Ni-Cr-Al metal-foam-supported catalysts for steam methane reforming (SMR) are manufactured by applying a catalytic Ni/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> sol-gel coating to powder alloyed metallic foam. The structure, microstructure, mechanical stability, and hydrogen yield efficiency of the obtained catalysts are evaluated. The structural and microstructural characteristics show that the catalyst is well coated on the open-pore Ni-Cr-Al foam without cracks or spallation. The measured compressive yield strengths are 2-3 MPa at room temperature and 1.5-2.2 MPa at 750℃ regardless of sample size. The specimens exhibit a weight loss of up to 9-10% at elevated temperature owing to the spallation of the Ni/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst. However, the metal-foam-supported catalyst appears to have higher mechanical stability than ceramic pellet catalysts. In SMR simulations tests, a methane conversion ratio of up to 96% is obtained with a high hydrogen yield efficiency of 82%.

The Fe-22wt.%Cr-6wt.%Al foams were fabricated via the powder alloying process in this study. The structural characteristics, microstructure, and mechanical properties of Fe-Cr-Al foams with different average pore sizes were investigated. Result of the structural analysis shows that the average pore sizes were measured as 474 ㎛ (450 foam) and 1220 ㎛ (1200 foam). Regardless of the pore size, Fe-Cr-Al foams had a Weaire-Phelan bubble structure, and α-ferrite was the major constituent phase. Tensile and compressive tests were conducted with an initial strain rate of 10<sup>-3</sup>/s. Tensile yield strengths were 3.4 MPa (450 foam) and 1.4 MPa (1200 foam). Note that the total elongation of 1200 foam was higher than that of 450 foam. Furthermore, their compressive yield strengths were 2.5 MPa (450 foam) and 1.1 MPa (1200 foam), respectively. Different compressive deformation behaviors according to the pore sizes of the Fe-Cr-Al foams were characterized: strain hardening for the 450 foam and constant flow stress after a slight stress drop for the 1200 foam. The effect of structural characteristics on the mechanical properties was also discussed.
웹 브라우저의 고속 실행을 위한 뉴 메모리 기반 캡처 기법

본 논문에서는 웹 브라우저의 사용자 응답성을 개선하기 위해 뉴 메모리를 활용하는 기법을 제안한다. 프레임버퍼에 저장된 기본 웹 페이지의 실행 화면을 뉴 메모리에 캡처하고, 이를 웹 브라우저 실행 시 그대로 복원함으로써 사용자가 체감하는 웹 브라우저의 응답성을 크게 개선한다. 또한 제안하는 기법을 뉴 메모리 에뮬레이션 보드에 직접 구현하여 그 성능을 검증하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test and verify on the interrelationship among Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in the Humidifier Goods industry. Methods: We use the frequency-analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, multi-regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis by using SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.80 as a statistical analysis tool Results: The influence of Service Quality(SQ) on Customer Satisfaction(CS) is significant and the influ-ence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty(CL) is significant. However the influence of SQ on CL is not significant. Finally, we verify that CS mediate the effects between SQ and CL. Conclusion: The Market size of the Humidifier goods industry will be increased rapidly. And then, more research and study were needed on the Service Qualty and Customer Satisfaction. Especially, we have to pay attention to the distribution channel of the Humidifier goods industry.

In this paper, a new method for identifying the joint properties from the measured FRFs of an assembled system and its substructures is presented. All of parameters of the joint system should be taken into consideration in a model for the joint, because the dynamic behaviours of the assembled system can be generally affected by all parameters at its joint. In order to comprehensively identify all parameters of joint system, a new substructure synthesis algorithm with a flexible joint model based on FRF data has been developed, and then the joint identification technique based on this new algorithm is introduced here. The validation of the identification and coupling method is conducted by using various beams combined with bolted joints. Results show that the FRFs of assembled structure can be estimated accurately by using the proposed coupling method with joint effect obtained from the proposed identification technique.
강박성 성격특성을 가진 목회자의 탈진과 상담자의 개입 연구

Passionate pastors are likely to experience burnout because of their obsessivecompulsive personality traits. It may be more desirable for a pastor to overcome the crisis of burnout than to live without burnout. It is because if a pastor is not able to manage his burnout problem properly, it may be fatal not only to the pastor himself but also to church members under his care. The objective of this study is to identify obsessivecompulsive personality traits causing pastors’ burnout and to find a direction for counselor’s intervention. We chose Elijah in the Bible as a representative person who experienced burnout, and suggested obsessivecompulsive personality traits as the causes of major burnout symptoms that he showed. The researcher’s intention to choose Elijah as a burnout model is to say that even such a great person as Elijah may experience burnout and his obsessivecompulsive personality is a major factor working behind the burnout. In order to suggest a direction of counselor’s intervention for burnout pastors, we looked for how God restored Elijah, and suggested a direction of counselor’s intervention based on the method used by God. The burnout problem is connected not only to psychological issues but also to spiritual issues. Nevertheless, this study tried to resolve psychological issues through counselor’s intervention by associating pastors’ burnout problem with their personality. This attempt was based on the report of Benner(2000) & Van Kaam(1996) that the settlement of psychological problems may be helpful to the resolution of spiritual issues and recovery. Lastly, the researcher suggested the education of professional counselors for promoting professional workshops and personal counseling and interventions to prevent pastors from burnout and to assist burnout pastors.
