사회부과 완벽주의와 주관적 안녕감의 관계 : 자기개념 명확성, 정서표현양가성의 다중매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 사회부과 완벽주의와 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 자기개념 명확성과 정서표현 양가성의 매개효과를 검증하여 사회부과 완벽주의가 높은 대학생들의 주관적 안녕감을 높일 수 있는 방안을 찾고자 함이다. 이를 위해 29명의 대학생을 대상으로, 다차원적 완벽주의, 자기개념 명확성, 정서표현 양가성, 단축형 행복 척도를 이용하여 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, 자료분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형검증을 수행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회부과 완벽주의는 자기개념 명확성과 주관적 안녕감에 유의한 부적영향을 미쳤으며, 정서표현 양가성에 유의한 정적영향을 미쳤다. 자기개념 명확성은 정서표현 양가성에 부적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치었으나, 주관적 안녕감에는 정적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치었다. 정서표현 양가성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향은 부적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 자기개념 명확성과 정서표현 양가성은 사회부과 완벽주의와 주관적 안녕감의 관계를 단독으로 매개할 뿐만 아니라 순차적으로 매개하여 다중매개 효과가 유의미하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다

Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology of Metastatic Prostatic Adenocarcinoma, Pseudohyperplastic Variant

Pseudohyperplastic prostatic adenocarcinoma is a rare histologic variant of prostatic adenocarcinoma that resembles benign nodular hyperplasia. Immunohistochemistry can verify the absence of basal cells, but it is frequently admixed with conventional adenocarcinoma. Because fine needle aspiration cytology is rarely performed in primary prostatic adenocarcinoma, the cytology of the pseudohyperplastic variant has not been described. We experienced a case of metastatic pseudohyperplastic adenocarcinoma in a pulmonary nodule of 75-year-old man. The cytologic smear was mostly composed of large, flat sheets with elongated branching papillae in a clean background. The sheets showed a well-defined honeycomb appearance of tall columnar, regularly arranged monotonous cells with little cytologic atypia. In subsequent prostatic biopsy, pseudohyperplastic variants were identified together with conventional adenocarcinoma of Gleason's grade 3 and 4. The cytologic features of pulmonary nodules were identical to those of pseudohyperplastic components of prostatic adenocarcinoma.

교육적 가치의 준거로서 자유

The aim of this study is to investigate the formative criteria of educational value from freedom perspectives and an application and limitation in educational practice. Education is an activity to pursuit of growth. The concept of growth implies a sense of value intrinsically. The Educational values are produced through the process of social justification. Freedom which is a fundamental right to quality of human life is a criteria of educational value. In this meaning, freedom have an ethical justification in education but freedom performance in skill and field of educational practice must be reconstructed contextually and situationally. The necessary conditions for certain restrictions of freedom in educational practice must be derived from some social and educational conditions which make it difficult to execute freedom properly.

DHCP를 사용한 Mobile IP 프로토콜의 설계 및 구현

DHCP의 기능을 확장하여 mobile IP의 홈 에이전트 및 외부 에이전트의 기능을 수용하도록 함으로써 DHCP 노드가 동적 IP 할당의 전 프로세스를 수행하게 하여 에이전트를 통한 이동 IP 할당보다. 단순한 구조를 유지하게 한다. DHCP는 윈도우즈 NT 계통의 운영체제를 사용하는 단말기에서 기본적으로 제공되고 있다. 여기에 mobile IP의 기능을 별도의 프로세스로 장착하지 않고 DHCP메시지의 옵션 필드들을 이용해 mobile IP의 기능이 DHCP 노드에서 이뤄질 수 있도록 제안하였다.

Meningiomas are tumors that arise from the leptomeninges. They are generally benign tumors, and only rarely do they undergo malignant transformation. Meningiomas account for approximately 15% of all brain tumors. Meningiomas grow very slowly, often over many years. Because these tumors grow so slowly, they can sometimes become extremely large before being detected. This was especially true in past eras, before advanced imaging modalities were available (i.e. CT scans and MRI scans). Today, with our multitude of MRI and CT scan machines, meningiomas are most often detected when they are relatively small. MRI scanning is currently the best diagnostic tool for detecting and defining meningiomas.

