강원도 인삼농가의 행태분석을 통한 인삼고부가가치상품 개발가능성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the possibility of developing high value added products and their commercializing through the behavioral analysis of Ginseng farms which have the willingness to supply the raw Ginseng. The results show that with ages of 40s~60s, their income is lower than the debts and about 89 percent farms answered to think that the project above would succeed. With the above positive response, the portion of farms with the willingness to cultivate the Ginseng turns out to be more than 80 percent as well as more than 85 percent farms enlarged the cultivated land sizes than or maintained as that of previous year. And more than 90 percent farms appeared to have the contracts with the KT&G. It means that once the contract with farms have the stable and sustained price, its cultivating land size would be increasing.
평생교육 참여유무에 따른 중년기 여성의 생의 의미인식 및 죽음불안태도와의 관계 연구

본 연구는 생의 전환기에 놓인 중년기 여성을 대상으로 평생교육참여 유무가 생의 의미인식과 죽음불안태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 C시와 S시에 거주하는 중년기 여성으로 1년 이상 평생교육기관의 교육에 참여한 적이 있으면서 현재 대학평생교육기관에서 운영하는 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 중년기 여성 201명과 한번도 평생교육을 받지 않은 중년기 여성 129명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 평생교육 참여집단이 비참여 집단에 비해 생의 의미를 보다 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육 참여ㆍ비참여에 따라 중년기 여성의 죽음불안태도에는 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여집단의 생의 의미인식의 유의미한 영향변수는 건강, 죽음불안, 성별, 주부, 회사원 순으로 작용하였으며, 비참여 집단의 생의 의미인식의 유의미한 영향변수는 건강, 단순노동, 무교, 성별, 소득 순으로 작용하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the participation in lifelong education on perceived meaning of life and fear of death attitude in middle-aged women that is the period of experiencing conflicts in the meaning of life. The subjects of this study were 201 middle-aged women who participated in the lifelong education program operated by a college lifelong education institution located in C City and S City, and 129 middle-aged women who have never experienced lifelong education. A questionnaire survey was used for this study. In result, first, regarding general characteristics, health condition was found to influence the meaning of life in the participating group in lifelong education, while healthy, religion, career, and income were found to influence the meaning of life in the non-participating goup. Second, regarding general characteristics, religion was found to influence fear of death attitude in the participating group in lifelong education, while education, career, and health condition were found to influence fear of death attitude in the non-participating group. Third, the participating group in lifelong education was found to perceive the meaning of life more positively than the non-participating group.

Because unstable vegetable prices make it more difficult to manage farms and delay farmer`s decision making process, there should be institutional supports to help farmers decide their farm produces` future sales prices. To help provide the measures and improvement plans, previous researches usually used quantitative analysis on contract farming or lump sum transactions employing surveys and a statistical approach. However when people decide on certain issues generally, they acquire information by verbally interacting with other people and adjust their own thoughts and attitudes. In other words, qualitative analysis is required to understand the decision makers` or the farmers` experiences and perception. This research aims at comprehending highland cabbage farmers who produce cabbage based on the contract with local NongHyup, National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, especially on their production and sales experiences. The research, to see the stakeholder`s interaction in certain context and their decision making in production- and sales- related process, it has conducted contextual analysis on certain situations related with the research topic. The research is also used in-depth discourse analysis on the subjects` interaction.
DEA를 이용한 강원도 파프리카 수출농가 경영 효율성 분석

Korea is under pressure to open its agricultural markets. The effects of the opening of the agricultural market increase rapidly agricultural imports and domestic production. This brings about a dip in the price of farm products and reduces income. Government is pushing to export agricultural product. This study aims to estimate management efficiencies for export farms and suggest marketing strategies in Kangwon Province. This study was to measure management efficiencies of paprika export farms in Kangwon Province. In this study 31 farms were surveyed, and analyzed management efficiencies using DEA. The result of the DEA efficiency showed that 7 farms were efficient in the technical aspect and other 10 farms were inefficient. The inefficient 24 farms, the number of farms below the efficiency score 0.7. In the average efficiency index, the size efficiency (0.84) was higher than the technical efficiency (0.76). Reason of the inefficient management was analyzed. Influence degree of each factor for the farms (DMU) was evaluated using the results of the efficiency measurement.
농촌관광 활성화를 위한 일본의 산지직매장 정보발신 사례분석

With analyzing how information provision activities in local direct sale shop of Namporo, Japan are implemented and which effects they get, the purpose of this case study is to provide plans to increase rural tourism farms’ income through investigating ways to utilize local direct-sale shops in rural tourism of Korea in a sense of agricultural cooperative. The study results are as followings. As shown in the case study of Japan, organizations such as local agricultural cooperatives to be able to extend information provision about local agricultural produces to related sectors are needed in order to increase their consumption. It appeared, however, to be limited even though local agricultural cooperatives paly such functions in Japan. Through selling local agricultural produces with safety and security so as to increase their consumption, suggested is linkage to improving their value-added. Especially, in an individual sale case, it would be desirable to try to use internet sale and/or delivery service. Lastly, recommended is to install local direct sale shop to be linked with rural tourism around city with more than 100 thousand of population.
고랭지 무,배추에 대한 지역농협의 연합 마케팅사업에 관한 사례분석

The purposes of the study were to analyze the general joint marketing, to survey and analyze the joint marketing that has been begun by Kangwon agricultural cooperatives since 2001, and to suggest programs for the joint marketing of regional agricultural cooperatives. The major items to analyze were confined to radish and chinese cabbage, and unpublished and internal data of Kangwon regional agricultural cooperative were used for the study. The purpose of the general joint marketing by agricultural cooperative is to increase bargaining power. In order to increase the bargaining power small sized agricultural cooperatives join together to make economic scale, and roll allotment between cooperatives and organizer for the general joint marketing was agreed in production and sales. A few positive effects and problems were found from the results of the study. A few developing plans were suggested by the results.
