This work describes the process to integrate human factors into the defense acquisition program management. Human Factors Integration(HFI) is a systematic process for identifying, tracking and resolving human related issues ensuring a balanced development of both technologies and human aspects of capability. To do this, this paper researches the defense acquisition program management of US and UK, and identifies the products of HFI domains through the analysis of relationship between the considerations of HFI domains. It also defines the HFI purposes of the phases of defense acquisition program, and derives HFI activities required. From results of this comprehensive analysis, HFI process in the concept phase including the activities and relationship between HFI domains is presented.

새싹테라피를 이용한 수두 흉터의 치료 16례

본 논문은 수두로 인한 위축성 흉터 환자 16명에 대한 새싹테라피(절개침) 시술 후 개선도를 평가하여 연구한 바를 기록하였다. 그 결과 새싹테라피는 수두 흉터에 대해 시술효과를 판단하는 척도인 PGA, SBSES에서 좋은 결과를 보였으며 환자 만족도도 3가지 항목으로 세분화하여 평가했을 때 높은 개선 점수를 보였다. 이런 임상 결과로 미루어 볼 때 새싹테라피는 수두로 인한 위축성 흉터에게 좋은 치료적 방법이 될 것으로 예상되며, 시술 중 통증 및 시술 후 붉은 기의 개선이 과제로 남기에 이에 대한 한의학적 치료법 연구가 추가로 요구되는 바이다. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Sae-ssack(sprout) therapy on the face Chicken Pox scars. Methods: Sixteen patients had scars with varicella on the face were treated with Sae-ssack therapy. Sae-ssack therapy consists of a total of two treatments, a first-stage Sae-ssack acupuncture and a second-stage texture treatment(texture acupuncture and AMTS). The evaluation of the treatment effect was made by the medical staff who did not participate in the procedure, and the PGA(Physician's Global Assessment), SBSES(The Stony Brook Scar Evalustion Score) and patient satisfaction were used as the evaluation index. Results and Conclusions: According to the above indices, the Sae-ssack therapy was evaluated to be effective in the repair of atrophic scars caused by varicella. There were no visible or consistent side effects and patient satisfaction was also very high.

새싹테라피 3단계를 이용한 위축성 여드름 흉터 치료 20례

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Sae-ssack(sprout) therapy on atrophic acne scars. Methods : Twenty patients had atrophic acne scars on the face were treated with Sae-ssack therapy. Sae-ssack therapy consists of a total of three treatments, a first-stage Sae-ssack acupuncture, a second-stage texture treatment, and a third-stage anti-pigmentation therapy. The evaluation of the treatment effect was made by the Korean medical doctor who did not participate in the procedure, and the PGA(Physician's Global Assessment), QGASC(Qualitative Global Acne Scarring Grade System) and patient satisfaction were used as the evaluation index. 클루지(Kluge)적인 시각에서 경락에 대한 접근

經絡은 처음부터 완벽한 체계를 이룬 것이 아니었고, 지금 역시 완벽한 체계를 갖추지 못하고 있다. 지금 통용되고 있는 12經絡은 각각 臟腑와 연결되어 있지만, 그 연결도 긴밀하지 않으며, 經脈의 불완전성을 보완하기 위해 絡脈, 奇經八脈등으로 그 象과 數의 변화와 첨가를 거듭하여 경락의 연결을 더 긴밀하게 변화시켜왔다. 이렇게 경락설의 진화과정과 변화의 원리를 합리적으로 설명하기 위해 Kluge라는 개념을 사용하였다. Kluge의 의미는 간단히 말하면 ``불완전끼리의 완전``이다. 담배가 해로운지 알면서 끊지 못하는 인간, 자기에게 유리한 쪽으로 모호한 기억을 가지고 있는 인간, 가격과 가치를 구분하지 못하는 인간 등 인간에게 있어 결함들이 모여 인간을 인간답게 만드는 것들을 설명하는 개념이다. 마왕퇴 출토의서인 <足臂> <陰陽> 에서 『靈樞』에 이르기까지 의사학적인 시각으로 경맥의 체계가 어떻게 형성 발전되었는가를 통해 경맥의 오류와 불완전성 즉, 경락의 Kluge적인 측면을 살펴보면, ``手足+陰陽+臟腑`` 의 개념체계가 나중에야 성립됨으로써 그 과정에서 생겨나게 된 오류, 經脈은 원래 12개가 아니었고, 手足陰陽이 6개씩으로 평형적이지 않아서 생기게 된 오류, 순환적이지 않았던 經脈체계 때문에 생겨나게 된 오류 같은 것들이 있음을 찾았다. 그리고 이런 오류와 불완전성을 보충하기 위하여서 經別, 六腑下合穴, 開闔樞와 같은 여러 장치들에 대해서 살펴보았다. 그리고 이에 불완전성을 어떻게 보완할 지 고찰해 본 결과 기존 경락에 효과가 있는 새로운 穴을 도입하자는 대안이나 병인으로 다시 穴을 재분류 하자는 대안, 인체의 클루지적 특성을 감안하여 새로운 인체부위설정을 통한 經絡설정을 하자는 등의 대안이 있었다.

