        천연 고분자가 함유된 락타이드 글리콜라이드 공중합체 필름에서 슈반세포의부착과 증식 거동 비교평가

        본 연구에서는 신경세포인 슈반세포(SC)의 증식에 가장 적합한 생체재료를 연구하였다. 락타이드 글리콜라이드 공중합체(PLGA)에 탈미네랄 골분(demineralized bone particle, DBP), 소장점막하조직(small intestine submucosa,SIS), 그리고 실크를 각각 20% 첨가하여, 용매 증발법으로 각각의 필름을 제조하고, SC세포의 부착과 증식을 확인하기 위해 MTT, SEM 그리고 RT-PCR 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 필름의 친수성을 확인하기 위해 접촉각을 측정하였다. 분석 결과, PLGA/DBP 20% 필름에서 높은 친수성을 보였으며, SC의 부착과 증식률이 다른 군에 비해 크게증가한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 PLGA/DBP 필름은 중추신경재생 재료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was designed to find an appropriate biomaterial to proliferate Schwann cell (SC). Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) films mixed with demineralized bone particle (DBP), small intestine submucosa (SIS), and silk were fabricated by a solvent casting method. Analysis of MTT, SEM and RT-PCR were performed to confirm adhesion and proliferation of SC. Contact angle of films was assayed for hydrophilicity of films. We confirmed that PLGA/DBP 20% film showed higher hydrophilicity, promoted adhesion and proliferation of SC than other films. It was concluded that PLGA/DBP film can be applied for the scaffold biomaterials for the regeneration of central nerve system.

        3D-CT를 이용한 흉추의 극돌기와 횡돌기 사이의 관계에 대한 연구

        Objectives : There are many theories about the anatomical relationships between the thoracic spinous and transverse processes. However, these studies were all conducted on cadavers. Thus, there might be differences when applied to living individuals. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine whether the theories were similar when measured in living individuals. Methods : We conducted studies with 10 individuals aged 20-30 using 3D-CT. Four different measurements were taken between the thoracic spinous and transverse processes. To facilitate the relationship analysis, the spinous process positioned between the traverse process of the segment and the lower segment was set to 0.5. The spinous process located at the height of the traverse process of the lower segment was set to 1. The spinous process located between the traverse process of the lower segment and the two segments below was set to 1.5. Results : Therefore, based on the aforementioned settings, T1–T4 were 1, T5–T7 were 1.5, T8–T10 were 1, and T11 and T12 were 0.5. This indicated that the spinous processes of T1–T4 and T8–T10 were equal in height to the transverse processes of the lower segment, and that T5–T7 were at the midpoint of the height of the transverse processes between the lower segment and two segments below, and T11, T12 corresponded to the midpoint between the traverse process of the segment and the lower segment. Conclusions : Neither ‘Geelhoed s rule’nor ‘the rule of three’was accurate when applied to living individuals. However, this study had some limitations, so further research is needed.

        부모-자녀 애착관계가 청소년의 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

        본 연구는 부모-자녀 애착관계가 청소년의 교사 및 또래 간의 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 광주광역시에 소재한 고등학교 1-2학년 392명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2019년 7월 8일부터 7월 12일까 지 5일 동안에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 청소년이 인식한 부모-자녀 애착관계와 긍정심리자본은 교사 및 또래 간의 대인관계에 긍정적인 유 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모-자녀 애착관계가 교사 및 또래 간의 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 청소년의 대인관계를 향상시키는데 있어 부모-자녀 애착관계가 중요한 역할을 하며 특히 자기효능감, 희망, 낙관주의, 복원력으로 구성된 긍정심리자본이 적절하게 투입될 때 그 효과는 더욱더 증가될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. 따라서 청소년들이 학교생활에서 친구 및 교사 간의 대인관계를 향상시키기 위해 가정에서는 부 모와의 적극적인 의사소통, 학교 차원에서는 긍정심리자본을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 적극 검토해야 할 것이다. Aiming to verify the mediating effects of positive psychological capital on the effects of parent-child attachment relationship on the adolescents’ interpersonal relationship with teachers and peers, this study performed a survey targeting total 392 students(Grade 1-2) of high school in Gwangju Metropolitan City, for five days from July 8th to July 12th 2019. The collected survey data was analyzed by using the SPSS Program, and the results of this study were drawn as follows. First, the parent-child attachment relationship perceived by adolescents had positively significant effects on the interpersonal relationship with teachers and peers. Second, the partial mediating effects of positive psychological capital were significant on the effects of parent-child attachment relationship on the interpersonal relationship. This implies that the parent-child attachment relationship plays an important role in the improvement of adolescents’ interpersonal relationship, and especially, the effects could be more increasing when the positive psychological capital composed of self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience is properly applied. Therefore, it would be necessary to actively review the measures for improving the adolescents’ interpersonal relationship with peers and teachers in school life, helping their active communication with parents at home, and also strengthening the positive psychological capital in the level of school

