관광지와 근린지역 생애주기에 따른 주변지가의 동태적 변화

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in land value around tourism development resort and the vicinity in Gangwon province septically two resorts next each other in different towns. This study analyzed the Butler's life cycle using number of tourist arrivals to two tourist resorts and the vicinity life cycle using the land value in two towns. The results of the analysis were that there are the stagnation stage in Sungwoo resort area and decline stage Phoenix park resort of the vicinity life cycle model. At the same period of time tourism planning life cycle shows the number of tourist arrivals to the two resorts different stagnations. This paper suggests that the tourism planning and vicinity life cycle models are the primary effect in the involvement state of the model which mean tourism resort planning effect on increasing the land value in the study area. 관광지는 관광객에 의하여 이용이 지속될 때 관광목적지로서 그 생명력과 가치를 유지할 수 있으며, 그렇지 못할 경우 그 관광지는 곧 쇠퇴해 버리게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 버틀러의 관광지 생애주기이론에 기초하여 관광지 생애주기와 근린지역 생애주기를 비교하고자 한다. 연구방법은 같은 관광지유형인 스키리조트(휘닉스파크와 성우리조트)의 15년간 관광객 수를 통한 생애주기와 같은 시기 해당지역(강원도 횡성군과 평창군)의 지가 변화를 통한 생애주기를 각각 분석할 것이며, 두 생애주기 커브형태를 비교 분석한다. 이를 통해 특정 개발사업이 지가에 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여주고, 개발지역이 어떠한 상태에서 어떻게 변화할지에 대해서는 리조트 혹은 지역의 관광개발 요소와 부동산개발 요소에 대한 세분화된 연구가 필요함을 제시한다.

관광개발에서의 발생하는 갈등에 대한 이해 - 베버의 행위이론을 중심으로 -

This study is to demonstrate a possibile way for conflict management in regional tourism development by examining proper action orientation in a specific conflict between the local residents and other stakeholder. Previous conflict management studies mainly focus on conflicts between the groups, and they eventually lead to the negative effects on a development project. From the perspective, the possible solution for the conflict is merely to gather opinions from the involved groups via official channels. However, this study approaches the conflicts between the regional tourism developers and the local residents differently based upon Weber's four types of social actions, i.e., instrumentally rational, value-rational, affectual and traditional action. Especially Weber's theory of action will help us to understand the types of action that would be matched with a specific type of conflict in a regional tourism development.

지역관광개발의 제도적ㆍ행위자적 제약이 민간투자에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 지역관광개발에서 제도적 제약과 행위자적 제약이 민간투자에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 제도적 제약은 관광개발정책집행의 부실에서 오는 제약이며, 행위자적 제약은 관광개발과 관련된 다양한 이해집단간 갈등에서 발생하는 제약이다. 수익성 및 사업성결여를 매개로 하여 제도적 제약과 행위자적 제약이 민간투자미흡을 설명하는 구조모형을 설정하고 모형의 적합성을 검증하였다. 전문가 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 한 모델검증결과 모델은 적합한 것으로 판단되었는데. 본 논문에서는 검증된 모델의 세부적 분석과 함께 분석결과가 지역관광개발에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다. 본 논문은 지역관광개발 제약요인의 특성을 파악하고 개념을 정립하였으며 민간투자미흡을 설명하는 구조모형을 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the structural effects of two regional tourism development constraints: policy and actor constraints on the lack of private investment. A policy constraint is a barrier to the proper implementation of tourism development policy and an actor constraint is a barrier to stakeholder related tourism development. This study is based on a model using unprofitability as a parameter to analyze the effect of these two basic constraints and the lack of private investment. In estimating structural equations, the overall fit to measure recorded a high degree of matching. The structural model was validated through a questionnaire survey completed by a tourism expert group. There were implications about the analysis of constraint factors to validate this structural model for regional tourism development. Accordingly, the structural model of constraints was empirically valid proven to be affected by the lack of private investment as predicted by the model. In addition, it was in identifying the characteristics of regional tourism development policy and actor constraints and in establishing a definition. The limitation of this study is measurement of the variables by an indirect survey of a group of tourism development experts.