This work describes the activities of human factors integration(HFI) in the concept phase of defense acquisition programs. HFI is a systematic process for identifying, tracking and resolving human related issues ensuring a balanced development of both technologies and human aspects of capability. Korean defense acquisition program management unlike the developed countries including the US and the the UK has been performed in terms of the equipment centered development. Also it is lacks for the studies on integrating the human factors into the defense acquisition program. In this point of view, this paper derives the HFI activities required in the concept phase as the first work to establish HFI activities to be performed through the whole life-cycle. To do this, it identifies the HFI activities to have been performed in the concept phase of the developed countries and analyzes the relationships between the activities of defense acquisition management and HFI activities. Based on the results of the relationship analysis and questionnaire related on the acquisition for analyzing the relationships of the factors using the QFD, this work decides priorities between HFI activities and derives the optimized HFI activities required in the concept phase.

알로에 겔 마이크로캡슐의 고농도 현탁액의 제조 및 특성

알로에 겔이 분산된 W/O 에멀젼을 감압 건조하는 방법으로 분산상의 수분을 제거하여 알로에 겔 마이크로캡슐을 제조하였다. 마이크로캡슐은 미네랄오일로 세척하고 재현탁시켜 유화제를 제거한 후에도 안정적인 현탁액으로 유지되었으며, 내부가 균일하게 채워진 직경 6.6 μm 이하인 구형 입자로 구성되어 있었다. 미네랄오일에 재현탁된 마이크로캡슐은 분율이 41% 이상에서 급격하게 점도가 증가하였고, 300 Pa 이상의 항복응력을 가진 전단유동화 특성을 나타내었으나, 틱소트로피는 뚜렷하게 관찰되지 않는 유변학적인 특성을 보였다. 오일에 현탁된 알로에 겔 마이크로캡슐의 분율이 높을수록 반고체의 특성이 증가하고 105 ℃에서 15 min 동안 가열하여도 에멀젼의 안정성이 유지됨을 경시적으로 관찰하였다. 따라서 알로에 겔 마이크로캡슐 현탁 크림을 기본 제형으로 다양한 종류의 알로에 겔 화장품의 개발이 가능할 것으로 예상된다. Aloe gel microcapsule was prepared by dehydrating dispersed aloe gel droplets in the form of W/O emulsion using a vacuum evaporator. The microcapsules remained in stable suspensions after washing with mineral oil and had a homogeneous spherical structure with diameter less than 6.4 μm. The microcapsule suspension in mineral oil (> 41%) exhibited a step increase in viscosity and shear-thinning but not showed thixotropic behavior with a yield stress higher than 300 Pa. The dense suspension appeared to be semi-solid as the microcapsule fraction increases and to be stable after heat treatment at 105 ℃ for 15 min. In conclusion, the dense suspension composed of gel microcapsules is expected to provide a basic cosmetic formulation that can be applied to develop various types of aloe gel cosmetic products.

The aim of this study is to report clinical progresses on localized fat in three Japanese with Korean medicine. We conducted electro-acupuncture on thigh and/or Gamitaeyeumjowi-tang, all subjects had loss of thigh circumference and 2 subjects who took Gamitaeyeumjowi-tang had body weight loss. It shows that Korean medical treatments may be effective on localized obesity and can also apply to Japanese.

Human Factors Integration(HFI) is a systematic process for identifying, tracking and resolving human related issues ensuring a balanced development of both technologies and human aspects of capability. HFI is accomplished partially by necessity without being established systematically such as technical management activities. In this point of view, this paper identifies the early phases activities and analyzes relationship between SE activities and characteristics of the HFI. From results of this comprehensive analysis. the activities of the HFI early phase are presented.
