신용카드사의 가맹점 서비스품질 결정요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

This exploratory study examines critical quality factors of store that can give access to credit card. The procedures of developing instrument is followed by recommendations on the developing measures of marketing constructs. The results shows that service quality of store available for credit card is divided four dimensions(personal service, payment-approving service, information-providing service, problem responsiveness service). These dimensions and scales are verified through the assessment of reliability and validity. Finally, the importance of personal service is showed to be different across types of industry.
복수 신용카드 중 실제 이용카드의 결정요인에 관한 연구 -복수와 단일 신용카드 소지자의 사용행태에 관한 비교분석-

The purpose of this paper is to compare the characteristics between group that has only one credit card and group that has multiple credit cards in each stage of purchase decision making based on the literature in consumer behavior. Results indicated that (1) The number of credit cards that consumers has was affected by internal factor and reference factor, (2) depending on the number of credit cards, usage frequency, amount, and duration were differently showed and (3) inertia, point accumulation, and convenience were founded as determinants of using credit cards. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications of these findings are discussed.
특정주파수 소음제거를 위한 능동소음제어식 청각보호구 개발연구

Acoustic noise has become an increasingly important issue, especially in the industrial environment. Nowadays home and office are not exceptional, mainly due to the increase in the usage of machinery. Active Noise Control(ANC) becomes efficiently an available tool for the noise suppression with rapid advances of solid state electronics. In this study an ANC system is developed for audio headphone to work as a noise protector, so called an ear-muff. The system is developed to kill a certain frequency band noises selectively which is purposed to suppress only the dominant ambient noise such that normal numan conversation is not disturbed with wearing the ear-muff. For the purpose, an ANC design strategy is suggested and implemented with an analogue control circuit. The performance is evaluated by frequency response test, which shows well consistence with theoretical one. The results are so satisfactory that noise of 640 Hz, which is aimed to suppress, is reduced by 20db without significant distortion in other frequency band.
