        고려시대 개경의 사찰과 흥국사(興國寺)

        This study is focus on role of Buddhist temple in Gaegyoung, the capital of Goryeo through looking into Heong’gook-sa Temple(興國寺) and its 5-story stupa which made by Kang Gamchan(姜邯贊). Heong’gook-sa Temple was established in Gaegyoung by King Tae-jo. This temple was located in the middle of the capital and the distance from the royal palace was the closest. In 1021, Kang Gamchan established 5-story stupa and engraved 38-letters on the stupa. This construction of stupa in Heong’gook-sa Temple(興國寺 石塔) was related to King Hyeon-jong’s construction of Hyeonhwa-sa Temple(玄化寺) for his parents who had passed away. This short epigraph shows Bureaucrats’ faith in Buddhism such as disciples Bodhisattva precepts(菩薩戒弟子) title. Heong’gook-sa Temple were mainly places where bureaucrats operated. Especially, on the King’s natal day(節日) bureaucrats held a ceremony to the Buddha for the king and celebrated his birth. In case of drought, bureaucrats prayed for rain to the Buddha in Heong’gook-sa Temple. There were also an official ordination platform in Heong’gook-sa Temple. In the late Goryeo period, important political discussions were underway in Heong’gook-sa Temple, and it was a place where scholars read Confucian texts or prepared civil service examination.

        디지털 온도보상에 의한 버스트 모드 광송신기의 구현

        마이크로프로세서를 사용하여 디지털 방식에 의해 온도보상을 하는 버스트 모드 광송신기를 구현하였다. 기존 실시간으로 신호를 처리하는 아날로그 방식의 온도보상 방법에 비하여, 본 연구에서 구현한 디지털 방식의 온도보상은 신호를 샘플링 처리함으로써 고속 버스트 모드 광신호를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있다. 온도보상을 위한 디지털 자동전력조절 방식은 데이터 전송속도에 영향을 받지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 아날로그 방식에 비해 보다 정확하고 효율적이므로 Gb/s 이상의 고속 버스트 광신호처리에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. We have implemented a bust mode optical transmitter using digital temperature compensation architecture with a microprocessor. Instead of previous analog real time technique, we used digital sampling and holding technique for the temperature compensation in order to get stable high speed data transmission of the laser diode. This digital temperature compensation technique should be complemented the previous analog method with accuracy and effectiveness in the over Gb/s transmitting application.

        UCP 600상 상당일치론의 적용에 관한 연구

        L/C transaction, the most important issue for the seller and the buyer is the theory of documentary transaction and the theory of strict compliance which are the principles of L/C transactions. According to the leading cases in England and America where the practice of L/C transactions was created and developed, the descriptions of the commodities specified on all the documents which are submitted based on an L/C, should be identical to the descriptions of commodities specified in the L/C. And further, many leading cases of L/C continuously repeat to emphasize strict compliance. However, the recent leading cases in and out of the country show that the principle of strict compliance is being weakened. The leading cases in America show two trends of weakening the principle of strict compliance. That is, on the contrary to strict compliance, tends to apply substantial compliance (which puts more value on the substance of the documents). These leading cases reflect the attitudes of the judicial and the legislative authorization that don't want to approve formal approach to the commercial law. Recently, the Supreme Court of Korea is giving a decision on the principle of strict compliance, “The documents attached to an L/C should strictly comply with the conditions in the L/C, but it doesn't mean that they should be perfectly identical without any mistake in words. In case the bank can understand through reasonable care that a small mistake in words is too trivial to give different meaning or to give damage to the conditions of the L/C, the documents are regarded to comply with the conditions of the L/C. However, the judgment should be based on whether the difference between the documents and the L/C can be admitted by the international standard bank transaction practice or not." This decision tells that the principle of strict compliance is quite much modified so application of this modification can't be ignored. However, from the viewpoint of the party who requests to open an L/C, there is a criticism that a bank's arbitrary judgement can be involved. Therefore, reviewing the original purpose of L/C transactions (activating international transactions), the principle of strict compliance may be thought old-fashioned because it emphasizes a form, but in reality, for prompt transaction and payment, the principle of strict compliance should be observed in L/C transactions. And further, if a legislative device is prepared to systematically compensate for several side-effects, the principle of strict compliance will improve dynamic flow of prompt and low-costly L/C transactions. On the other hand, it will be able to protect the interested parties.

        CISG상 계약의 성립에 관한 연구

        This paper focuses on the formation of contract under CISG through the case by the Korean court. Under the CISG, an offer means that a proposal for concluding a contact constitutes the offer, if it is sufficiently definite and indicates the intention of the offeror to be bound in case of acceptance. An acceptance is statement made by or other conduct of the offeree indicating assent to an offer, and this statement purports to be an acceptance but contains additional or different terms which do not materially alter the terms of the offer constitutes an acceptance. In practice, parties negotiate for lots of contract terms to conclude the contract, and the last reply indicating of assent which is made by statement or other conduct to a proposal for concluding a contract would be an acceptance. At this time the most important factor is the intention of parties whether they intend the offer or the acceptance, Purchase order by buyer or Offer Sheet by seller would be understand as condition precedent for the formation of contract. Nevertheless, keep in mind that the Korean court is consistent in the way Purchase order by buyer or Offer Sheet by seller is an acceptance to conclude contract.