Purpose: This study intended to investigate how health and safety organization, management, activities and safety culture of healthcare industries are different from other industries (food, lodging, gas, and electricity industries). Method: Data were analyzed using '2005 The National Survey for Occupational Safety and Health Tendency'. Results: For health and safety training, both new training and regular training time of healthcare sector was lower than comparison sectors. For health and safety manager assigning form, there were many case in healthcare sector to assign a safety manager as a deputy and a health manager as an additional job, there were some differences from comparison sectors. It was found that establishment of countermeasures by cause investigation and analysis execution for occupational accidents in the healthcare sector was lower than comparison sectors. For health and safety activities and safety culture awareness, they were estimated in healthcare sector to be lower than comparison sectors. Conclusion: Healthcare sector had relatively lower health and safety activities and safety culture awareness compared with comparison sectors. So, it is required business owner's concerns and efforts to assign exclusively responsible health and safety manager and to activate health and safety training and occupational accident prevention.

대화교육의 이론적 기초

We are afraid a current education goes on with anti-humanizing education which is achievement-oriented behavior. So, education researcher must show a critical alternative about the conception and a practice of narrow education. Above all, we must recognize that achievement-oriented behavior is only the part of interdependent another factor. Let's us suppose it is self expression-oriented behavior and social union-oriented behavior. It is prescribed "dialogue education". Dialogue education is systemize self-dialogue about existence and dialogue about the relation to another. Dialogue is not individual rules of teaching, but dicipline of teaching-the way of relation making about teacher and student. I am sure this is reflectional and moral. In addttion to, this is reconstruction a life of the whole.

진로탐색행동 개선을 위한 자기가치확인 기반 그룹코칭 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증

The current study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a group coaching program to improve college students’ career exploration behaviors based on the self-affirmation theory. Participants were undergraduate students at a University in Seoul and volunteered in the program during the break. The group coaching program was conducted twice a week during three weeks, a total of six times, and each session lasted 2 to 2.5 hours. In this study, the effect of self-affirmation embedded in the group coaching program on various psychological variables and college students’ career exploration behaviors were examined. A mixed-randomized analysis was conducted to compare the pre, post, and follow-up tests of the experimental, comparison, and no-treatment control groups, each consisting of 18 participants. The results showed that participants in the experimental group coaching condition showed more significant improvements in psychological resources, career self-efficacy, openness, problem-focused coping, and career exploration behaviors compared to the comparison and control groups, and these results were maintained even after the program ended. The implications of this study for coaching theory and practice, as well as limitations and future research directions, were discussed. 본 연구는 자기가치확인 이론(self-affirmation theory)을 기반으로 대학생들의 진로탐색행동 개선을 위한 그룹코칭 프로그램을 개발하고 효과성을 검증할 목적으로 진행되었 참가자들은 서울 소재 대학의 재학생들로, 방학기간 동안 각 프로그램에 자발적으로 참여를 희망한 학생들이었다. 그룹코칭 프로그램은 3주간 주 2회, 총 6회 실시되었고, 1회기의 시간은 2~2.5시간이었다. 그룹코칭 프로그램이 자기가치확인과 관련된 다양한 심리적 변수와 대학생들의 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여, 각 18명으로 구성된 실험집단, 비교집단, 무처치 통제집단의 사전, 사후, 추후 검사를 비교한 혼합변량분석을 실시했다. 그 결과, 실험집단인 그룹코칭 참가자들이 비교집단과 통제집단 참가자들에 비해 긍정심리자본, 진로 자기효능감, 개방성, 문제해결중심 대처 및 진로탐색행동에서 유의하게 높았으며, 이러한 결과는 대부분 프로그램 종료 4주 후까지 유지되었다. 마지막으로 연구 결과가 이론이나 현장에 갖는 의의와 시사점, 그리고 제한점과 앞으로의 연구 방향이 논의되었다.
