        청소년의 성별에 따른 식생활 행태가 스트레스 인지에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합적 연구

        본 연구는 청소년의 성별에 따른 식생활 행태가 이들의 스트레스 인지에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 성별에 따른 맞춤형 영양교육과 연계한 교육프로그램을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2019 청소년건강행태조사를 활용하였으며, 연구대상으로 중·고등학생 57,303명을 선정하였다. 청소년의 연령, 학업성적, 경제상태, 거주형태, 주관적 건강과 체형 인지를 통제하고, 식생활 변수로 아침식사 및 신선식품(과일, 채소, 우유, 물), 가공식품(탄산음료, 에너지음료, 단맛 나는 음료, 패스트푸드) 변수들이 청소년의 스트레스 인지에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아침식사는 청소년 모든 성별에서 스트레스 인지에 부(-)의 영향을 나타냈고, 신선식품의 경우 남학생은 물이, 여학생은 과일이 스트레스 인지에 가장 높은 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 가공식품의 경우 청소년 모두 에너지음료가 스트레스 인지에 가장 높은 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 식생활 요인이었다. 이러한 결과는 청소년의 스트레스 인지 개선을 위해 청소년의 성별에 따른 맞춤형 식생활 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 건강한 식생활을 형성하기 위한 지속적인 지도가 필요함을 시사한다. This study was conducted to identify the impact of adolescents' dietary behavior on their stress perception and provide basic data for education programs linked to customized nutrition education by gender. In this study, the 2019 Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey was used, and a total of 57,303 middle·high school students were selected. Controlling adolescents' age, school record, economic status, residence type, subjective health and body type perception, and the dietary life variables designed with breakfast, fresh foods(fruit, vegetables, milk, water), processed foods(carbonate beverage, energy beverage, sweet beverage, fast food) were analyzed to have an effects on the stress recognition of adolescents. Breakfast had a negative(-) effect on stress perception in all genders of adolescents, and in the case of fresh food, water for boys and fruit for girls had the highest negative(-) effect on stress perception, and in the case of processed foods, energy drink was the dietary factor that had the highest positive(+) effect on adolescents' stress perception. These results suggest that it is necessary to develop a dietary education program tailored to the gender of adolescents to improve their stress perception, and to provide continuous guidance to form a healthy diet.

        지역사회 자원을 활용한 장애인 신체활동 프로그램 참여증진 전략

        Objectives: The aim of this study is to develop the strategy of promoting participation on physical activity programs among the disabled through analysis of satisfaction on the Welfare Center for the Disabled-based program. Methods: The subjects were 151 disabled people who had physical disability or brain disorder. They had participated on the physical activity programs which were opened in 13 welfare centers for the disabled of Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The data were collected by the survey for 2 weeks in May, 2011. Results: There were no differences in the satisfaction on physical activity programs by general characteristics and health status. As for cognitive factors, it were significantly different on the satisfaction by the importance of physical activity and the fitness maintenance factor (p<0.05, p<0.01). Significant differences were found in the satisfaction by the participating attitude and the participation motives, such as goal-oriented and activity-oriented motives. It were significantly different on the satisfaction by the duration, frequency per week, time per once, and components in terms of the physical activity program. Conclusions: To revitalize the physical activity-for-all project for the disabled, it needs to develop the strategy and to enhance the health education to improve their health status.