        용매 추출에 의한 조제 메틸나프탈렌유에 함유된 함질소화합물의 저감에 관한 실험적 연구(Ⅱ)

        조제 메틸나프탈렌유(CMNO)의 품질향상의 일환으로, 본 연구는 포름아미드 추출에 의한 CMNO에 함유된 함 질소화합물(NC)의 저감을 실험적으로 검토했다. 원료로서는 3종류의 NC [퀴놀린(QU), 이소퀴놀린(IQU), 인돌(IN)], 3종류의 2환 방향족화합물[BAC; 나프탈렌(NA), 1-메틸나프탈렌(1MNA), 2-메틸나프탈렌(2MNA)]과 비페닐(BP) 등이 함유된 CMNO를, 용매로서는 포름아미드 수용액을 각각 사용했다. 초기 용매에 함유된 물의 체적분율(y<sub>w,0</sub>)의 증가는 3종류의 NC의 분배계수와 수율을 급격히 감소시켰으나, 역으로 2MNA을 기준한 NC의 선택도를 증가시켰다. 일정한 조건[y<sub>w,0</sub> = 0.1, 초기 원료(CMNO)에 대한 용매의 체적분율 = 1, 조작온도 = 303 K, 액-액 접촉시간 = 72 h]하의 회분 병류 5단 평형추출을 통해 회수된 추잔유 중의 QU, IQU와 IN의 조성은 CMNO에 비해 각각 약 51.5%, 55.2%와 71.8% 저감되었다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 우수한 NC의 저감율로부터 본 연구의 포름아미드 추출법은 CMNO에 함유된 NC의 저감법으로 기대되었다. As a part of improving the quality of crude methylnaphthalene (CMNO), this study was experimentally examined the reduction of nitrogen-containing compounds (NC) present in the CMNO by solvent extraction. The CMNO was composed of three kinds of NC [quinolone (QU), iso-quinoline (IQU), indole (IN)], three kinds of bicyclic aromatic compound [BAC; naphthalene (NA), 1-methylnaphthalene (1MNA), 2-methylnaphthalene (2MNA)] and biphenyl (BP) etc., in addition to an aqueous formamide solution, which were used as raw materials and a solvent, respectively. The increase in the volume fraction of water to the solvent in the initial state (y<sub>w,0</sub>) caused a sharp decrease in the distribution coefficient and the yield of NC, but conversely raised the increased selectivity of NC based on 2MNA. The compositions of QU, IQU and IN in the raffinate oil recovered through the equilibrium extraction of batch co-current 5-stage under constant conditions [y<sub>w,0</sub> = 0.1, volume fraction of solvent to feed (CMNO) at the initial state = 1, operating temperature = 303 K, liquid-liquid contacting time = 72 h] were reduced by about 51.5%, 55.2%, and 71.8%, respectively, when compared to those of CMNO. From the excellent reduction rate of NC, the formamide extraction method suggested in this study can be expected to be a useful reduction method for NC contained in the CMNO.

        3D 집적 영상에서 영역 분할을 이용한 요소 영상의 압축 기법

        집적 영상 기술은 잘 알려진 3D 영상 기록 및 디스플레이 기술이다. 집적 영상에서 사용되는 대용량 데이터는 3D 영상을 저장하고 전송하기 위한 압축 기법을 요구한다. 기존의 압축 방법에서는 동일한 기록 시스템을 사용한 다할 지라도 요소 영상의 데이터 크기가 3D 물체의 위치, 조명과 렌즈 배열 등의 다양한 기록 조건에 따라 크게 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 기록 조건에 따른 요소 영상 특성의 의존성을 줄이기 위하여 집적 영상에서 요소 영상의 분할 영역을 이용한 압축 기법이 제안된다. 제안된 기법은 각 3D 물체의 픽업 위치에 따른 요소 영상의 지역적 유사성을 고려하여 향상된 압축률을 보여준다. 제안된 기법의 효율성을 보이기 위하여, 다양한 요소 영상들이 픽업되었고 표준 MPEG-4를 이용하여 압축이 진행되었다. 실험을 통하여 제안된 압축 기법이 기존의 압축 방식에 비하여 9%의 압축률 향상을 보였다. Integral imaging is a well-known 3D image recording and display technique. The huge size of integral imaging data requires a compression scheme to store and transmit 3D scenes. In the conventional compression scheme, the data amount of elemental images depends on the various recording condition such as the positional location of a 3D object, the illumination and specification of the lenslet array even if an identical pickup system is used. In this paper, to reduce the dependence of the image characteristics of elemental images on the pickup conditions, a compression scheme using block division on the elemental image of integral imaging is proposed. The proposed scheme provides an improved compression ratio by considering the local similarity of elemental images picked up from three-dimensional objects according to a positional location. To test the proposed scheme, various elemental images are picked up and a compression process is then carried out using a standard MPEG-4. Based on compression ratio results, the proposed compression scheme is improved by approximately 9% compared with the conventional compression method.
