        Fetal distress 에 대한 glucose 치료효과

        It has been reported earlier that a certain relation exists between the glycogen content of the fetal heart and survival of the fetus under anoxia. The effests of maternal glucose loading on fetal distress were studies in 40 cases of full term pregnancy. One group of 20 cases server as controls without infusion of glucose, and the other study group of 20 cases was given an infusion of 50ml of 50% glucose solution intravenously 1-2 hours before delivery. Following the infusion of glucose solution, changes of fetal heart rates, plasma glucose levels, CO2 and O2 contents in the cord blood and amniotic fluid pH were determined & compared with those of control group. The results were as follows; 1) The umvilical arterial glucose content at birth was lower than that of umbilical venous blood and both arteral & venous glucose levels of the study group were found to be higer than those of control group. 2) In the cases of glucose loaded fetus, fetal heart activity was improved and stabilized. In the bradycardia group fetal heart rate was increased through whole labor course, but in the tachyc- ardua group the rate was reduced to normal range. (The difference between the control group and study group was highly significant:P<0,001) 3) Fetall amniotic pH, was found to be lower in the control group than in those of glucose laded group both in normal & distress fetus. In the glucose loaded cases the pH was lower in fetal distress group than those of normal group. 4) O2 contents of the corb blood,doth arterial and venous, were slightly higher in the study group than in the control group. 5) CO2 contents od the cord blood, both arterial and venous, were lower in the study group than in the control group. Statistical difference of the umbilical venous blood between the two group was highly significant. It is concluded that the infusion of glucose to the mother during late labor period is beneficial for the fetus to overcome possible distress during the birth.

        음식점에 대한 SNS구전정보의 생동감이 수용과 태도 및 공유행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 SNS의 음식점에 대한 구전정보 글의 생동감이 소비자들의 수용과 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 수용과 태도가 구정정보가 담긴 글을 다시 재 전달하는 행동인 공유행동을 하는데 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이상의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 20세 이상의 SNS 이용자를 대상으로 페이스북, 카카오스토리, 인스타그램 등의 SNS에서 설문조사 링크를 삽입하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 2021년 02월 8일부터 2021년 02월 28일까지 20일간 진행하였고, 334명의 응답 데이터가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과, SNS 구전 정보의 생동감은 수용에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 태도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 수용은 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 공유행동에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 태도는 공유행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구를 통해 기업에서 전략적으로 SNS구전마케팅을 실시할 경우 생동감 있는 글이 소비자들의 수용의도를 높이고, 수용은 긍정적 태도를 향상시키며, 태도는 해당 정보를 다시 전달하는 공유행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 되는 것으로 나타났다. This study would investigate the impacts of the vividness of word-of-mouth information postings on Restaurant in SNS on customers’ acceptance and attitude. This study would also investigate the impacts of acceptance and attitude on the sharing behavior, the act of passing on postings that contain word-of-mouth information again. To achieve the above purpose, this study conducted a survey with SNS users over 20 by inserting a survey link on SNS such as Facebook, Kakao Story, and Instagram. The survey was conducted for 20 days from February 8, 2021 through February 28, 2021, and the data of 334 respondents were used in the final analysis. As a result of the analysis, the vividness of word-of-mouth information on SNS had a significantly positive (+) impact on acceptance while it did not have any significant impact on attitude. In addition, acceptance had a significant impact on attitude while it did not have any significant impact on sharing behavior. On the other hand, the attitude had a significant impact on sharing behavior. Through the above study, it turned out that, if an enterprise strategically conducts SNS word-of-mouth marketing, vivid postings would increase customers’ acceptance intention, and acceptance would enhance positive attitude, which in turn has a positive impact on sharing attitude of passing on the relevant information.

        국내,외 브랜드에 따른 커피전문점의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향력 비교에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to determine potential effects of service quality attained by homemade and foreign coffee shop brands on satisfaction and behavioral intentions of customers, and compare potential differences in the effectiveness of service quality between homemade and foreign brands. In order to achieve these goals, this study used sampling to select certain consumers who ever used brand coffee shops twice or more frequently in Seoul and Daegu as two metropolitan cities in Korea. And those selected respondents were asked to respond to questions about such brand coffee shops as they used recently. Next, total 245 valid and complete questionnaires were adopted and used for final data analysis. As a result, it was found that all constructors of service quality attained by homemade and foreign coffee shop brands had significant effects on satisfaction of customers. According to comparison of potential differences in the effectiveness of service quality between homemade and foreign brands, it was found that foreign brands had stronger effects of service product (What) upon customer satisfaction than homemade ones, while homemade brands had stronger effects of service delivery (How) on customer satisfaction than foreign ones. In addition, it was found that both service product and service delivery of coffee shop brands, whether homemade or foreign, had significant effects on behavioral intentions of customers. Furthermore, it was found that there was not any significant difference in potential effects of service quality attained by brand coffee shops, whether homemade or foreign, upon the behavioral intentions of customers.

        체육실기와 이론의 통합을 위한 교육과정 모형 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop physical education curriculum to integrate the practice and theory for improvement of physical education in the school. The approaches and results are following; (1) The educational and academic subjet is human movement in physical education. (2) The concept of physical education to integrate the practice and theory is $quot;sometics$quot; which means the movement objects based on body, soul and mind. (3) A knowledge used in the practice and theory physical education for the $quot;sometics$quot; is categorizd as declarative or procedual. (4) A knowledge structure model provides a rule to integrate the declarative and procedural. A cross-disciplinary approaches define declarative knowledge in the pracitice and theory. A declarative knowledge structure employs, hierarchical representation. (5) As a knowledge structure does not display the rink of the declarative and procedural knowledge, the taxanomy of goal employs the roles of integration; psycomotor domain→$quot;Skills$quot;, cognitive domain→$quot;Understanding$quot;, affective domain→Apttitude. (6) A declarative and procedural knowledge for teacher and student rinks in the concepts of body, effort, space, relationship from movement education model. Based on the above result, developing a integrative physical education curriculum model.

