홈 네트워크 환경에서 디바이스는 동적으로 네트워크에 연결되고, IP 주소를 얻고, 자신의 기능을 알리고, 다른 디바이스의 존재 및 기능을 파악할 수 있다. 이런 과정 이후 디바이스는 서로 직접 통신을 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 디바이스들 사이에 대칭키를 이용하여 상호인증을 수행하는 디바이스의 안전한 검색방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 방법은 홈서버를 사용하여 홈 네트워크 디바이스들에게 대칭키를 분배한다. 이 키를 사용하여 홈 디바이스들 사이의 상호인증이 수행되어 진다. 이 것은 미들웨어의 제어하에 두 디바이스가 안전하게 통신할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. With a home network, a device can dynamically join a home network obtain an IP address, convey its capabilities, and learn about the presence and capabilities of other devices. Devices can subsequently communicate with each other directly. Device discovery protocol defines how network services can be discovered on the network. In this paper, we propose the secure discovery method of devices that uses mutual authentication with symmetric key between devices. This method that we present distributes symmetric-key to home network devices by the home server. Using this key, mutual authentication is performed between home appliances. It enables any appliance under any middleware's control to securely communicate any other appliances.

자바프로그램 분석을 위한 바이트코드 시뮬레이터

자바의 같이 객체지항 언어로 작성된 프로그램은 프로그램의 실행과 관련된 정보들과 제어의 흐름이 숨겨져 있기 때문에 분석하기가 쉽지 않다. 그러나, 자바의 겨우는 컴파일 과정을 통해 생성된 클레스 파일에 프로그램의 수행과 관련된 벙보가 포함되어 있다. 자바 가상 기계는 클레스 파일에 포함된 바이트코드를 실행시킨다. 따라서 바이트코드가 실행되는 과정을 살펴보면 자바소스 프로그램에 대해 보다 명확한 분석과 쉬운 이해가 가능해 진다. 본 논문에서는 자바 프로그램의 구조와 객체들 사이의 제어의 흐름을 이해하는데 도움을 준다. It is not easy to analyze object-oriented programs, including those in Java, Because the control flows of he program is not visible to the users. The users, however, can utilize class files to trace the process of execution, since a lot of information related on control flow are store in the control flows. A Java virtual machine can then execute the bytecods included in classfiles. It means that understanding the execution process of the bytecodes leads users to comprehend and analyze source programs in Java. We design and implement a visual tool for bytecode execution that is an efficient and powerful tool to understand and analyze source programs in Java. It can aid users to thoroughly grasp not only the structure of a program but also the flow of controls among objects.

An optical model is proposed in the white LED using phosphor and LED chip. In this paper a new model that describes the absorption rate and quantum efficiency with increasing the mixing ratio of phosphor in silicone, and the allotment of the phosphor absorption optical power in the several phosphor mixing in the silicone. Single phosphor in silicone from the optical measurement data before and after molding, the solution to get the blue optical power and the phosphor emission optical power is proposed. By these solution the absorption rate and the quantum efficiency was obtained. The model with single phosphor mixing in the silicone the validity was confirmed.

In this paper, we proposed that the problem of controlling induction motor with magnetic saturation, is studied from an input-output feedback linearization with adaptive algorithm. is considered. An adaptive input-output feedback linearizing controller is considered under the assumption of known motor parameters and unknown load torque. In order to achieve the speed regulation with the consideration of improving power efficiency, rotor angular speed and flux amplitude tracking objectives are formulated. Simulation results are provided for illustration.