        한우의 계획교배를 위한 근교계수가 도체형질에 미치는 영향 연구

        우리나라에서 한우 농가는 교배를 위해 KPN(한우씨수소) 정액을 활용하며 도체성적을 높이기 위해 능력이 좋은 특정 KPN의 정액을 지속적으로 사용해왔다. 하지만 반복사용의 경우 근교계수를 높이는 결과를 초래하며 이는 기존 연구들에서 근교계수 상승이 번식효율 저하 등의 부정적인 결과를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구는 근교계수가 도체형질에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고 근교계수 저하 및 유지를 위한 계획교배 중요성을 강조하고자 진행하였다. 전국 7개 지역에서 2013년부터 2018년까지 태어난 한우 6,300마리의 도체 특성과 혈통 기록을 분석 대상으로 삼았으며, 도체형질은 출하체중(FWT), 도체중(CWT), 도체율(DRP), 등지방두께(BFT), 배최장근단면적(EMA), 근내지방도(MSC)를 조사하였고 육종가 및 근교계수를 이용하였다. 도체형질을 분석한 결과에서 모든 도체형질이 2013년 대비 2018년에 향상된 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 선호도가 높아 사용빈도가 많은 KPN의 경우 자손의 육종가 범위가 넓게 관찰된다. 이는 근교계수와 도체형질 간의 관계 분석을 통해서 근교계수가 3%를 초과할 때 도체 성적이 급격히 감소한다는 결과를 보임에 따라 인기 있는 KPN 정액의 반복 사용이 자손의 육종가 예측을 복잡하게 하는 것을 밝혔다. 근교계수 3% 초과에 따른 도체성적 변화는 FWT 약 812㎏에서 808㎏, CWT 약 489㎏에서 485㎏, EMA 약 117㎠에서 112㎠, MSC 약 8.35point에서 8.20point로 감소되었다. 더불어 가계도 분석을 수행한 결과, 연도가 경과함에 따라 근교계수를 갖는 개체의 비율이 2013년 약 4%에서 2018년 30%대로 증가하였고 최근 80%대까지 급격하게 늘어난 것으로 조사되어 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 근교계수 저하를 위한 정밀한 교배계획 수립과 다양한 KPN 정액의 활용이 요구된다. In South Korea, Hanwoo farms commonly utilize semen from bulls based on Korean Proven Numbers (KPNs) to enhance carcass characteristics. However, the continuous selection of specific KPNs has led to an increase in inbreeding coefficients, which previous studies have linked to a decline in reproductive efficiency. This study aimed to explore the impact of inbreeding coefficients on carcass traits and highlight the need for strategic breeding programs that reduce and manage inbreeding levels. The carcass characteristics and pedigree records of 6,300 Korean cattle born between 2013 and 2018 in seven regions were analyzed. The characteristics studied included Final Weight (FWT), Carcass Weight (CWT), Dressing Percentage (DRP), BackFat Thickness (BFT), Eye-Muscle Area (EMA), and Marbling Score (MSC). Breeding values and inbreeding coefficients were also evaluated. The analysis revealed a significant improvement in all carcass traits in 2018 compared to 2013 (p<0.05). Notably, for KPN, a highly favored and frequently used characteristic, a broad range of offspring breeding values was observed. In addition, when the inbreeding coefficient exceeded 3%, a sharp decline in carcass performance was noted, complicating the prediction of offspring breeding value. Specifically, the analysis showed reductions from ~812 to 808㎏ in FWT, ~489 to 485㎏ in CWT, ~117 to 112㎠ in EMA, and ~8.35 to 8.20 in MSC. Also, pedigree analysis indicated a marked increase in the proportion of individuals with high inbreeding coefficients; specifically an increase from ~4% in 2013 to ~30% in 2018 and a recent surge to ~80%. Addressing this issue requires precise mating algorithms that reduce inbreeding coefficients and incorporate a diverse range of KPN semen types.

        최근 국내에서는 식품에 대한 관심도가 높아짐에 따라 먹거리에 건강 환경 미래지향적 가치가 부여되고 있으며 식품 산업에서도 신규 식품 개발이 증가하는 추세이다. 식단을 구성할 때 기준이 되는 식품교환표는 개정과정에서 많은 인력과 시간이 소요되기 때문에 식품 섭취 변화를 신속하게 반영하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 식품교환표의 활용도를 높이기 위한 식품교환표 갱신 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 의사결정트리 모델을 학습하여 새롭게 추가된 식품의 정보를 바탕으로 식품군을 분류하여 식품교환표를 갱신한다. 이는 영양 관리가 필요한 당뇨병 환자 등에게 실용적이며 기호성·다양성이 높은 식단을 구성하는 데 도움을 준다.

        1980-2019년 기간 동안 소아청소년 알레르기질환에서 항원 감작의 변화

        Purpose: Allergen sensitization is constantly changing, and understanding these changes can help manage and prevent allergic diseases. This research analyzed and compared the changes in allergen sensitization in children diagnosed with allergic diseases us-ing the skin test and the multiple allergen simultaneous test. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data on children who were diagnosed with allergic diseases and received immunother-apy at Yonsei Medical Center from 1980 to 1998 and they were screened for allergen sensitization at Severance Hospital from 2005 to 2019. Results: Between 1980 and 1998, and between 2005 and 2019, data on 3,205 (male, 70.3%; mean age, 7.2±2.9 years) and 15,318 children (male, 62.8%; mean age, 8.8±4.5 years) were analyzed. The sensitized allergens that appeared in the 1980-1998 included Dermatophagoides farinae (91.0%), Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (76.3%), cockroach (13.5%), and Alternaria (11.5%), in order of frequency; further, the sensitized allergens that appeared in the 2005-2019 included D. farinae (45.0%), D. pteronyssinus (39.6%), cat dander (12.2%), and dog dander (9.1%), in order of frequency. D. farinae and D. pteronyssinus demonstrated the highest sensitization rates, although the rates decreased gradually. The sensitization to cat dander and dog dander showed a growing trend, and sensiti-zation to Humulus japonicus, Candida, and cockroach decreased after 2005. Conclusion: Over the past 40 years, the allergen sensitization in Korean children with allergic diseases has increased. These changes reflect lifestyle and environmental changes and influence allergic disease management approaches. Thus, changes in allergic sensi-tization should be monitored continuously.         호흡기 3D 조직모델(SoluAirway<sup>TM</sup>)의 품질과 독성평가에 대한 국내 확립 연구

