        구강과 위내 Helicobacter pylori의 상호관련성

        Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) is bacterial infection, with more than half of the world population infected and oral cavity is considered second reservoir of H. pylori infection. The purpose of this study was to evaluate role of oral cavity in H. pylori infection by comparison of the mode H. pylori infection in oral cavity and stomach. We recruited 100 subjects without systemic disease including gastrointestinal disease. Samples in oral cavity taken on gingival sulcus fluid(GSF) of lower left central incisor and 1st molar, area of buccal mucosa, dorsum of the tongue, palatal and saliva. We analyzed by Nested polymerase chain reaction(PCR) for oral infection and Urea Breath Test(UBT) for gastric infection. The results were as follows : 1. Among these 100 subjects, 36(36%) were positive by Nested PCR and 33(33%) were positive by UBT(p>0.05). 2. In detection rate of H. pylori in sites taken sample, 11(11%), 8(8%), 9(9%), 3(3%), 9(9%), 7(7%) were positive on GSF of lower left central incisor and 1st molar, area of buccal mucosa, dorsum of the tongue, palatal and saliva, respectively. Statical significance was observed in samples of GSF of lower left central incisor and area of dorsum of the tongue(p<0.05). 3. In comparison of the mode of H. pylori infection in oral cavity and stomach by analytic method, positive in oral cavity and stomach was 10(10%), negative in oral cavity and positive in stomach was 23(23%), positive in oral cavity and negative in stomach was 26(26%) and negative in oral cavity and stomach was 41(41%)(p>0.05). Conclusively, we can guess that oral H. pylori is not associated with gastric H. pylori infection and normal flora.

        라즈베리 파이에서 MQTT 프로토콜 이용 시 전력 소모 분석

        라즈베리 파이는 사물 인터넷 애플리케이션 개발을 위한 범용 하드웨어 플랫폼으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 사물 인터넷에 연결된 각종 기기들이 수행하는 기본적인 작업은 다양한 센서를 이용하여 주변 환경 정보 혹은 기기의 상태 정보를 획득하고 이를 게이트웨이 혹은 원격 서버로 전송하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사물 인터넷 응용 프로토콜인 MQTT가 많이 사용되고 있다. 사물 인터넷 기기는 보통 배터리 파워로 동작하는 경우가 많고 배터리 교체 없이 장시간 동작할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 센서 데이터 획득 및 전송 작업을 처리하는 데 있어서 에너지 효율성이 매우 중요한 문제 중 하나이다. 에너지 효율적인 사물 인터넷 애플리케이션을 만들기 위해서는 해당 애플리케이션의 전력 소모 특성에 대한 정보가 필수적이다. 하지만 사물 인터넷 기기에서 사물 인터넷 통신 시 전력 소모를 분석하는 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 사물 인터넷 하드웨어 플랫폼으로 널리 사용되는 라즈베리 파이에서 MQTT를 이용하여 데이터를 송수신하는 다양한 상황의 전력 소모를 측정하고 분석한다. Raspberry Pi has been widely used for a hardware platform to develop the Internet of Things (IoT) applications. The basic task of diverse IoT devices is to obtain their status or environmental information by using various sensors and to send them to a gateway or a remote server. For the purpose, one of application layer protocols for IoT, MQTT is widely used. IoT devices are often powered by batteries and they are required to operate for a long time without replacing or recharging their batteries. Thus, energy efficiency is one of the most critical problems for obtaining and sending sensor data. To develop energy-efficient IoT applications, the information about power consumption characteristics of the applications is necessary. However, there has been little study to analyze power consumption of IoT communication on IoT devices. This paper presents a study to measure and analyze the power consumption of sending/receiving data under various conditions via the MQTT protocol on Raspberry Pi.

