        시나브로는 언어발달지연 개선을 목적으로 발음을 교정하는 프로그램이다. TTSㆍSTT API 를 사용하여 단어의 표준 발음을 음성 자료로 게시하고, 연습 후 사용자가 녹음한 음성에 대해 텍스트 및 시각 자료를 제공한다. 이를 통해 사용자는 자신의 발화 발음에 대해 객관적으로 피드백을 받아들일 수 있다. 시나브로는 전문기관 방문을 동반하는 일반적인 치료 방식과 달리, 온라인 기반 웹 서비스로 제작되어 공간, 시간, 비용 등의 제약을 극복하며 높은 접근성을 제공한다.

        치과위생사의 직무만족도와 환자안전문화 활동의 관련성

        목적: 본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 직무만족도와 환자안전문화 활동 수준을 파악하고 직무만족도와 환자안 전문화 활동의 관련성을 파악하기 위하여 수행하였다. 연구방법: 치과위생사 214명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 최종 180명의 자료를 분석하였다. 직무만족도는 총 20개 문항으로 구성되었으며 환자안전문화 활동 문항은 총 25개로 안전문화활동 10개, 안전시설관리 1개, 진 료전달체계 5개, 질관리 2개, 감염관리 4개, 방사선 안전관리 3개로 구성하였다. 설문은 5점 척도로 하였다. 연구결과: 연구대상의 직무만족도 평균점수는 3.44점이었으며 점수가 가장 낮은 문항은 ‘내 능력에 비해 업무량 은 많은 편이다(2.78점)’와 ‘나는 업무수행 시 업무 외의 일이 없는 것에 만족한다(2.78점)’이었다. 환자안전문화 활 동 6개 영역 중 감염관리의 평균점수가 4.12점으로 가장 높고 방사선 안전관리의 평균점수는 3.10점으로 가장 낮 았다. 임상경력이 3년 미만인 경우(4.01점)에 3년 이상 10년 미만 그룹(3.72점)과 10년 이상인 그룹(3.69점)에 비해 환자안전문화활동 점수가 높았으며 연령이 높아질수록, 임상경력이 적을수록, 직무만족도가 높을수록 환자안전 문화 활동 수준이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 결론: 치과위생사의 경우는 업무 전반에서 환자안전문화 활동이 이뤄져야 하기 때문에 환자안전문화 활동 영역 에 대한 적극적인 실천 의지와 필요하지만 환자진료에서 병원관리까지 다양한 업무를 맡고 있는 치과위생사는 업무과중으로 인해 직무만족도가 떨어지고 업무수행의지를 저하시켜 환자안전문화 활동에도 부정적인 영향을 미 칠 수 있다. 환자안전문화 활동 수행도 향상을 위해서는 환자안전문화 활동의 핵심 직종인 치과위생사의 직무만 족도 향상에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 직무환경 개선에도 관심을 가져야 할 것이다 Background: This study was conducted to determine the level of job satisfaction and patient safety cultural activities for dental hygienists and to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and patient safety cultural activities. Methods: A survey was conducted on 214 dental hygienists, and data from the final 180 were analyzed. Job satisfaction consisted of a total of 20 questions, and patient safety cultural activities included a total of 25 questions. The survey was conducted on a 5-point scale. Results: The average job satisfaction score of the study subjects was 3.44 points. Among patient safety cultural activities, infection control had the highest average score (4.12 points) and radiation safety management had the lowest average score (3.10 points). Patients with less than 3 years of clinical experience (4.01 points) had higher patient safety culture activity scores than those with 3 to 10 years of clinical experience (3.72 points) and those with more than 10 years of clinical experience (3.69 points). The level of patient safety cultural activities was statistically significantly higher as age, less clinical experience, and job satisfaction increased (p<0.05). Conclusion: In the case of dental hygienists, patient safety cultural activities must be carried out throughout the entire work, so an active will to practice patient safety cultural activities is necessary. In order to improve the performance of patient safety cultural activities, it is necessary to adjust the workload of dental hygienists to improve job satisfaction and create a work environment in which they can focus on patient safety cultural activities.

