투입산출 구조분해를 통한 한국 해양산업 성장기여요인 분석

본 연구는 1995년부터 2016년까지의 장기 해양수산표를 작성하여, 해양수산업의 총산출 증가에 대한 요인별 성장기여율을 국내 최종수요, 수출수요, 최종재 수입대체, 중간재 수입대체, 기술변화(국산 중간재 수요) 등으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 성장요인을 이처럼 다섯 가지 요인으로 구분하여 분석한 결과 해양수산업의 성장은 수출수요 증대가 주도하였으며, 이어서 국내최종수요와 기술변화가 주도하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 최종재 및 중간재 수입대체는 해양수산업 성장에 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 해양수산업 세부 산업 부문별로 살펴보면, 해운항만업, 선박 및 해양플랜트 건조수리업, 해양수산기자재 제조업 부문에서는 성장요인 중 수출수요 요인이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 수산물생산업, 수산물가공업, 수산물 유통업, 해양레저관광업, 해양수산관련서비스업 부문에서는 국내 최종수요 요인이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 수출수요의 성장에 대한 기여가 큰 해양수산업의 총산출 성장을 위해서는 해운항만업, 선박 및 해양플랜트 건조수리업, 해양수산 기자재 제조업 부문의 경우에는 수출증가를 위한 국제 경쟁력 강화 정책이 필요하다고 판단된다. 반면에 국내최종수요의 성장에 대한 기여가 큰 수산물생산, 가공, 유통업, 해양수산레저관광업, 해양수산 관련 서비스업, 해양자원개발 및 건설업 등의 경우에는 내수 진작을 위한 정책이 마련되어야할 필요성이 있다고 판단된다. This study prepared an input-output table for the marine and fishery industry from 1995 to 2016, and analyzed the contribution rates of five factors for the increase in total output of the marine and fishery industry: domestic final demand and export demand, import substitution for final goods, import substitution for intermediate goods, and technological change (demand for domestic intermediate goods) were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the growth of the marine and fishery industry was led by the increase in export demand, followed by the final domestic demand and technological change. However, import substitutions for final goods and intermediate goods were found to have a negative effect on the growth of the maritime and fisheries industry. Looking at the sub-industry of the marine and fishery industry, export demand was found to be the most important in the shipping and port industries, building and repair of Ship and offshore plant industries, and the marine and fishery equipment manufacturing industries. However, in the aquatic product industry, aquatic processing industry, aquatic distribution business, marine leisure tourism industry, and marine and fishery-related service industry, the final domestic demand was found to be the most important. Therefore, in order to increase the total output of the marine and fishery industry, it is judged that the first industrial group needs a policy to strengthen international competitiveness to increase exports. On the other hand, in the case of the second group, there is a need to prepare a policy to boost domestic demand.

This purpose of this study was to provide the helpful information and material for the qualitative improvement of P.E class, as the result of observing ICT material and infra establish using teaching ․ learning activities and how much this influenced between P.E course satisfaction and physical activity development. For the demonstration of this, I analyzed ICT material at Chungbuk teaching․learning support center. Also I checked course satisfaction and ohysical activity of the students before class. And then I studied the change after P.E using ICT material and teaching․learning activities for eight weeks.

Sie ergibt fer-ner, daβ das Schlafwandeln im Sinne Brochs wenig mit der allgemeinen psychologischen Bedeutung des Wortes zu tun hat, sondern nur erkenntnistheoretisch zu verstehen ist. Die sehnsuchtige Reise wird in Bildern ferner Lander, etwa eines utopischen Amerika, gezeigt. Es ist die Sehnsucht nach dem Neuen, Zukunftigen, zu dem hin die Reise ins Ungewisse fuhrt; es ist ein Losen von der Wirklichkeit, ist Suchen einer neuen Realitat. Die neue Wirklichkeit bleibt fur Esch unerreichbar. Er findet nur Abbilder, Symbole, Spiegelungen, nicht das Urbild selbst. Seine Bewuβtseinslag wird immer wieder mit Beg-riffen der Entwurzelung umschreiben. Dies laβt ahnen, daβ nach dem Durchgang durch die Phase des Schlafwandelns dem Menschen das erstrebte Ziel immer in gleicher Ferne bleiben muβ.