        The concern of health and safety is growing due to increasing exposure of inhalable chemicals. However, there is no appropriate alternative testing method for assessing the hazard caused by inhalation exposure. The aim of this study is to establish respiratory 3-dimentional (3D) tissue model which can be applied for assessing the toxicity testing in Korea. First of all, respiratory 3D tissue model, SoluAirway™ was reconstituted by using human nasal mucosa. For evaluating its stability, the viability, Trans-Epithelial Electric Resistance (TEER), and histology was analyzed after delivered to 3 areas in Korea. Then, bleomycin (BLM) and polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate (PHMG) which were known as toxic materials in pulmonary system were treated to various 3D tissue models to demonstrate applicability in evaluating chemical toxicity. The cytotoxicity and secretion of inflammatory cytokines was acquired with MTT and ELISA, respectively. The cell viability, TEER and integrity of the 3D tissue model which quality was controlled between products, had no significantly different values after delivery. The cytotoxicity of BLM and PHMG showed dose-dependently. Furthermore, the secretion of IL-8 was shown at the highest concentration of BLM and PHMG-p in SoluAirway™, not in EpiAirway™. When applied to KeraSkin™ which was a skin model, the secretion of IL-8 was declined. Taken together, these data showed that SoluAirway™ could be used as toxicity testing model for inhalable substances in Korea.

        항암화학요법을 받는 혈액암 환자의 증상경험, 사회적 지지와 삶의 질

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify symptom experience, social support, quality of life (QOL), and the influencing factors on QOL of patients with hematologic malignancies undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 118 patients diagnosed with hematologic malignancies undergoing chemotherapy who visited an outpatient clinic in the Gyeonggi province. The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General (FACT-G), MD Anderson Symptom Inventory (MDASI), and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) were used to assess predictors and QOL. The data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The mean score of QOL was (69.32±14.34). The type of hematologic malignancies and patient’s occupation were significantly associated with QOL in terms of demographic and disease/treatment-related characteristics. Symptom severity and symptom influence, and the support of family, friends, and medical staff had a significant association with QOL. The regression analyses showed that symptom severity (β=-.41, p<.001), friend support (β=.27, p=.001), and occupation (β=.14, p=.034) were significantly associated with QOL. Conclusion: The variables of symptom experience and social support must be acknowledged when improving QOL of hematologic malignancy patients undergoing chemotherapy. Greater focus on the reduction of symptom severity and increasing friend support could improve QOL among hematologic malignancy patients.

        다매체 융합공연을 위한 효율적인 협업제작과정 연구

        최근 공연예술에서 장르 융합형 콜라보레이션과 기술 융합형 콜라보레이션의 물리적인 융합(convergence)은 서로 다른 목표와 이질적인 속성을 전략적으로 융합시킴으로서 대중의 기대수요에 부응하며 새로운 가치의 융합 콘텐츠를 이끌어내는 실험적인 형태로 발전하고 있다. 융합시도 중 발생되는 문제점을 보완하며 공연의 완성도를 높이기 위해서는 각 매체분야 전문가들의 효율적인 협업과정이 연구되고 개선되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다매체 융합공연 프로토타입(Prototype) 제작을 통해 시대의 요구에 상응하는 융합공연의 효율적인 협업제작방안을 연구하고자 한다. 공연제작과정을 프리프로덕션(Pre-Production), 프로덕션(Production)으로 분류하여 라이브 연극과 사전제작 영상 애니메이션, 두 매체를 활용한 융합공연의 효율적인 협업제작과정을 작품선정 및 연출방향 설정, 인적구성, 제작일정 계획수립, 시각화과정, 공연연습 및 리허설 등의 과정으로 연구하고자 한다. 융합공연 콘텐츠 기획, 제작방식의 변화, 융합 콘텐츠 간 특수성의 이해를 바탕으로 지속적인 다매체 융합공연을 위한 효율적인 협업제작과정 연구가 진행되어야 융합 콘텐츠 산업 발전 체계화 및 활성화가 가능할 것이다. Recently, the convergence of genre-mixed collaboration and technology-mixed collaboration in performance art strategically fuses different goals and different properties, satisfying anticipated demand, and developing into experimental forms that bring out convergence contents of new value. To supplement problems of convergence attempts and heighten levels of completion, the effective collaborative processes of media experts must be studied and improved. This thesis attempts to study effective collaborative production plans of convergence performance that correspond to the demands of the times through multimedia convergence performance prototypes(Live performance play + Pre-made digital animation). It categorizes performance production processes into pre-production and production and researches the effective collaborative production processes of convergence performances that utilize these two forms of media through work selection, production direction establishment, human resource constituents, production schedule plan establishment, visualization processes, and performance practices and rehearsals. Continuous research must be conducted based on convergence performance contents planning, changes in production methods, and an understanding of distinct characteristics among convergence contents for the industrial development systemization and vitalization of convergence contents to be made possible.