        하브루타 학습에서 성취목표 지향성과 학습 만족도 관계 및 협력적 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 매개효과 분석

        본 연구는 하브루타 학습을 통해 대학생들이 인식한 성취목표 지향성과 학습 만족도 관계에서 협력적 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 전남 M대학교, 광주 C대학교 사범대학에 재학 중인 3~4학년 62명을 연구 대상으로 선정해서 설문 조사를 수행하여 다음과 같은 연구의 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 하브루타 학습에 대한 만족도에 성취목표 지향성, 협력적 자기효능감, 사회적 지지는 긍정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표 지향성과 학습 만족도 관계에서 협력적 자기효능감과 사회적 지지는 부분 매개변수로서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 질문과 토론중심의 상호작용을 강조하는 하브루타 학습에서 학습자는 성취목표를 설정하고 공동의 과제를 수행할 수 있는 협력적 자기효능감을 강화하고 동료로부터 긍정적인 지원을 받을 때 학습에 대한 만족도를 제고할 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 학습자들의 학습에 대한 만족도를 제고하기 위해 교수와 학생, 학생 간 상호작용을 활성할 수 있는 교수-학습 방법을 지속적으로 모색해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the mediating effect of cooperative self-efficacy and social support in the relationship between achievement goal orientation and learning satisfaction perceived by university students through the analysis of previous studies related to satisfaction with learning in Havruta learning. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 62 students in 3rd~4th grade enrolled at Chonnam M University and Gwangju C University"s College of Education were selected as research subjects and a survey was conducted to derive the following research results. First, it was found that achievement goal orientation, cooperative self-efficacy, and social support had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction with Havruta learning. Second, cooperative self-efficacy and social support were found to have significant effects as partial parameters in the relationship between achievement goal orientation and learning satisfaction. This is because in Havruta learning, which emphasizes question and discussion-centered interaction, learners can set achievement goals, strengthen their cooperative self-efficacy to perform common tasks, and increase their satisfaction with learning when they receive positive support from peers. It can be seen that Therefore, in order to increase learners" satisfaction with their learning, it is necessary to continuously seek teaching-learning methods that can activate the interaction between professors, students, and students.

        사립유치원 교원의 행정업무 부담과 개선방안 인식에 관한 연구

        This study investigated empirical measures to reduce and solve difficulties arising from administrative tasks experienced by private kindergarten teachers who play an important role in enhancing the quality of early childhood education. A questionnaire survey was administered to 211 respondents, composed of 150 infant teachers and 61 staff members, and the following results were obtained. First, teachers with lesser teaching experience exhibited low recognition and understanding of administrative tasks, and the tasks were performed primarily by the head teacher and the director. Administrative task burden was found to have a negative impact on enhancing the quality of early childhood education. Second, infant teachers and staff members recognized improvement measures for administrative task burden in the order of assignment of administrative task special teacher, assignment of administrative task special staff, standardization and simplification of work files, settlement of business management system, breakaway from the merit system practice, omission and sharing of overlapped papers, and strengthening earlier and current education. Therefore, a review of administrative and financial support for the assignment of administrative task special teachers and staff members is required in order to reduce administrative task burden in private kindergartens.

        유치원장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사의 직무스트레스 및 교사 헌신 간의 관계 연구

        This purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among kindergarten principal`s transformational leadership, teacher`s job stress and teacher commitment. The subject of this study were a random sampling of 209 kindergarten teachers in the city of Gwangju and Jeonnam province. The statistical methods for data processing were Pearson`s simple correlation and covariance structural analysis with SPSS and AMOS Program. From the research, the results were as follows: First, in the relationship between the principal`s transformational leadership and teacher job stress recognized by teachers showed a significant negative correlation, while there was a significant positive correlation between the principal`s transformational leadership and teacher commitment. In addition, there was a significant negative correlation in the relationship between teacher job stress and teacher commitment. Second, results of analyzing the structural relationship between the variables of principal`s transformational leadership and teacher job stress, which affects the kindergarten teacher`s commitment did not show excellent levels in the research model compatibility index, which is X2, GFI, AGFI, RMR, RMSEA, TLI, but had acceptable levels of compatibility index. Thus, the research model compatibility index indirectly showed that the theoretically established research variable paths were properly configured.

