      • 컨테이너를 이용한 도심 내 놀이 공간 제안 : 플래쉬 몹의 특성과 관련하여 : 일시적 공간점유, 이동성, 비장소성

        현대의 놀이문화와 놀이시설은 기존의 그것에 비해 현저히 다양하며 형태적으로도 다채롭게 변화되고 있다. 기존의 놀이문화는 유형의 고정되어 있는 놀이기구에서 벌어지는 놀이였다면, 현대의 그것들은 무형이며 유동적이고 특정한 장소에 국한되지 않는다. 이와 관련하여 온라인상의 놀이 문화 또한 오프라인과 연계되어질 수 있는 장치(device)들이 새로운 놀이기구로서 나타나고 있는데, 예를 들어 휴대전화(cellular phone)과 컴퓨터가 그것이다. 현대의 놀이문화를 이루는 중요한 기구(device)인 휴대전화와 컴퓨터는 이전의 놀이문화가 놀이기구와 놀이행위, 놀이기구와 놀이형태, 놀이기구와 놀이의 사용자의 일대일 대응이라 한다면, 현대의 놀이기구는 그 두 매개체로 인하여 형태, 행위, 사용 자, 장소 등이 다양하게 대응하여 여러 가지 다채로운 놀이형태와 행위를 파생시키고 있다고 하겠다. 온라인상의 신종 놀이문화인 플래쉬 몹(Flash Mob)의 그 성격은 형태와 행위가 고정되어 있지 않은 무형의 놀이문화이며, 특정한 장소에 국한되어 있지 않다. 단지 행위자와 그것을 바라보며 즐기는 관객만이 있을 뿐이다. 이러한 플래쉬 몹(Flash Mob)은 현대 사회의 놀이문화를 대변하는 성격을 갖고 있는데, 그 성격은 일시성, 비장소성, 익명성, 양면성 등으로 요약할 수 있다. 오프라인에서 벌어지는 행위 자체에서도 아주 강력한 익명성을 띄고 있는 플래쉬 몹(Flash Mob)이 온라인(또는 웹)상의 대표적인 놀이문화라고 생각한다. 이를 매개로 하여 이러한 플래쉬 몹(Flash Mob)의 속성을 건축적 상황에 개입을 시켜 도심 내 구성할 수 있는 놀이공간을 제안하고자 한다. 우선, 위에서 얘기한 플래쉬 몹(Flash Mob)의 성격을 담아낼 수 있는 요소 중 최근에 이슈화 되고 있는 노마드(nomad)와 관련하여 이동성, 일시성, 비장소성을 구축할 수 있는 공간적 도구로서 컨테이너를 택하였다. 변화하는 놀이문화의 속성과 가상공간에서의 놀이의 속성을 이동이 가능한 컨테이너 박스에 삽입하여 도시의 고정된 장소를 일시에 변화시키는 랜드 스케이프(Landscape) 요소의 놀이공간을 도심 내에 제안을 해보고자 한다. Modern culture and its facilities of amusement have been changed diversely and the size of changes has been greater than in the past. They also used to be contained in a solid and inflexible structure, Nowadays, they become to be formless, fluid, and not to be localized by some specific urban boundary conditions. Related with them, there are new devices that can link online and off-line such as cellular phones and computers. The amusement culture in the past was in one-on-one relationship such as facilities with activity, system with configuration, and device with player. However, a shape, activity, player, place, and so on, are corresponding to the most important devices of modern entertain culture, which are cellular and computer, so a lot of play form and behavior have been derived. There is a new play culture in online which is "Flash mob," and its character is formless trend and not limited by place and activity. There are only performers and audiences who love to enjoy their shows. Those flash mob is spoken as modern entertain culture, and it's defined by temporary, non-boundary, anonymity, and two-sides. Those characters are easily found on a web page such as you post something on a web or reply about a topic, Play in a "party" which happens when you play an online game with others, in an online forum or club, and an off-line meeting from online club. I think "Flash mob" which is the most anonymous is the most popular modern play. I want to suggest a space of playing that Is about architecture with Flash mob's character. First of all, I choose a container with nomad which is issued a lot nowadays because it can include features of Flash mob. I want to suggest a container box which is movable and can be comprised transitional entertain culture and online play character for making a amusement space with landscape that can include the culture.

        만성 심부전 노인 환자에서 다약제 사용에 따른 위험성 평가

        Background and objective : Elderly patients with chronic heart failure have polypharmacy to control chronic heart failure and comorbidities. Polypharmacy may increase the use of inappropriate medications and the risk of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the causality between polypharmacy and ADRs in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods : This study included chronic heart failure outpatients aged 65 and older who visited our facility from January 1 to June 30, 2018. The total number of medications, potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs), and suspected ADRs were analyzed. An analysis was conducted to determine which factors influenced the occurrence of suspected ADR. Results : The mean age of the 286 patients with one or more comorbidities was 78.6 years (SD 7.2), and 64.3% were female. There were 76 patients in the group taking 1 – 4 medications, 152 in the group taking 5 – 9 medications, and 58 patients in the group taking 10 or more. There were 149 patients in the group not taking PIM, 86 in the group taking one PIM, and 51 in the group taking two or more. There were 129 suspected ADR cases. The number of medications was the factor influencing suspected ADRs. The odds ratio of suspected ADRs was 3.87 in the 5 – 9 medications group (95% CI: 1.79 – 8.38, p=0.0006) and 6.48 in the 10 or more group (95% CI: 2.73 –15.41, p< 0.0001) compared to the 1 – 4 medications group. Conclusion : In outpatients 65 years or older with chronic heart failure, polypharmacy increased the risk of suspected ADRs. Medication reconciliation by the pharmacist focused on polypharmacy and PIM will reduce ADRs, and lead to safe and appropriate drug therapy.