        Methyl Orange를 이용한 나일론 직물의 염색 및 산성용액 접촉에 따른 색 변화

        Strong acids, such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, are colorless and are not easily detected when leaked. Halochromic dyes can be used for detecting strong acids because they show different colors when exposed to acid liquids. In this study, methyl orange was used as a pH-indicating dye in detecting acid liquids. Nylon 66 woven fabric was dyed with methyl orange, and the dyeing properties were determined, along with the pH-sensing property, colorfastness, and fixing agent effect. Methyl orange in an aqueous solution showed maximum absorption at 464 nm with orange color at a pH of 5−10, whereas the maximum absorption changed to 507 nm showing red color at a pH of 2. Nylon 66 dyed with methyl orange exhibited a good color yield (K/S), and the dyeing property was influenced by the pH and dye concentration. When the dyed sample was immersed in a solution with a pH range of 3.5−4.0, its original orange color was maintained. Then, the color turned to reddish-orange when immersed in a solution of 2.0-3.0 pH and red in a pH 1.5 solution. The acid-sensing property was retained after fixing agent treatment. The wash and water fastness of the dyed fabrics varied from poor to very poor, and the fastness of the staining was improved to a moderate level by fixing agent treatment. The lightfastness indicators before and after the application of fixing agent treatment were moderate and good, respectively.

        Bromophenol blue를 이용한 나일론 직물의 염색 및 산 조건에 따른 색 변화

        Acid compounds, which are widely used in industry, are colorless and have difficulty in detecting when leaked by accident. In order to solve this problem, several researches on acid gas detection have been carried out, but there have been few studies on acid liquid (or solvent) detection with chemosensors. A chemosensor using halochromic dye can provide a simple and easy detecting method by exhibiting different color when it is exposed by acid liquid. In this study, bromophenol blue was selected as a pHindicating dye for detecting acid liquid. Nylon 66 woven fabric was dyed with bromophenol blue and dyeing properties were investigated. pH sensing property was also investigated by dipping the dyed nylon fabric in acidic solution. At pH 2, bromophenol blue in aqueous solution showed maximum absorption at 437 nm with yellow color while, at the pH above 5, maximum absorption was changed to 591 nm with blue color. Bromophenol blue showed good color yield (K/S) on nylon 66 and dyeing property was dependent on dyeing pH as well as dye concentration. When the dyed sample was immersed at pH 2.5− 4.0 acidic solution, its original blue color was maintained. However, its color markedly turned to green and yellow when immersed at pH 2.0 and 1.5 solution, respectively. Wash and water fastness of the dyed fabric was moderate to very good. Fixing agent treatment only resulted in adverse effects such as wide pH range for color changing and poor fastness properties.

        현장검안 시 외상성 머리안출혈 진단을 위한 근적외선 분광분석기의 유용성에 대한 고찰

        Near-infrared spectroscopy is a device used to determine whether traumatic intracranial hemorrhage has occurred and is primarily used for screening in emergency situations. In this study we examined the applicability of this equipment in postmortem inspection. This study included 124 autopsy cases and 59 postmortem inspection cases performed in the National Forensic Service from July 2017 to October 2018. We carried out the test using Infrascanner Model 2000 (Infrascan Inc.). Autopsy cases were divided into four groups (epidural hemorrhage or subdural hemorrhage group, traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage or cerebral contusion group, nontraumatic intracerebral hemorrhage group, and control group) and analyzed. There was no difference in the test results according to the presence and type of intracranial hemorrhage. The possibility that variables related to postmortem change affected the test results was considered. In conclusion, this study confirmed that nearinfrared spectroscopy is not suitable for the detection of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage in postmortem inspection.