소프트 에러율에 대한 박막 트랜지스터형 정적 RAM의 신뢰성

We investigated accelerated soft error rate (ASER) in static random access memory (SRAM) cells of thin film transistor (TFT) type. The effects on ASER by cell density, buried nwell structure, operational voltage, and polysilicon-2 layer thickness were examined. The increase in the operational voltage, and the decrease in the density of SRAM cells, respectively, resulted in the decrease of ASER values. The SRAM chips with buried nwell showed lower ASER than those with normal well structure did. The ASER decreased as the test distance from alpha source to the sample increased from $7{\mu}m\;to\;15{\mu}m$. As the polysilicon-2 thickness increased up to $1000\;{\AA}$, the ASER decreased exponentially. In conclusion, the best condition for low soft error rate, which is essential to obtain highly reliable SRAM device, is to apply the buried nwell structure scheme and to fabricate thin film transistors with the thick polysilicon-2 layer

교정시설의 클러스터화 (Clusterization)를 통한 수용환경 개선 연구

교정행정 및 시설 관련 선진국인 구미 각국에서는 1970년대부터 클러스터화 된교정시설의 건축 각론을 개발하고 정교화 하는 등 많은 발전을 이루었다. 교정시설의 클러스터화는 유연적인 감시와 통제가 정교화된 것으로서 저항이 적으면서장기적으로 우수한 교정효과와 함께 인간적 처우 개선을 이룰 수 있는 공간구조이다. 대한민국의 경제수준이 향상하면서 새로운 교정시설을 확보할 수 있는 충분한 여력이 확보되었음에도 불구하고 각 지역의 극심한 님비현상으로 인하여 신축부지를 확보할 수 없어서 시설을 확충하는 것이 불가능에 가까운 상태이다. 이로 인해 교정시설은 극도로 과밀화되고 낙후한 환경의 열악한 상황에 처해 있다. 교정시설의 주요 구성원인 수용자와 교도관 및 교정직원은 잠재적인 정신병의 상태에 처해있는 것으로 생각할 수 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 치유개념을 도입한 클러스터화 수용환경의 개발 및 향후 발전방안의 방향성에 대해서 고찰하는 것이다. 한국은 선진국으로 발돋움하려고 하는 상황에도 불구하고 님비현상으로 인한 교정시설의 신축이 거의 불가능한 상황에서 과밀화와 낙후된 시설로 인해 많은 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 제시된 현황의 문제점과 함께 교정관계자와 수용자의 공간을 치유의 개념으로 접근하여 한국형 클러스터화된 교정시설의 유닛개발과 클러스터화의 적용은 교정효과와 수용자 처우개선을 위해 반드시 실험되고 발전시켜야 할 것이다. From 70s’, clusterization of architectural particulars of correctional facilities has been developed as a advanced type among America and Europe. Clusterization type of correctional facilities is advanced and effective spatial structure for flexible control in the view of predictable correction and humanitarian. Despite of developing economic status, Korea has lots of problem to find enough site for building new correctional facilities because of strict NIMBY phenomenon among each sites. Correctional facilities suffers almost same and severe problems caused by over-population problem. Crime can be considered as a mental disease caused by social-pathological viewpoint, and it is also possible to try to solve to problem as psychological hospital space program and structure approach. The purpose of this study is to analyse and to focus on clusterization of correctional facilities in the viewpoint of cure-environment of living space.

CHILL 언어에 대한 도달 불능 코드 탐색기의 설계 및 구현

본 논문은 교환기 프로그래밍 언어로 사용되고 있는 CHILL 언어에 대해서 현재 개발 중인 프로그램이나 이미 개발한 프로그램의 수행 순서, 즉 제어 구조에 관하여 다양한 진단을 가능하게 하는 제어흐름 분석기를 구성하는 한 부분인 도달 불능 코드 탐색기의 구현을 통해 보다 신뢰성 있는 프로그램의 개발을 돕는 것이 목적이다. 도달 불능 코드 탐색기는 입력 프로그램 내에 있는 도달 불능 코드를 진단하여 그 결과를 출력함으로써 프로그래머로 하여금 효율적인 프로그램 작성을 돕고자 한다.

