and the change of their places, and be able to deduce the other change of the government office building. This study could assume the places of each government office buildings by comparing this investigated result and the analyzed result of the original cadastral map in various view points. As the result of the study done by this method, this study confirmed the maintain state of the Gaeksa and Dongheon in Chungcheong Suyeong while passing through the upheaval period of the end of Joseon. And this study figured out the places of the Gaeksa and Dongheon, and be able to confirm their places by the lot number on the original cadastral map. Along with this, this study could estimate Jo(趙) family's confliction with the residents at that time by verifying the lot numbers of the Sapaeji(賜牌地) which this family received from the government. And among the names of the government office buildings, for the Jangkyocheong(將校廳) which is in dispute because of the name, this study figured out that the author of "Ocheon GoonJi" made a mistake in writing Dongheon.

      • 인텔리전트빌딩의 에너지節減을 위한 節約方法 - 에너지節約政策 適用을 中心으로 -

        본 연구는 인텔리전트빌딩의 에너지절감을 위한 에너지절약 방법에 관한 것이다. 최근의 건축경향은 일반상업용 건물은 물론이고 공공건물과 주거용 아파트까지 초고층화하고 있다. 초고층 건물은 편리성과 쾌적성을 만족시키기 위하여 더 많은 에너지가 필요할 것이다. 또한 복잡한 설비시스템의 운영과 경제적인 관리를 하기 위해서 건물의 인텔리전트화는 당연히 필요할 것이다. 인텔리전트빌딩은 다른 일반건축물에 비하여 에너지관련 시스템이 우수하고, 에너지절약형 프로그램으로 운전하지만 그래도 에너지절감의 여지는 있기 마련이다. 따라서 에너지절약은 인텔리전트빌딩이라고 해서 예외일 수 없는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 정부의 에너지절약정책에 따른 절감방법을 고찰하여 인텔리전트빌딩에 적용하는 방법과 그 효과를 제시하고자 한다.

        증예보고 : 분절골절단술에 의한 치조악교정 4 예

        This is to report 4 cases of dento-alveolar corrections by the segmental osteotomies with a review of literatures; 2 cases of retropositioning of protruded anterior maxillas, 1 case of superior repositioning of anterior mandibular segment, and 1 case of intrusive repositioning of extruded posterior maxillary segment. The summary and results are as follows; 1. Wassmund approach, combined labial & midpalatal sagittal incision, keeps better dual vascular supply by preservation of both palatal & labio-buccal soft-tissue pedicle. However, it seems to be more difficult to gain adequate access to the superior and palatal aspects of the anterior maxilla with this procedure. Because the actual osteotomies in these area are done in a relatively blind fashion. 2. Wunderer approach of a transverse palatal arcing incision provides direct access to the planned palatal osteotomy site and excellent visulalization of the bony area that is most apt to be incompletely ostectomized. This procedure is considered to be more profittalbe than the Wassmund approach in the retropositioning when the significant superior or posterior movement is required. 3. KOle modification of anterior mandibular segmental osteotomy (a segment of bone removed during the concomitant horizontal sliding genioplasty is grafted to the space created below the superiorly repositioned alveolar segment) was useful to correct protrusion of the mandibular teeth with anterior open bite and also to reduce the height & length of anterior mandible. 4. Posterior maxillary segmental osteotomy to get superior repositioning of the extruded alveolar segment was done by 2 stage operation under the local anesthesia. The osteotomy was preceded by palatal flap approach, and 3 weeks later the surgical repositioning as completed by buccal bony cut. 2 months later, 1ower patial denture could be delivered onto the recreated denture space with uneventful prognosis. 5. Above all repositioned alveolar segments were immobilized by prefabricated palatal or lingual resin splint for 6 weeks, and therefore intermaxillary fixation was not necessary, 6. Common sequelas such as ecchymosis and swelling disappeared in 5 to 10 days after surgery, and the sensory & pulp vital response were recovered in 3 to 6 months later. 7. Radiologic examination of osteotomy site revealed definite finding of bony union in 3 months and completion in an year.

        냉방에너지용 계간축열조의 특성 해석

        In Korean, the seawater temperature of the Mid-West area in February is less than 3℃ on average, staying unchanged more than 8 days. The seawater cold thermal resource is worthwhile to be used as the stored energy of seasonal thermal energy storage for cooling and heating energy. Regarding hot water thermal energy storage, the countries in Northern Europe commercialize and develop central solar heating plants with seasonal thermal storage. Nevertheless, there is no case of research on seasonal storage and experiment of the heat source for large heating and cooling. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the temperature characteristics and discharge characteristics of seasonal thermal storage when seawater cold thermal resource is stored into seasonal thermal storage In Korean environmental conditions, and suggest the practical performance and validity of seasonal thermal storage system. A volume of seasonal thermal storage was set to 2,500㎥. As a thermal storage medium, water that features easy purchase and treatment and has large thermal capacity was used. The initial storage temperature of the medium in seasonal thermal storage was 5℃, and its storage period was 130 days. Seasonal thermal storage was buried in the earth, and the earth temperature up to 5m of earth was the earth temperature value observed by Korea Meteorological Administration. For the earth temperature of the more depth, the predicted value calculated by prediction formula was used. The temperature characteristics were analyzed by TRNSYS simulation. The discharge characteristics in the thermal storage were analyzed by CFD simulation. The calculated analysis values and characteristics were analyzed. The 100-days temperature maintenance performance of seasonal thermal storage was found to be 93%, which has almost the same as a German commercial system. Regarding to discharge characteristics of seasonal thermal storage, after stopping in discharge mode, it had immediately stable turbulent motion which was found by CFD analysis. Therefore, it is judged that the seasonal thermal storage for cooling energy is applicable to local cooling or building cooling system.