Students show various responses for sport's interest according to their character and hobby. Girl students are fond of baseball, table-tennis and skating. On the contrary, boy students are fond of active sports like soccer, baseball, basketball. There is a reason why they want to learn and like. Because they give priority to high value as recreation. Most students choose the sport which they have hard to experienced. In condition and interest of sport, they want to do in a free atmosphere. They hate in a regulation atmosphere. High school students are prosperous for growth and development. If they participate in physical education class with their real interest, they will work their frustration off. They can cultivate their mind not only cooperative spirit, but also physical adaptation. They will also have sociality. Through the physical education class, we will have opportunity to learn to live meaningful life. When they are grown-up, they will live wholesome citizen. We don't doubt its being true that it will improve noxious environment, so we anticipate that it will reduce juvenile delinquency.

서울시 젠트리피케이션에 관한 시론적 연구

최근 몇 년 동안 많은 관심을 받고 있는 젠트리피케이션은 주로 부정적인 부분들이 조명됨으로써 마치 도시재생에서 반드시 피해가야만 하는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 물론 부동산 시장을 중심으로 나타나는 젠트리피케이션의 어두운 측면의 결과들은 기존 원주민의 퇴출과 지역 정체성 해체 등 도시재생으로 인한 지역사회의 또 다른 붕괴를 가져왔다. 하지만 실제 도심의 재생 과정에서 나타나고 있는 젠트리피케이션은 부정적인 영향과 함께 지역경제의 순환과 원도심의 매력 강화와 같은 긍정적인 부분들을 가지고 있다. 다만 지역과 관공서 그리고 이해 관련자들이 충분한 준비 없이 시작한 도시재생사업으로 인해 미연에 방지할 수 있는 젠트리피케이션의 부작용들이 너무 쉽게 도드라지게 되었고, 이것이 젠트리피케이션에 대한 부정적 측면을 부각시켜 긍정적인 측면마저 퇴색시킴으로써 그 속에 있는 필요한 가치를 충분히 활용하지 못하는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 젠트리피케이션의 개념과 유형, 그리고 발생원인 등을 선행연구를 통해 살펴볼 것이다. 이후 젠트리피케이션에 대한 이해를 통해 젠트리피케이션의 긍정적인 측면(明)과 부정적인 측면(暗)을 살펴보고, 기존 원도심의 재활성화를 추진하는 과정에서 일어나게 되는 젠트리피케이션의 부정적 측면을 방지하기 위한 노력들과, 도시재생을 위한 전략에서 젠트리피케이션의 긍정적인 효과를 이끌어 내기 위한 몇 가지 대안을 제시하고자 한다. In recent years, gentrification is one of big issues in urban regeneration, but many people"s reaction was negative. In other words, people have been perceived as threat to urban regeneration, therefore they want to avoid that. Of course, the negative effects of gentrification brought the enforced displacement and disbandment of regional identity in the process of urban regeneration. However, the gentrification includes positive effects like a virtuous circle of regional economy and attractiveness enhance of old city centre. In the process of many urban regeneration projects, local governments and entrepreneur should conduct sufficient studies on the negative effects of gentrification, but they did not prepare for a adverse reaction. As a consequence, clouds are gathering over the gentrification in the urban regeneration for the virtuous circle of regional economy and attractiveness enhance of old city centre. This article includes the definition, types and causes of gentrification in urban generation projects of South Korea and at the same time explores the positive and negative aspects of gentrification. The article presents the prevention and protection measures of negative gentrification and strengthening policies of positive effects of gentrification.

(영상 기반) 백혈구 감별 기기 개발

본 논문은 (영상 기반) 백혈구(WBC, White Blood Cell) 감별 기기 개발을 제안하며, 기기는 영상 인터페이스, {검출, 감별}부로 구성한다. 먼저, 영상 인터페이스 부 내에, {고속, 고해상도} 산업용 카메라와 트리거(Trigger) 조명을 이용하여 백혈구 영상의 분해능을 향상 시키고, ISP(Image Signal Processing)을 적용하여, 영상을 보정한다. 백혈구 검출은 {저,고}배율로 구분하여 수행한다. (저배율 내에) 백혈구 후보를 검출한 후에, 고배율로 이동하여 최종적인 백혈구를 검출한다. 여기서 최종적인 백혈구는 AR(Artifact Cell)을 제외한 {정상, 비정상} 백혈구를 의미한다. 크로핑(Cropping)된 백혈구 영역 내에, 단일기반 영역 분할을 수행하고, (분할된 영상 내에) CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)[1]와 Random Forest[2]을 이용하여 14-클래스의 백혈구를 감별한다. 성능 검증은 TPR(True Positive Rate)방식으로, 정확도를 평가하였고, 처리시간은 (S/W 기준) 각각의 모듈 별로 측정하였다. 결론적으로, 95% 이상의 성능으로 실시간 처리가 가능함을 확인하였다.
