한우는 타우린(bos taurus) 계열의 한국 고유의 품종으로 약 5000년 전부터 역우로서 우리민족과 함께해온 매우 고유한 품봉이다. 초기 한국의 농촌지역에서 역우로서 사용되어 오다가, 한국사회가 급격히 발전하면서, 1960년부터 역우에서 육우로 개량을 시작하였다. 한우고기는 한국 국민들에게 매우 유용한 단백질 공급원으로 자리매김하였고, 농가소득의 일등공신이 되어왔다. 아울러, 한구고기는 한국인들이 가장 선호하는 고기로 각광을 받고 있다. 따라서, 한우 연구자들의 주요 연구목적은 한우의 맛을 조절하는 육질연구로서, 대표적으로 개량, 사양, 번식 및 유전체 연구가 활발하게 진행되어 오고 있다.특히 본 리뷰논문에서는 1980년대 시작한 한우개량사업을 중심으로 한우품종의 기원, 개량프로그램, 유전체연구를 통한 효율적 개량에 관한 내용을 폭넓게 다루고 있으며, 특히 전총적인 개량방법과 신 개량방법중 하나인 유전체선발방법의 비교를 통하여 앞으로 한우개량이 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다.

In this paper, we have constructed a self-diagnostic circuit which could detect erroneous signals in most cases that a eight-beam piezoresistive accelerometer were destroyed more than its one beam. To confirm the function of the circuit, PSPICE simulation was carried out. An IC chip was fabricated with a layout of KA 324 amplifier using a bipolar standard processing. After a package of the chip was sealed using a plastic package with 24 pins, the self-diagnostic characteristics were investigated. Then, the measured self-diagnostic characteristics of the circuit were compared with the PSPICE simulated result.

An AlGaN/GaN-based normally-off GaN metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) with a p-GaN buffer layer and using an over-recessed gate structure has been demonstrated for the first time. The p-GaN buffer layer is believed to have advantages of not only ensuring a fairly positive threshold voltage due to the depletion effect but also reducing the buffer leakage current. The over-recessed gate region and the whole surface of the AlGaN layer were covered with a high-quality atomic layer-deposited (ALD) Al_2O_3 layer, which play a role as an excellent gate insulator in the recessed gate region and a surface passivation layer in the ungated region between the source and the drain. The fabricated GaN MOSFET with 30-nm-thick ALD Al_2O_3 exhibited good device performances, such as a maximum drain current of 109 mA/mm, a maximum extrinsic transconductance of 30 mS/mm, a low specific on-resistance of 1.86 mΩ·cm^2, and a subthreshold slope of 365 mV/dec with a threshold voltage of 2.6 V.
베이지안 State-space 모델을 이용한 눈볼대 자원평가 및 관리방안

This study is aimed to take a stock assessment of blackthroat seaperch Doederleinia seaperch regarding the fishing effort of large-powered Danish Seine Fishery and Southwest Sea Danish Seine Fishery. For the assessment, the state-space model was implemented and the standardized catch per unit effort (CPUE) of large powered Danish Seine Fishery and Southwest Sea Danish Seine Fishery which is necessary for the model was estimated with generalized linear model (GLM). The model was adequate for stock assessment because its r-square value was 0.99 and root mean square error (RMSE) value was 0.003. According to the model with 95% confidence interval, maximum sustainable yield (MSY) of Blackthroat seaperch is from 2,634 to 6,765 ton and carrying capacity (K) is between 33,180 and 62,820. Also, the catchability coefficient (q) is between 2.14E-06 and 3.95E-06 and intrinsic growth rate (r) is between 0.31 and 0.72.