The study on the device imperial cultural assets as tour resources the cultural assets mate be not only preserved and inherited to the descendant, but also useful in contemporary national emotion positively. for we could obtain wide national support and co-operation in the protection work of cultural assets. What makes our cultural assets leaved indifferent before destruction like this most of all, it is form indifference of the people, we must make an effort to meet with recognizing the value of useful cultural assets by mean of utilizing cultural assets as tour resources to inhibit more damage of dstruction of cultural assets.

문화과학적 탐색을 통한 알렌컬렉션 황실문화재 관광자원 활 성화방안

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to redefine imperial cultural properties and pass on and provide the elegant value of imperial cultural properties with the Allen Collection's promotion to retrieve imperial cultural properties. Design/methodology/approach - This study was approached to deal with the essential interpretation of cultural improvement through discussion in the cultural science approach Findings - As a result of examining ways to revitalize tourism resources using Allen Collection, it is necessary to cultivate international manners and knowledge levels in strengthening imperial awareness through the establishment of imperial museums, enacting laws on standards for designation of imperial cultural assets, and promoting them. In addition, policy needs such as the development plan of the imperial cultural festival, re-establishment, application, reuse, re-establishment, and reproduction according to environmental changes, and technical support and monitoring systems for investigating and preserving imperial cultural assets are needed. Purpose - The purpose of this study is to formulate a plan to cope with tourists' rights which can occur in tourist attraction place and anywhere for tourist activities and to seek a plan for introducing a watchdog system for tourists' civil complaints. Design/methodology/approach - To perform this purpose, this article will discuss a research review of the scope of tourist activities in terms of space and place perspectives and compare them to the watchdog and ombudsman concepts. And the study analyses and look at the suggestion about Tourism complains center and the Tourism policy system of procedure function and role critically. Findings - The Watchdog system is a routine activity in which citizen monitoring activities are developed in the form of a system and share inconvenience and anxiety detected in time and space in the expanding range of entertainment, leisure, and sports tourism activities. The resulting accident rate can be reduced, the administrative and private businesses can be resolved, and the cost of handling can be solved. Research implications or Originality - The social contribution of Watchdog can be systematically expanded and resolved at various sites by securing public trust in the country threats in daily places preventing risks securing continuous safety management of related facilities and other industries

구글 트랜드: 코로나 19 기간 관광산업의 다층 전파 도미노 영향에 관한 연구

Although there are social and cultural values and the economic value in the tourism industry, unexpected risk factors adversely affect the industrial site. This direct and indirect risk situation in the surrounding environment of the tourism industry continues to amplify negative situations in the economic system. Against this backdrop, this study aims to discover the domino effect of the tourism industry using a search engine built during the Covid-19 pandemic from March to June 2020. To this end, the focus is on using Google Trends and Google Search Engine. The results of this study provided regional and national panel data models around the world through two different Google search engines confirmed interest in the Domino Tourism Industry (travel, hotel, flight), and identified the Multilevel Propagation process and overlapping domino amplification of the pandemic tourism industry. The idea of preparing rapid policy measures in the wake of continuous continuous disasters from direct and indirect small and medium-sized tourism industries to manufacturing-related workers was provided through this.

공적개발원조(ODA)를 위한 라오스 항아리평원 생애주기별 관광사업개발 정책방안 연구

The purpose of this paper is to explore Laos mysterious ‘Plain of Jars’ area in a village. ‘The Plain of Jars’ site has been proposed for listing as a UNESCO World Heritage Monument. The study used convenience sampling and surveyed tourists who visited Tonghahin in Xieng Khouang. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, Tonghahin is introduction stage from the tourism life cycle due to lack of basic infrastructure such as road condition, transportation, information service, etc,. Second, this study examined the ways to improve methods such as adminstration system and hospitality service manual for tourist site. Thereafter, third, to develop each attraction, they have come with better tourism products. These things are foresight-able to-do list for nomination as the UNESCO World Heritage. The recommendations and suggestions for future research are also discussed.

Evaluating Festival Programs : ‘Hi Seoul Festival’ in Korea

This paper considers evaluation of the Hi Seoul Festival to improve the contribution of festivals and events to thetourism industry of Korea. Program evaluation provides feedback that contributes to the planning and improvementof individual events and to the pool of knowledge of the event industry (MacDonnell et al.,1999). Evaluating thevalue of the festival program attributes for visitors rather than economic impacts that have been calculated for costsand benefits by visitor spending. This study focuses more on the program itself and how it should be improved tosatisfy visitors and encourage re-visits to the city.