        만성신부전 환자의 빈혈 치료 시 기존 erythropoietin에서methoxy polyethylene glycol-epoetin-β로의 초기 전환용량 평가

        Erythropoiesis stimulating agents(ESA) correct renal anemia in a chronic kidney disease(CKD). The MIRCERA (Methoxy polyethylene glycol-epoetin-β, PEG-EPO) is ESA with prolongedhalf-life and less dosing frequency. The manufacturer recommends the PEG-EPO withinitial conversion dose of 120 mcg, 200 mcg or 360 mcg once per month on previous ESA dose. But there have been patients with lower initial conversion doses. We evaluate the efficacy ofconverting previous ESA to PEG-EPO at doses lower than the recommended. We review the electronicmedical record data of CKD patients who used PEG-EPO initially in lower conversion doseon previous ESA in Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital between the period of May 23, 2011 and July 22,2011. The primary outcomes are the changes of average hemoglobin(Hgb), hematocrit(Hct) levelsand Hgb response rates before and after the switch from previous ESA to PEG-EPO. As a result, the studied patients(n=34) shift between the PEG-EPO 50 mcg(n=4) or 75 mcg(n=30). The averagePEG-EPO dose is 83.6±45.0 mcg/month for three months. The average Hgb is 9.67±0.96 mg/dLbefore and 10.08±1.04 mg/dL after the switch of medication(p=0.024). Hgb response rates(10 -<13 g/dL) increase from 41.2% to 61.8%, but not significantly(p=0.089). Therefore, PEG-EPO canbe efficaciously used at lower conversion doses than as prescribed on the information. However,further prospective, randomized controlled studies are necessary in the future.

        국제의료기관인증평가의 약물관리 기준에 의한 약사의 역할 분석

        July 2010, Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital was accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI). Through this, medication management processes changed significantly. The objective of this study is to evaluate the changed medication management processes and the role of hospital pharmacists. Refer to JCI accreditation standards of‘ medication management and use’and‘ Good Pharmacy Practice Standards(GPPS)’presented by the Korean Pharmaceutical Association, the questionnaire was developed. The survey was conducted on pharmacists, doctors, nurses, a total of 451 on duty. A total of 361 questionnaires were analyzed. The role of pharmacists was ranked 1st or 2nd from 48.8% to 97.4% in medication management step 6 (selection & procurement, storage, prescribing, dispensing, administration, monitoring) of three jobs as doctors, pharmacists, nurses. The job performance of pharmacist was evaluated from 2.52 to 3.65 points on a 5-point scale. It was evaluated lower by nurses and doctors than pharmacists. Therefore, hospital pharmacist role should be improved as the role’s importance for medication management. The hospital pharmacists should try to manage medication safely throughout medication management step 6.

        단어-역문서 빈도 벡터화를 통한 한국 걸그룹의 음반 메타 정보 군집화

        In the 2020s, the K-Pop market has been dominated by girl groups over boy groups and the fourth generation over the third generation. This paper presents methods and results on lyric clustering to investigate whether the generation of girl groups has started to change. We collected meta-information data for 1469 songs of 47 groups released from 2013 to 2022 and classified them into lyric information and non-lyric meta-information and quantified them respectively. The lyrics information was preprocessed by applying word-translation frequency vectorization based on previous studies and then selecting only the top vector values. Non-lyric meta-information was preprocessed and applied with One-Hot Encoding to reduce the bias of using only lyric information and show better clustering results. The clustering performance on the preprocessed data is 129%, 45% higher for Spherical K-Means’ Silhouette Score and Calinski-Harabasz Score, respectively, compared to Hierarchical Clustering. This paper is expected to contribute to the study of Korean popular song development and girl group lyrics analysis and clustering. 2020 년대 K-Pop 시장은 보이그룹보다 걸그룹이, 3 세대보다 4 세대가 전반에서 주목받았다. 해당 논문은 걸그룹의 세대가 바뀌기 시작했는지 알아보고자 가사 군집화에 대한 방법과 결과를 제시한다. 2013 년부터 2022 년까지 발표된 47 개 그룹의 1469 곡에 대한 메타정보를 수집하여 가사 정보와 가사 외 메타정보로 분류하여 각각 수치화했다. 가사 정보는 선행연구를 기반으로 단어-역문서 빈도 벡터화를 적용한 뒤 상위 벡터 값만 선정하는 전처리를 하였다. 가사 외 메타정보는 가사 정보만 사용했을 때의 편향성을 줄이고 더 좋은 군집화 결과를 보여주기 위해 One-Hot Encoding 으로 전처리하여 적용했다. 전처리된 데이터에 대한 군집화 성능은 Spherical K-Means의 Silhouette Coefficient, Calinski-Harabasz Score 가 Hierarchical Clustering 에 비해 각각 129%, 45% 더 높았다. 본 연구는 한국 대중가요 발전사와 걸그룹 가사 분석 및 군집화 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        환경법원 도입논의와 관련한 법제적 고려사항