        행복누리카드를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램이 만5세 유아의 공동체의식과 친사회적 행동에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 나, 너 그리고 공동체를 함께 생각한다는 목표를 바탕으로 누리과정에 맞추어 제작된 행복누리카드를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램이 누리과정 사회관계 영역에서 강조하고 있는 유아의 친사회적 행동과 공동체의식에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, 인성교육 관련 논문 및 자료들을 고찰하여 인성 덕목과 요소들을 도출하여 프로그램을 구성하였고, 유아교육전문가와 대학교수의 자문을 통해 프로그램에 대한 내용타당도 및 적합성 검증의 과정을 거쳐서 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 G광역시에 소재하고 있는 유치원의 만5세 유아 각 23명을 실험집단과 비교집단으로 선정하여 개발된 행복누리카드를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 실험집단은 9개월 간 20회기에 걸쳐 개발한 인성교육 프로그램을 적용하여 수업을 실행하였고, 비교집단은 같은 기간 동안 만5세 누리과정 사회관계 영역의 활동을 실행하였다. 연구결과, 행복누리카드를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램이 만5세 유아의 공동체의식과 친사회적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개발된 인성교육 프로그램으로 지속 효과를 위해 일상생활 속에서 반복적인 실천 활동을 통해 체계적으로 수행해야 할 것이다. This study aims to empirically verify the effect of a the character education program on children’s pro-social behavior and community spirit particularly in the social relation domain Haengbok Nuri Cards created according to the Nuri course that encourages thinking in temes of me, you, and the community as a whole. Therefore this study first reviewed theses and data related to personality education, dentified personality characteristics and elements, constructed, and developed the program after verifying the validity and adequacy of the contents in collaboration with an infant education expert and a university professor. To verify the effect of the program, the author selected 23 children who were five years old. at a kindergarten located in G metropolitan city as an experimental group and a comparative group, and it applied the character education program to them using the Haengbok Nuri Cards. The experimental group completed the class in 20 sessions over nine months applying the character education program, and the comparative group performed activities in the social relation domain of the Nuri course for five years old children. According to the research results, the character education program using Haengbok Nuri Cards showed a positive influence on five years old children’s community spirit and pro-social behavior. For a continuous effect, the character education program should be systematically incorporated in daily life through repeated and practical activities.

        어머니의 유아교육기관 선택 결정요인 모형 분석

        The purpose of this study aimed to analysis the main factors empirically that affect parents` choice of Kindergarten or Child-care Center. Curriculum, Administration and Management, Support System, Personal and Physical Environment of Institution were selected to be determinants through literature review. Subjects were 238 parents whose child attended in Kindergarten or Child-care Center in Gwangju City and Jeonnam Province. The following results were obtained from the study. First, mothers considered high value on administration and management factor like provision of meals and sanitary conditions. In addition they made a great point of teacher`s qualities and principal`s competence and experiences. Therefore it was necessary for a principal to establish a systematic and continuous appraisal system of his or her own by way of in-service training programme and refresh course for her or his teachers. Second, as a result of the inspection of those determinants to choose Kindergarten or Child-care Center which were selected by preceding researches, its adequacy index approved positively. Curriculum, Administration and Management, Personal and Physical Environment, and Support System were verified as the most powerful determinants of the early childhood education institution. According to this study, early childhood education institution was to plan its appraisal policy and a marketing public relations.

        원장의 서번트 리더십이 보육교사 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        As an empirical research, this study aims to investigate how a director`s servant leadership perceived by teachers working in childcare centers would affect the teachers` empowerment and organizational commitment. In order to achieve its research goal, the study conducted a survey targeting a total of 222 teachers working for the childcare centers located in the Gwangju area. The results reported that there should be a significantly positive correlation among these variables of the director`s servant leadership and the teachers` empowerment as well as the other variables of the director`s servant leadership and the teachers` organizational commitment. In addition the director`s servant leadership turns out to have a significant effect on the teachers` empowerment and organizational commitment. The findings of the survey led the study to learn that the servant leadership has even a relatively great influence on the organizational commitment rather on the empowerment. In particular, the study confirmed that these characteristics of the servant leader such as an altruistic mission and a steward mind work as some significant factors to describe both the empowerment and organizational commitment of the child-care teachers. In the light of what has been learned so far, the study now suggests that in order to improve the quality of how one`s child-care center operates as one whole organization, the director should fulfill one`s responsibilities as the servant leader which would include the steward mind and the altruistic mission as constantly participating in various performance training programs, educational seminars and practices in connection with the servant leadership. 본 연구는 어린이집 조직에서 보육교사가 인식한 원장의 서번트 리더십이 교사 임파워먼트 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적을 둔 실증적 조사연구이다. 이를 위해 광주지역 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 222명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 결과, 원장의 서번트 리더십과 교사 임파워먼트, 서번트 리더십과 조직몰입 변인 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 원장의 서번트 리더십은 교사 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치며 임파워먼트보다는 조직몰입에 대한 서번트 리더십의 상대적 영향력이 더 크게 나타났다. 특히 이타적 소명과 청지기 정신과 같은 서번트 리더의 특성은 교사 임파워먼트와 조직몰입을 설명하는 유의한 변수로 작용하였다. 따라서 어린이집 조직의 질 개선을 위해서 원장은 청지기 정신, 이타적 소명과 같은 서번트 리더로서 역할을 수행할 필요성이 있으며 이를 위해 서번트 리더십 관련된 다양한 직무연수와 교육 및 훈련을 지속적으로 받아야 할 것이다.
