This study conducted survey research with the object of students` parents who have children who are provided school meals looking into the meaning of local food system through theoretical approach to it. A result of analysis, except for the items of overall satisfaction with school meals and whether or not of trusting food material safety out of satisfaction level with prices of environmentally friendly agricultural products and recognition on school meals. It was analyzed that in the majority of items they express mutual affirmative opinion on the role of securing safety of school meal food material through vitalization of local food. Therefore, it is reckoned that if there is heightening of recognition on local food which is spreading as general concept recently and various policy alternatives which can solve problem of school meals are suggested. Supporting system is established it can establish healthier national dietary life and together, they can act as a tonic for local agricultural industry which sinks in stagnation.
폐광 광재와 유출수가 주변 토양과 하천오염에 미치는 영향

This study was investigated the extent of heavy metal contamination in areas of the soil and river by the effluent and abandoned mines in Chung Chong Nam Do. The abandoned mines were Gubong gold mine and Sinsung coal mine. The results were as follows. The concentrations of As and Pb in Gubong mine were 309.2mg/kg and 1163.5mg/kg which is above the soil quality standard. Cd concentration also was 14.70mg/kg which is exceeded warning level. The heavy metal contaminations in the vicinal paddy and dry field soil area were higher than those in coal mine area. However, As concentration was 29.29mg/kg which is exceeded the warning level as of 10.22mg/kg. The river water quality detected shows high Pb, As and Cd in Gubong stream and Cd, Cu and Pb in Sungju stream.