      • 해수냉열원을 이용한 태양열계간축열시스템의 건물냉방 적용에 관한 연구

        Paradigm depending only on fossil fuel for building heat source is rapidly changing. Accelerating the change, as it has been known, is obligation for reducing green house gas coming from use of fossil fuel, i.e. reaction to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. In addition, factors such as high oil price, unstable supply, weapon of petroleum and oil peak, by replacing fossil fuel, contributes to advance of environmental friendly renewable energy which can be continuously reusable. Therefore, current new energy policies, beyond enhancing effectiveness of heat using equipments, are to make best efforts for national competitiveness. Our country supports 11 areas for new renewable energy including sun light, solar heat and wind power. Among those areas, ocean thermal energy specifies tidal power generation using tide of sea, wave and temperature differences, wave power generation and thermal power generation. But heat use of heat source from sea water itself has been excluded as non-utilized energy. In the future, sea water heat source which has not been used so far will be required to be specified as new renewable energy. This research is to survey local heating system in Europe using sea water, central solar heating plants, seasonal thermal energy store and to analyze large scale central solar heating plants in German. Seasonal thermal energy store necessarily need to be equipped with large scale thermal energy store. Currently operating central solar heating system is a effective method which significantly enhances sharing rate of solar heat in a way that stores excessive heat generating in summer and then replenish insufficient heat for winter. Construction cost for this system is primarily dependent on large scale seasonal heat store and this high priced heat store merely plays its role once per year. Since our country is faced with 3 directional sea, active research and development for using sea water heat as cooling and heating heat source is required for seashore villages and building units. This research suggests how to utilize new energy in a way that stores cooling heat of sea water into seasonal thermal energy store when temperature of sea water is its lowest temperature in February based on West Sea and then uses it as cooling heat source when cooling is necessary. Since this method utilizes seasonal thermal energy store from existing central solar heating plant for heating and cooling purpose respectively twice per year maximizing energy efficiency by achieving 2 seasonal thermal energy store, active research and development is necessarily required for the future.

        개교증을 수반한 소아하악전돌증의 와과적 치험례

        This is to report a case of surgical correction for the mandibular prognathism with extreme open bite of a child. The downward overgrowth of the mandible was induced by gigantic lymphangioma of the. tongue which might have resulted in disruption of the entire occlusion forming extreme open bite, 21 mm in interincisal distance, as well as inability to close her jaw and lips. The lingual neoplasm was excised by the subtotal glossectomy about 6 months before coming to our department. After the precise cephalometric & model analysis with the special clinical consideration about the following growth, the rhombiod ostectomy in the mandibular body was modified with inferior triangular cut for better osseous coaptation. In reviewing this case the processes was summarized as follows and some points should be considered again. 1, Dingman`s 2 stage operation was thought to be more appropriate to this case; intra-oral indentation prior to extra-oral ostectomy in the mandibular body. 2 An acrylic resin splint embedding arch bar was of much value in fixation of fragments by circummandibular wiring and ijnt0rmaMary fixation. Pyriform aperture of the maxilla and root-completed 1st molars were d to get supplemental fixation. 3. After the orthognathic surgery the decompressed anterior teeth continued the eruption to get incisal contact in 6 months. 4. Post-operative swelling & numbness were disappeared in 2 weeks, and functional-esthetic improvement could be achieved without any noticeable complications. Therefore, even though such a mandibular disfigurement was occurred in a child, the surgical correction in the body should not be abandoned until the completion of the growth.

        임의적 발치-근관치료후 재식된 치아의 보존율과 예후

        Of the 136 teeth which had been examined for over 2 years(2-12.7 years; 6.7±4.3 years) following the replantatin after the extra-oral endodontic treatmet[Intentional Replantation], 120 teeth(88.2%) survived with good function, but 16 teeth(11.8%) were extracted. By the clinical and roentgenologic examination; 78 teeth(57.4%) showed successful peridontal healing without root resorption, 14 teeth(10.3%) followed by some degree of transient root resorption without any clinical discomfortness, but 7 teeth(5.1%) in progressive root resorption. 21 teeth(15.4%) were grouped as undetermined status due to some degree of mobility or uncertain root resorption.
