본 연구는 MEMS 정전발전기(MEMS Electrostatic Power Generator)를 개발하기 위한 선행연구로 정전발전기를 통해 발생시킨 고전압의 정전기를 동전기로 바꾸는 변환소자를 제안하고 이를 시뮬레이션 툴을 이용하여 설계 및 시뮬레이션하였으며, 결과를 바탕으로 소자를 제작하여 기초적인 검증을 실시하였다. 시뮬레이션과 제작된 소자를 이용한 기초실험 결과 전압을 gate에 인가할 때 제작소자인 PM형 다이오드의 공핍층내 전계에 의해 효과적으로 anode 전류가 형성됨을 확인하였으며, 정전하를 gate에 인가할 때에도 유사한 결과가 나을 것으로 기대된다. This is a preliminary study on the MEMS(Miro Electro Mechanical System) electrostatic power generator. It suggested a converting device to change from the electrostatic to the dynamic electricity. To testify, it used Silvaco simulation tools(Athena and Atlas) and fabricated the converting device. The result of the simulation and test it seems to convert electrostatic into dynamic electricity effectively.

This study provides a quantitative forecasting method to identify promising fusion technology and it also applies the method based on patent analysis to IT. This study defines fusion technology, promising technology, fusion index, promising index and promising fusion technology. From the analysis, this study found that the next generation computer network is the most promising in IT area. This result is consistent with the forecasts made by the interviews and discussion of experts.
기술협력, 특허출원 및 산업융합이 창조적 혁신에 미치는 영향

Recent studies have shown that technological cooperation, patent application and industrial convergence played a critical role to create firm-level creative innovation activity. Using Report on the Korean Innovation Survey 2010 (Manufacturing Sector) and Paten Dada Base, this paper presents an empirical examination of the relationship between these three factors and firm-level creative innovation activity in Korea. However, our result of analysis shows that firm-level creative innovation activity is not created merely by increasing the degree of these three factors and but by co-working with proper cooperative partners, making valuable patents in quality and doing strategic convergence to get necessary technologies. So we can say that partner of technological cooperation, quality of patent application and strategic behavior of industrial convergence are major determinants to induce firm-level creative innovation activity alternatively.

이 논문은 Pasternak지반으로 지지된 변화폭 원호형 띠기초의 휨-비틀림 자유진동에 관한 연구이다. 띠기초의 단면은 단면깊이는 일정하고, 단면폭은 1차식으로 변화하는 변화폭을 갖는 직사각형 단면으로 채택하였다. 띠기초의 지반은 Winkler지반에 전단층을 갖는 Pasternak지반으로 모형화하였다. 이러한 원호형 띠기초의 자유진동을 지배하는 상미분방정식과 경계조건을 유도하였다. 자유진동의 관성항으로는 휨관성, 회전관성 및 비틀림관성을 고려하였다. 상미분방정식을 수치해석하여 4개의 최저차 고유진동수를 산출하였다. 수치해석의 결과로 띠기초의 변수들이 고유진동수에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 이 논문의 결과는 띠기초의 동적 설계에 매우 유용한 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This paper deals with flexural-torsional free vibrations of the circular strip foundation with the variable breadth on Pasternak soil. The cross-section of the strip foundation is chosen as the rectangular one with the constant thickness and variable breadth, which is symmetrical about the mid-arc. Also, the foundation that supports the circular strip is modeled as the Pasternak soil with the shear layer. Ordinary differential equations accompanying the boundary conditions are derived. In the governing equations, the transverse, rotatory and torsional inertias are included. These equations are solved numerically and four lowest frequencies are obtained. In the numerical results, the effects of foundation parameters on frequencies are extensively investigated. It is expected that the theories and numerical results of this study can be used in the dynamic design of strip foundations.

This study aims to analyze the illustrations of social studies textbooks in order to find both sex-stereotypes and changing trends of sex-stereotypes last 60 years. For the study, 56 textbooks of elementary social studies of grades 3 to 6 are collected from the first to seventh national curriculum. The illustrations of social studies textbooks are analyzed from two different perspectives. First, it analyzes the numbers of male and female appearances in the work place of the textbook illustrations. Second, it analyzes sex-stereotypes in the work place. Through the analysis, this study tried to find changing trends of sex-stereotypes last 60 years in the illustrations of social studies textbooks. The findings and suggestions are as follows. First, we need to make more female appearances in the illustrations in order to make female and male appearances balanced in the textbooks. Second, we need to make more female appearances in the work place, especially providing more female appearances in the illustrations of high-ranking jobs. Third, we need to present male and female characters more balanced in a variety of life situations, thereby contributing to the equal and just society to come in the near future.
