Conventional bioelectronic devices used in industry and medical fields are typically made of high-quality metals and inorganic materials, which pose critical challenges for long-term signal monitoring and feedback stimulation. In specific, the mechanical mismatch between the biotic-abiotic interface and non-conformal contact of the bioelectronic devices on target biological tissues trigger chronic immune response and inflammatory reactions. Recent progress in intrinsically stretchable materials and device technology allows for the fabrication of bioelectronic devices with mechanical properties similar to those of the target biological tissues, enabling their conformal integration and in turn their long-term stability in vivo. In this article, we provide a brief review on such intrinsically stretchable materials and device technology, with a focus on their application to digital healthcare technology.
一般住居地域의 住居環境 實態 및 住民認識에 관한 事例調査

The purposes of this study are to survey the qualities of residential neighborhood environments and residents’ perceptions on their environment in Seoul. In order to find out the qualities and perceptions on their environments, two case study areas in Seoul were chosen and investigated. According to the survey results, 82% of respondents in case study areas pointed out the necessity of their neighborhood improvement. Various problems in residential areas were identified. They were : shortage of parking lots, inconvenience in garbage collection, overcrowding, noise and dusts at the construction sites, occupying road spaces by commercial activities and construction works. and etc. Also, Respondents pointed out the importance of the neighborhood-initiated programs which would taken care of the area specific problems in residential areas.
持續 可能한 開發 觀點에서 본 浦港市 都市構造 패턴에 關한 硏究

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the spatial structure, land use and transportation policies of Pohang in light of the concept of Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development (ESSD). This study is, firstly. to review the worldwide trends on sustainable development, and to find out the applicable policy directions for Pohang. Secondly, this study is to analyze the current spatial structure and its changes of Pohang with the techniques of Geographic Information System(GIS). Thirdly, based on these results, this study tries to find out the future land use and transportation policy directions for Pohang. The results of this study are as follows. 1) It is recommended for Pohang to adopt the decentralized concentration policy which is to develop a downtown and two sub-centers in high density while to keep other areas in low density. 2) It is recommended to decrease the development density in city areas and to reduce the slope standards for the development areas. 3) It is recommended to increase the capacity of public transportation and to discourage the use of private cars. 4) It is recommended to connect downtown and two sub-centers by newly developed high capacity public transportation system and to increase the built-up densities around the public transportation lines and the station areas.
이종 IoT 플랫폼 디바이스 식별체계 상호연동에 대한 연구

현재 사물인터넷(Internet of Things; IoT) 기술을 이용한 스마트홈 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 같은 식별체계를 사용하는 플랫폼 디바이스를 사용해야 한다. 그러나 주요 IoT 플랫폼들은 각각 다른 식별체계를 사용하고 있기 때문에 이종 플랫폼 간 디바이스 식별이 어려운 상황이다. 이종 플랫폼 간 디바이스 식별체계 상호연동에 대한 연구는 진행 중이며 아직까지 해결책은 제시되지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주요 IoT 플랫폼인 oneM2M, GS1 Oliot, IBM Watson IoT, OCF IoTivity의 디바이스 식별체계를 분석하고 비교하여 서로 다른 플랫폼 간 디바이스 식별체계에 대한 번역기 또는 해석기의 필요성과 개념모델을 제시한다.
토지이용계획의 용도별 적지분석에 있어서 퍼지이론 및 계층분석과정 ( AHP ) 의 활용 - 포항시 첨단연구단지의 사례분석을 중심으로 -

The Boolean logic analysis method using GIS as a spatial decision support system(SDSS) contains two problems. One is losing a lots of informations in analysis process, the other is unable to reflect of different weights between analysis items. The purpose of this study is to provide a new decision-making model for site analysis, that provides a rational and systemic way using fuzzy sets theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) theory. According to this study of technopark in Pohang, Boolean logic method did not reflect the influence of the differently weighted items and selected only 8.0% to 16.1% of the area for suitable sites for residence, commercial/research, park/green uses. The fuzzy sets theory and AHP theory method were able to reflect the influence of differently weighted items and selected 32.9% to 37.4% of the area for the best sites, and also provided more other kinds of informations. The results of this study show that GIS system using fuzzy sets theory and AHP proess method provides a more flexible and objective solutions for site analysis.
도시재생 전략으로서 도시디자인 정책방향 및 개선과제 고찰

The Purpose of this study is to consider the improvement issues of urban design policy for creating a sustainable foundation of daily life. Recently, as urban design and public spaces are being more and more recognized as important to people, the concern about urban design policies and projects has also increased, which is why both the national and local government are coming up with plans and support projects concerning urban design. However, the recent urban design policies and projects have been criticizing for focusing physical and visual facilities-oriented design not close to citizen’s daily life. and there is insufficient urban design system possible to manage the urban space because of focusing the project performance. This study investigates trends in urban design policies in London, New York, Bilbao and Yokohama as leading overseas cities. As a result of case study, it showed that urban design policy would be promoted on place/identity, Master Plan, Strategy based on local life and context, citizen participation, organic cooperation network in between organization, and reestablishment of the public roles, not improving environment based on physical facilities and showing the project performance.