        일반적으로 환경문제는 복잡성, 광역성, 중대성, 비가역성 등의 특징을 갖는다. 특히 환경피해에 대한 구제문제는 고의·과실, 인과관계, 피해 등의 입증에 어려움이 있는 경우가 많아, 피해구제가 더디고 불완전할 가능성이 높다. 이에 환경문제에 관한 소송은 일반적으로 시간과 비용이 많이 들고 종종 사회적으로 불필요한 논쟁이 발생하기도 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 환경문제의 특수성을 인정하고 이로 인하여 발생하는 피해구제의 한계를 극복해 보고자 하는 노력들이 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 환경법원의 도입논의도 본질적으론 이러한 노력의 하나라고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 즉 환경법원이라는 것을 설치하여 환경사건만을 전담하도록 함으로써 판사가 전문성을 갖고 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 하고, 이를 바탕으로 피해구제까지 소요되는 시간을 대폭 축소하며, 환경사건의 특수성을 반영하여 환경사건에 최적화된 분쟁조정원칙을 수립해 보자는 취지로 이해된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경법원의 도입과 관련한 논의를 이해해 보기 위해서 우선 환경, 환경피해, 환경소송의 개념이 무엇인지를 파악해보고, 그러한 환경소송이 어떠한 특수성이 있기에 별도의 전문법원 설치가 이야기 되고 있는 것인지, 그리고만일 환경법원을 설치한다면 어떠한 점을 특별히 고려하여야 할 것인지에 대하여 검토해 보았다. Typically, environmental issues are complex, extensive, serious, and irreversible. In addition, remedy against environmental damage is highly likely to take lots of time and be defective as it is hard to prove whether environmental damage is intentional or out of negligence, what caused the damage and what is the effect of the damage, and how severe the damage is. As a result, legal action against an environmental issue tends to require lots of money and time and sometimes leads to unnecessary disputes among members of the society. The establishment of the environment court is one of the efforts to overcome the limitations of Korea`s legal remedy system while acknowledging and dealing with the uniqueness of environmental damage. In accordance with the Act, the environment court is established and is exclusively in charge of environmental lawsuits; judges in the environmental court also should be specialized in environmental lawsuits and therefore the time to complete the remedy against environmental damage will be greatly cut down. In this article, to understand discussions over the establishment of the environment court, we`ve talked about the definition of the environment, environmental damage, and environmental lawsuit, the unique characteristics of environmental cases which lead us to establish the environment court, and the point should be considered after the environment court is established.         Anti-inflammatory activities of Levilactobacillus brevis KU15147 in RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with lipopolysaccharide on attenuating NF-κB, AP-1, and MAPK signaling pathways

        Probiotics confer many beneficial effects on several illnesses, ranging from microbial diarrhea to inflammatory diseases. This study was conducted on whether Levilactobacillus brevis KU15147 obtained from kimchi has anti-inflammatory effects in RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and antioxidant potential. L. brevis KU15147 reduced nitric oxide and prostaglandin E2 levels with decreasing the activation of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2 without cell cytotoxicity. In addition, L. brevis KU15147 attenuated proinflammatory cytokine production including tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin (IL)-1β, and IL-6 in RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with LPS. Additionally, L. brevis KU15147 reduced the activity of nuclear factor-κB, activator protein-1, and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways. Furthermore, L. brevis KU15147 downregulated the production of reactive oxygen species. Therefore, L. brevis KU15147 was concluded that had an inhibition effect on LPS-induced inflammatory responses and can be used in functional foods to suppress inflammatory diseases.

        Raman and Dielectric Spectroscopy in the Disordered Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3 Relaxor Fabricated by Using a One-step Mixed Oxide Method

        Complex perovskite Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3 ceramics were prepared under three different conditionsby using the conventional mixed oxide method. Sintering under different conditions resultedin complete formation of the perovskite phase in all of the samples. The microstructure ofPb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3 was observed by using field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). Raman spectra and the dielectric constant as functions of the temperature were measured. Ramanspectra showed a shift to lower frequencies of the F2g O-B-O symmetrical bending mode andchanges in the intensities and the line widths of the dirty modes with increasing sintering temperature. Also, at low wavenumbers (180 to 400 cm−1), significant changes were observed due toincreasing structural distortion with increasing sintering temperature. At approximately the Curetemperature (Tc), a phase transition of the sintered Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3 samples occurred over abroad range of temperatures.