        스마트폰 외식관련 어플리케이션의 사용용이성이 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the easiness to use food service related application of smart phone on familarity and usefulness, that of familarity on usefulness and intention of use, and that of usefulness on intention of use. Also, it tried to identify the mediation effect of familarity between usefulness and easiness to use, and that of familarity and usefulness between easiness to use and intention of use. A survey was conducted on those who had an experience of using the food service related application in their smart phone, and who lived in Seoul/Gyeonggi, Daegu/Gyeongbuk, and Busan/Gyeongnam area. Total 266 questionnaires were used for final analysis. As a result, it was found that practicability, communication, and easiness to choose menu which were the lower level of easiness to use food service related application had a significant effect on familarity, and that convenience to use food service shops and easiness to choose menu on usefulness. Also, it was shown that familarity had a significant impact on usefulness and intention of use, and usefulness on intention of use. In addition, it was found that familarity and usefulness had a significant mediation effect between intention of use and easiness to use.

        외식업체 직원의 직무만족이 서비스품질, 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the chained relationships between a restaurant employee`s job satisfaction, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. To this end, we consulted with Korea Restaurant Association, the representative of Korean food service and were able to select as an intial sample 51 restaurants registered in Daegu branch that agreed to participate in this study. Other restaurants were also introduced to this study by participating restaurants` owners and thus a total of 100 restaurants participated in our survey. Survey was distributed to both the restaurants` customers and employees. Overall, 741 questionnaires from internal customers and 970 questionnaires from external customers were used for the final data analysis. The results showed that the employee job satisfaction had a significant direct effect on service quality but not on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, there was a significant indirect effect of job satisfaction on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through service quality. In addition, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction but not on customer loyalty. But, service quality had a significant indirect effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

        스쿠버다이빙시 잠수시간에 따른 생리적 반응의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to examine the physiological responses following SCUBA diving of experienced and novice divers. Ten experienced SCUBA divers (Mean age±SD = 23.50±1.87) and ten novice divers (Mean age±SD = 21.80±2.59) voluntered to be measured for the change of heart rate, rectal temperature, blood lactate and ammonia concentration during SCUBA diving (20 or 40 minutes, respectively) and recovery phase in SCUBA diving of 20 and 40 minutes. Heart rate during SCUBA diving and recovery phase showed a significant (P<0.05) higher values than resting values in two groups, and these changes of experienced group showed a higher than novice group. Blood lactate concentration and rectal temperature showed a significant (P<0.05) higher values from immediately to 10 minutes of recovery phase after SCUBA diving as compared to resting values. Significant increase of heart rate and blood lactate concentration in experienced group as compared to novice group could be suggested the effect of activated physiological responses on the basis of sufficient diving career. Peak values of heart rate during SCUBA diving of 40 minutes showed a higher values than SCUBA diving of 20 minutes. Blood ammonia concentration showed a significant (P<0.05) higher values in immediately SCUBA diving of 40 minutes as compared to resting values in two groups, but showed no significant difference in SCUBA diving of 20 minutes. The increase of blood ammonia concentration in SCUBA diving showed a lower tendency beyond expectations in two groups, and these tendency showed no significant effect of cold temperature during SCUBA diving of 20 and 40 minutes. In conclusion, the physiological responses following SCUBA diving were affected by diving career.

      • 한의과대학에서의 기공교육 향상을 위한 강의 만족도 조사

        Objectives : To understand the basis for future improvement and development in the lectures, an evaluation was made on the lecture by the 'theory-practice-self study' system initiated in 'Yangseng Qigong(養生氣功) and practice' at Daegu Haani University. Method : We surveyed the satisfaction of 'Yangsaeng Qigon and Practice' which is the lecture that is composed theory, practice, self study for 120 students at college of oriental medicine in Daegu Haani University. Result : In the inquiry for the satisfaction with the general class of ‘Yangsaeng Qigong and practice', 69% of students answered positively. As to the satisfaction with class grouping, 76% answered affirmatively, and as to the question "Agreement to the plan workable?", 72% said it was satisfactory, showing lectures by class grouping were made successful as planed. As to satisfaction with theory lectures, 36% were satisfied (38% unsatisfied), as to practice 90% was satisfied (2% unsatisfied) and as to the self-study and special lectures, 36% was satisfied (23% unsatisfied), showing the satisfaction was relatively higher for practice. To the question "Was it helpful in understanding hygiene Danjeon-breathing science?", 31% said yes (16% no) for theory, 87% yes (3% no) for practices, 32% yes (32% no) for special lectures, and 37% yes (28% no) for team assignments. Conclusions : The textbooks and majors of the lecturers turned out to be varied, but as seen from the result of lecture satisfaction on 'Yangseng Qigong and practice', it was different according to the preparedness of the lecturers and satisfaction with the lecture material. Despite the situation that most schools have chosen it as a major subject, the subject name was divergent among schools and the textbook and the content of practice were also not unified. At the point of globally rising interest in Qigong, this will only lead to its weak competitiveness when advancing to the world.
