본 연구에서는 고등학교 학생 및 교사를 대상으로 인공지능 교육의 효과적인 학습 자료를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 AI4K12의 Big 5Idea, 인텔 청소년 인공지능 교유과정, 국가 및 시도교육청 인공지능 교육과정을 비롯한 국내·외 인공지능 교육 관련 주요 문헌을 탐색해 교육자료 개발의 방향을 설정하고 인공지능 분야의 전문가 검토를 거쳐 프로젝트 기반 인공지능 학습 자료를 개발하였다. 개발한 프로그램은 인공지능 요소 기술을 학습에서 벗어나 인공지능을 미래를 위한 유익할 기술로 활용할 수 있도록하는데 중심을 두고 기존의 피지컬, 메이커 교육과 융합될 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 교육자료를 활용하여 효과적인 인공지능 교육이 이루어져 널리 인간을 이롭게 하는데 인공지능이 활용되기를 바란다.

This study was proposed to control algal biomass in order to improve transparency of an artificial pond, using the manipulation of a pond ecosystem. Zooplanktons isolated from natural populations were tested for their algal clearance rate. The size of two ponds were 1,500 and 2,000 m^3, respectively. Average depth of two ponds was shallow around 1 m. Fish were completely excluded from Pond-A instead of introducing zooplanktons, and Pond-B was added fish with the same condition of Pond-A. Turbidity of Pond-A was less than 10 FTU and transparency was about 1 meter depth during the experimental periods(May-Aug., 1995). In contrast, Chl-a and turbidity of Pond-B were 40 FTU and 55㎍·1^-1 and transparency was mostly less than 20 cm during summer season.
V-M 성형술을 이용한 지간구축 및 합지증의 교정 임상례

Purpose: The loss of web space is caused by congenital syndactyly or acquired burn injury, trauma or surgery. Numerous surgical procedures have been described for restoration of the web space. Local flaps are usually preferred because of the easiness to perform and tolerable postoperative outcome. Among the various local flaps, the authors introduce V-M plasty for correction of web space contracture and syndactyly. Method: From March 2007 to Jun 2008, 4 patients underwent V-M plasty for correction of web space contracture and syndactyly. V-M plasty consists of 3 distinct triangular flaps. One triangular flap is designed next to the web region on the dorsal site of the hand, whereas the remaining 2 triangular flaps are placed on the volar site. The dorsal triangular flap is then placed between the volar adjacent triangular flaps. At the end of the operation, the involved fingers or toes are positioned in abduction to avoid kinking of the triangular flaps. Result: All the patients gained web functions with good esthetic appearance without any recurrence or complications. Mean follow-up was 8 months. Conclusion: V-M plasty is a safe, easy and rapid procedure to design and apply by using local tissues without the needs for a skin graft or risk of linear scarring and recurrence. The authors advise this versatile technique both in primary and recurrent cases of web space contracture and syndactyly.

In the course of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS), mild neurological symptoms such as headache, vertigo and nausea are common. Peripheral neuropathy in HFRS is very rare. Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) is an immunologically medicated systemic vasculitis of small blood vessels affecting the skin, gastrointestinal tract, joints and kidneys, predominantly. Neurological complications in HSP include headache, focal cerebral deficit, coma, convulsion, subarachnoid hemorrhage and chorea. Peripheral neuropathy is also very rare. However there was no case report about HSP and peroneal nerve palsy after HFRS. With a brief review of the literature, we report a case of HSP and peroneal nerve palsy following HFRS.
부영양 농업용저수지인 전대지의 어류군집 및 먹이망 특성

본 연구는 부영양 농업용저수지인 전대지에서 2012년4월~11월까지 실시하였으며, 부영양화 특성, 어류 종조성 및 먹이망 특성을 살펴보았다. 전대저수지는 COD,Chl-a, TN, TP항목 모두 호소 생활환경기준 VI등급(매우나쁨)으로 나타났으며, 부영양화 단계는 과영양상태(Hyper-eutrophic condition)로, 유기물 오염 및 부영양화가 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 어류는 총 4과 9종 679개체가 출현하였고, 블루길(Lepomis macrochirus, 37.7%)과 치리(Hemiculter eigenmanni, 27.4%)가 우점종 및 아우점종으로 나타났는데, 이들은 수질오염 및 서식지의 질적저하에 대한 내성이 강한 것으로 알려져 유기물 오염과 부영양화가 심각한 전대저수지의 수환경 특성을 적절히 반영하는 결과로 사료되었다. 위내용물 분석에서 잉어과어류는 유기물 및 동물플랑크톤을 주로 섭식하였으며, 우점종인 블루길은 요각류와 지각류를 포식하는 것으로나타났다. 채집된 어류와 동물플랑크톤의 안정동위원소를 비교한 결과, 먹이이용을 나타내는 탄소 안정동위원소 비의 유사성이 동물플랑크톤과 블루길, 붕어, 참붕어,치리에서 높게 나타나 이들 어류는 저수지 내 동물플랑크톤을 주먹이원으로 이용하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 잉어, 갈문망둑 및 꾹저구는 저수지 연안지역의 유기물 및 저서생물을 주먹이원으로 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. Fish community was investigated in eutrophic Jeondae agricultural reservoir from April to November 2012. The food web structure of major fish species of Jeondae reservoir showed that due to serious organic pollution, thehyper-eutrophic condition with high chemical oxygen demand (COD), chlorophyll-a (Chl-a), total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP), as estimated by stable isotope analysis. Total of 679 individuals were collected from the reservoir, and 9 species were identified. Interestingly, Lepomis macrochirus and Hemiculter eigenmanni known as less sensitive to pollution and water quality deterioration, dominated the reservoir, and their relative abundances were 38% and 27%, respectively. Further, the analysis of the stomach contents revealed that main food source of dominant L. macrochirus was high amount of zooplankton, which includes copepoda and cladocera, while Cyprinidae species mainly consumed organic particles with zooplankton preys. Stable isotope analysis also suggested that L. macrochirus, Carassiusauratus, Pseudorasboraparva, and H. eigenmanni are major zooplantivorous group in the Jeondae Reservoir.
