Damping of Water Waves over Permeable Bed of Finite Depth

본 연구에서는 유한한 깊이의 투수층에 의한 에너지 감쇠효과를 고려한 파랑의 변형을 해석하였다. 파의 에너지 감쇠율과 상대수심의 관계식을 제시하였으며, 에너지 감쇠율을 고유함수전개법에 사용하여 투수층에 의한 에너지 감쇠를 계산하였다. 투수성이 있는 수중둔덕에 대해서, 수치실험 결과는 해석해로 간주할 수 있는 적분방정식의 결과와 비교하여 잘 일치하였다. 또한, 투수경사에 의한 반사율을 다양한 주파수에 대해서 실험하였으며, 수치실험 결과, 수심이 매우 커서 수면파가 투수층의 영향을 받을 정도가 아닌 경우에는 상대적으로 파장이 짧은 파랑일수록 투수층의 영향을 크게 받는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, wave transformation by damping due to the permeable bed of finite depth is investigated. The relationship between wave damping rate and relative water depth are presented. The damping rate is used in the eigenfunction expansion method to calculate the wave dissipation over the permeable bed. For a permeable shoal, the eigenfunction expansion model result is compared with that of the integral equation method to show good agreement. The model is also used to examine the wave reflection over the permeable planar slope of various frequency. It has been found that in general relatively short waves are more influenced by the permeability of the permeable seabed than relatively long waves unless the water depth is so large that the influence of permeable bed on surface water waves disappears.

비즈니스 프로세스란 기업의 목표 달성을 위하여 다양한 비즈니스 규칙에 의해 정의된 상호연관이 있는 비즈니스 기능의 집합을 의미한다. 이러한 비즈니스 프로세스 관리를 위해 많은 기업들은 프로세스 모델링 작업을 수행하게 되는데, 이러한 모델링 작업은 사람에 의해 수행되기 때문에 예기치 못한 이상 현상이 발생할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 이상 현상이 미리 검출되지 않고 프로세스 엔진에 의해 실행된다면 막대한 비용 및 손실을 초래할 수 있기 때문에 모델링 단계에서 이상 현상이 없도록 모델링을 하거나 모델링 도구 자체에서 미리 정의된 이상 현상들을 검출하는 작업이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 이상 현상 검출작업에 활용될 수 있도록 모델링 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 이상 현상들을 타입에 따라 분류하고 정의하였다. Business Process is a set of interrelated business functions, which are defined by various business process rule and that will lead a company to accomplishing a specific organizational goal. Many business organizations are using process modeling methods for their business process management, but mostly these methods are accomplished by Human-Based activities. These human-based activities cause unexpected design anomalies in modeling phase. If process engine executed without design anomalies detection, that will be lead to huge loss on costs. To ensure that there is no design anomalies in modeling phase and to detect anomalies of predefined actions within modeling tools are important issues in business process management. In this paper, we provide specific types of design anomalies, which can effectively use to detect design anomalies in business process modeling phase.
비용매 첨가량과 숙성시간이 폴리사이오펜 박막의 결정생성과 성장에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)을 양용매인 클로로포름에 용해시킨 다음, 용액 내에서 분자 규칙도를 향상시키기 위해서 비용매인 acetonitrile을 소량 첨가하였다. Acetonitrile의 첨가량을 조절하여 용액 내에 초기에 형성되는 P3HT 결정 생성량을 조절하였으며 숙성시간을 통해 결정을 성장시켰다. Acetonitrile 6 vol%를 첨가했을 경우, 초기에 결정 생성량이 적어 낮은 결정성의 박막이 제조되었으나, 숙성시간이 증가함에 따라 높은 결정화도를 가진 박막이 제조되었다. 결과적으로 비용매의 첨가량에 따라서 분자들의 결정생성 개수와 결정성장의 최적시간이 달라지기 때문에, 비용매 첨가량에 따라 적절한 숙성 시간을 선정하면 고분자 박막의 결정화도와 전기적 성능을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있다. In this work, we added small amounts of the non-solvent (acetonitrile) to the chloroform solutions prior to film formation in order to enhance molecular order of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT). In the early stage, nucleation sites were controlled by adding volume ratio of acetonitrile, and nucleated crystals of P3HT molecule were grown by aging the ordered precursor solution. In the case of the addition of acetonitrile, 6 vol%, the P3HT thin film showed very low crystallinity in the early stage due to low density nucleation sites. After aging the precursor solution, however, highly ordered P3HT thin film was fabricated. The molecular order and electrical properties of P3HT films were profoundly enhanced by controlling both volume ratio of added non-solvent and aging time, because nucleation sites and optimum aging time of crystal growth were dependent on the amount of non-solvent.

Compared to conventional machining processes, laser machining has advantages in machining speed and production rate. However, it is hard to avoid to generate heat-affected zone (HAZ) due to the principle mechanism of laser machining. To reduce the heat damage and improve the surface finish, ultrasonic vibration is applied to the processes like drilling, tapping, deburring, and grinding in many preceding researches. In this study, therefore, the effects of ultrasonic vibration is examined in laser machining process according to the parameters of machining condition.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate anti-atopic dermatitis effect using ato-tang. Methods: Ato-tang was external treatment to NC/Nga mice for 4 weeks, where atopic dermatitis was induced by DNCB at 1% and 0.4% for 3 weeks. Atopic dermatitis index score was measured using eye observation and picture evaluation. The histopathological change of dorsal skin was observed by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining. Cytokines including IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 were measured by Luminex or reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis and immunoglobulin E (IgE) was measured by ELISA reader. Results: The dorsal skin of Ato-tang group showed decrease in erythema, pruritus, dry skin, edema, excoriation, erosion and lichenification level through naked eye observations. Immunoglobulin cell infiltration and the thickness of epidermis were significantly decreased in the dorsal skin compared to control. Production of Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-5, IL-13) and IgE level in serum were all significantly decreased, in comparison with control. In addition, mRNA expression level of Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-5, IL-13) in spleen was decreased, in comparison with control. Conclusion: The results indicated that external treatment of ato was improved skin barrier function in the symptoms of atopic dermatitis disease. Also, atopic dermatitis factors where cytokine as well as immunoglobulin E in serum and mRNA expression were decreased, respectively, in comparison with control. Therefore, we suggest that ato could be effectively used as a external therapeutic drug based on atopic dermatitis factors.