편의점 방범인증제에 대한 예비효과성 분석

이 연구의 목적은 지난해 경찰청에서 주관하여 도입한 편의점 방범인증제의 정책효과성을 예비적으로 검토하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 편의점의 점주, 직원 및 편의점 이용 고객들을 대상으로 방범인증제 도입에 따른 효과성 인식과 관련하여 평가 전후로 시기를 구분하여 총2회에 걸친 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사의 내용은 앞에서 제시한 연구대상들에게 방범인증제 시행여부에 따른 인식의 차이 및 시행 전ㆍ후에 따른 범죄의 두려움 등의 변화를 중심으로 효과를 분석하였고, 이를 통하여 경찰의 편의점 방범인증제도의 효과적 활용방안 및 확대 실시방안에 대하여 논의하였다. 편의점 방범인증제 시행 전후에 대한 예비 효과성 분석의 결과 범죄피해에 대한 두려움, 동네환경에 대한 인식, 경찰활동에 대한 인식 모두에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 범죄피해에 대한 두려움의 경우에는 특히 폭력과 강도범죄의 두려움에 있어서 큰 감소율을 보이고 있으며, 이와 함께 절도 및 일반적 범죄의 두려움도 감소한 것으로 보인다. 또한 동네환경에 대해 애착심과 안전성이 증가하고, 무질서에 대한 인식은 감소되어 긍정적인 결과로 나타났다. 경찰의 순찰활동에 있어서도 주야간 순찰활동 모두 증가한 것과 같이 느끼는 등 긍정적인 영향을 보이고 있다. 하지만 이러한 결과는 일종의 풍선효과로도 볼 수 있어서 시행직전에 이루어진 평가는 일부 시민들과 점주 및 점원들의 기대효과가 반영된 결과라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 편의점 방범인증제와 관련된 지속적인 재평가가 요구되면 관련기관에서는 이에 대한 평가시기 및 평가방법에 대한 가이드라인을 작성하여 전국적으로 비교가능한 재평가 방법에 대하여 설계하여야 할 것이다. 또한 이제 막 평가가 진행된 사항에 대해 그 효과성을 엄밀하게 측정ㆍ제시하고 향후 과제에 대해 논의하는 것은 시간적ㆍ물리적으로 적지 않은 제약이 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 향후 사업의 계속성을 유지하고 사업초기 오류 등을 점검하여 향후 좀 더 좋은 정책대안이 도출될 수 있도록 하기 위해 본 연구가 진행되었다. 향후 본 연구가 편의점 평가인증제의 지속적인 정착을 위한 기초자료로서 활용될 것을 기대하고 있으며, 또한 경찰청의 기본적인 셉테드 전략 및 시행계획을 결정하는 데 유용한 참고서가 되어, 이후 확대 실시하는 방범인증제 평가에서는 보다 체계적인 계획수립을 통하여 시민의 안전과 행복이 증진되는 계기가 되었으면 한다. The purpose of this study is to consider effectiveness of policy that national police introduced convenience store security certification system last year. convenience store security certification system applying CPTED to measure the effects of crime prevention, was surveyed owners, clerk, customer at convenience store. This study, specifically, was conducted according th the survey subjects' changes that around implement convenience store security certification system crime prevention effects. Based on this, was discussed efficient use of convenience store security certification system. The results of analysis of the fear of crime, neighborhood, environmental awareness, awareness of police activity in both positive influence. More specifically, the fear of crime and violence, especially in the case of a large reduction in the intensity of the fear of crime and to show, along with the fear of theft and crime in general is likely to decrease. Also, love for the environment and safety of the neighborhood increases, and a reduction in awareness of the disorder positive results, respectively. All day and night patrols increased even feel such as showing a positive effect. However, these results are also available in some sort of balloon effect made just prior to the implementation and evaluation of some citizens storekeeper and clerk called reflection of the expectations can be effective. Therefore, a convenience store security related certification agencies in the ongoing re-evaluation is required, since such an assessment and evaluation guidelines for how to create a method for nationally comparable design should be re-evaluated.
