Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology of Metastatic Prostatic Adenocarcinoma, Pseudohyperplastic Variant

Pseudohyperplastic prostatic adenocarcinoma is a rare histologic variant of prostatic adenocarcinoma that resembles benign nodular hyperplasia. Immunohistochemistry can verify the absence of basal cells, but it is frequently admixed with conventional adenocarcinoma. Because fine needle aspiration cytology is rarely performed in primary prostatic adenocarcinoma, the cytology of the pseudohyperplastic variant has not been described. We experienced a case of metastatic pseudohyperplastic adenocarcinoma in a pulmonary nodule of 75-year-old man. The cytologic smear was mostly composed of large, flat sheets with elongated branching papillae in a clean background. The sheets showed a well-defined honeycomb appearance of tall columnar, regularly arranged monotonous cells with little cytologic atypia. In subsequent prostatic biopsy, pseudohyperplastic variants were identified together with conventional adenocarcinoma of Gleason's grade 3 and 4. The cytologic features of pulmonary nodules were identical to those of pseudohyperplastic components of prostatic adenocarcinoma.

Heterologous sarcomas of the uterus are rare neoplasms. We report a rare case of heterologous uterine sarcoma composed of leiomyosarcomatous and liposarcomatous components with a brief review of literature. A 53-year-old woman had vaginal spotting. The endometrial biopsy performed at a local clinic revealed a high grade spindle cell sarcoma. Pelvis magnetic resonance imaging showed about 5.4 cm sized multiseptated T1 and T2 high signal mass in a uterine fundus without lymph node metastasis or pelvic wall involvement. Total laparoscopic hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, pelvic and para-aortic lymph node dissection, and peritoneal washing cytology were performed. Pathologic diagnosis was made as leiomyosarcoma with liposarcomatous differentiation (lipoleiomyosarcoma). The patient received adjuvant postoperative radiotherapy (5040 cGy). Follow up images showed no evidence of disease 8 months after surgery.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report that Korean medicine was effective for traumatic subcutaneous hematoma of the buttock and thigh, rupture of tensor fascia latae and multiple rib fractures due to traffic accident Methods We treated a patient in traffic accident by acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, cupping treatment, herbal medicine treatment, medicine treatment. After that we collected and analyzed medical record from 2018. sep. 27 to 2018. oct. 21 Results A patient diagnosed with traumatic subcutaneous hematoma of the buttock and thigh, rupture of tensor fascia latae and multiple rib fractures was improved by Korean medicine Conclusions Korean medicine may be effective for severe trauma patients

This study aims to inquire the formative process of educational values and structure and criteria of educational aims establishment. The following conclusions are drawn. Educational values must be established by the relativity based on the various viewpoints of human nature, social structure, and function though they can abstract some assumptions from absolute principles. In the formative process of educational values, normative and descriptive systems must be harmonized. Logical criteria of educational aims establishment may be investigated by the four structures constituted through two contrasted aspects. These criteria include the content synopsis and prescriptivity, the mental state and substantive object, explicit and implicit aspects, and the ultimate and proximate aspects. The concrete and substantive criteria include the social and psychological factor. Social criteria are justified as for as education intends to internalize and reify the social contruction of reality from the viewpoint of social legitimacy. Psychological criteria are justified as far as education emphasizes to satisfy the individual needs and interests. Though they are not self-sufficient criteria, they can be regarded to criteria of aims.

We are afraid a current education goes on with anti-humanizing education which is achievement-oriented behavior. So, education researcher must show a critical alternative about the conception and a practice of narrow education. Above all, we must recognize that achievement-oriented behavior is only the part of interdependent another factor. Let's us suppose it is self expression-oriented behavior and social union-oriented behavior. It is prescribed "dialogue education". Dialogue education is systemize self-dialogue about existence and dialogue about the relation to another. Dialogue is not individual rules of teaching, but dicipline of teaching-the way of relation making about teacher and student. I am sure this is reflectional and moral. In addttion to, this is reconstruction a life of the whole.
형태주의상담의 두 의자(椅子)기법이 중학생의 자아개념과 인간관계에 미치는 효과

This study was designed to examine the effects of Gestalt Two - Chair technique on self-concept and interpersonal relationship of middle school students. The hypotheses tested in this study were that experimental group will be significant interaction effect on self-concept and interpersonal relationship than control goroup and as for self-disclosure there will be significant difference on self concept and interpersonal relationship. The subjects were 30 eight - grade 11 male and 19 female and they were randomly assigned to two groups. One of them was experimental group(15 : 6 male, 9 female). They were divided into three levels of self- disclosure, respectively : (1) experimental group subjects experienced Gestalt Two-Chair program, which consisted of 120-140 minutes 7 sessions for three weeks (2) Control group subjects did not experience the program for the period. The dependent variables were self- concept score and interpersonal relationship score. The variables were measured for pretest, posttest, and follow up test. To test the hypotheses of this study 3(self-disclosure level) ×2(experiment condition) × (3) (test period) ANOVA was applied. Major findings of the study were that the experimental group was significant interaction effect on interpersonal relationship, as for self- concept it were undecided, on the other self- disclosure levels were not differenciated. Thus Gestalt Two-Chair program will be improved interper-sonal relationship.

The aim of this study is to investigate the formative criteria of educational value from freedom perspectives and an application and limitation in educational practice. Education is an activity to pursuit of growth. The concept of growth implies a sense of value intrinsically. The Educational values are produced through the process of social justification. Freedom which is a fundamental right to quality of human life is a criteria of educational value. In this meaning, freedom have an ethical justification in education but freedom performance in skill and field of educational practice must be reconstructed contextually and situationally. The necessary conditions for certain restrictions of freedom in educational practice must be derived from some social and educational conditions which make it difficult to execute freedom properly.