        여가유형에 따른 수정된 계획행동(MTPB)과 진지한 여가의 관계분석

        This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between revised planning behavior and serious leisure according to leisure type. For this study, participants participated leisure activities in Seoul and Gyeonggi in December, 2018. For this study, frequency analysis was performed to examine the demographic characteristics. Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS Window 25.0 program. As a result of verifying the relationship between revised planning behavior and serious leisure according to leisure type, the correlation between modified plan behavior and serious leisure factors was found to be significant. Second, the effects of modified plan behavior on serious leisure were significant in order of control perception, body image, subjective norm, exercise intention, attitude. This study suggests that this study is a quantitative study and lacks in-depth research on what modified planning behaviors were made through serious leisure activities. Therefore, in the subsequent study, it is necessary to conduct a qualitative study on the psychological factors and the social factors influencing the serious leisure activity perceived by the other person.

      • 소형 디젤 엔진의 연소실 및 인젝터 노즐 형상에 따른 연비 및 배기 특성

        The penetrations of the sprays from the injectors were increased with adoption of high pressure injection system in a light-duty diesel engine. Because the combustion chamber of a light-duty diesel engine is smaller than the heavy-duty, the interaction between spray and combustion chamber is much important in a light-duty diesel engine. The combustion process and the position at which the combustion occurs vary depending on the combustion chamber geometry and spray. Also, in the case of a small diesel engine, the ratio of the heat loss caused by combustion to the piston and the liner is large. It is therefore important to improve combustion and reduce heat loss through optimization of injector nozzles and combustion chamber geometry of small diesel engines. In this study, fuel efficiency and exhaust characteristics of a small diesel engine according to the shape of injector nozzle were examined in two types of combustion chambers. The effect of the nozzle diameter and the number of holes was studied. The nozzle diameter was 100um to 117um and the number of nozzles was in the range of 8 to 12. The shape of the re-entrance combustion chamber tends to improve the fuel efficiency and exhaust gas when the nozzle diameter is larger and the number of holes is increased. This is because the air utilization in the combustion chamber increased when the momentum of the spray was larger. However, when the nozzle diameter increases beyond a certain nozzle diameter, the penetration distance of the liquid spray becomes longer, so that the wetting of the liquid spray occurs and the particulate matter emission increased. On the other hand, in the case where the depth of the combustion chamber shape is deep and making the spray using the air toward the edge of the combustion chamber, the fuel consumption and exhaust are deteriorated when the nozzle diameter is large and the number of holes is increased,. Compared to the combustion chamber shape in which the spray is re-entrant to the center of the combustion chamber, the larger the spray momentum did not help to improve the air utilization rate, and the microscopic mixing of the air and the fuel due to improved atomization of the spray improved the combustion and exhaust. In this experiment the formation of the injector nozzle and spray required for each combustion chamber shape in the case of the small diesel engine is changed. Therefore, it was concluded that optimization of injector shape, injection strategy and optimization of combustion chamber shape should be performed at the same time.

        한국인의 성격 5요인에 따른 여가반추 관계연구

        The diversity and spread of leisure activities are indispensable to the leisure experiences of our culture and era, but there is not enough leisure time, resulting in burnout syndrome such as work addiction and lack of energy. And modern people are known for their peculiar and constant thoughts, emotions, and various actions through various personalities. Therefore, this study aims to study the positive and negative aspects of leisure rumination according to personality characteristics (Big 5 type) in daily life through the time of thinking about leisure activities. This study was set up as a group for the general public living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam, and Busan in June 2019. In order to examine the relationship between personality 5 factors and leisure rumination, the survey was distributed and collected to 550 subjects using the convenience sampling method. Based on the results of this study, the relationship between the five personality factors and leisure ruminant appeared. Firstly, the positive emotional factors of leisure ruminant showed influence on all personality types by acting as a way out of experiencing daily happiness for a while with the thought of leisure activity in daily life. In addition, the problem-solving factors were found to be a concept of rest, seeking a developmental direction through leisure in daily life, and arouse the desire for new things. In this study, follow-up studies will require various researches on the leisure activities pursued by individuals, and an approach should be given to the meanings of leisure reflections of each leisure activity. In addition, it is not enough to clarify the concept of leisure ruminants, and it is necessary to confirm the meaning of leisure ruminant factors through various leisure activities as well as personality.

        골프 경기 상황 중 전문캐디의 역할탐색 연구

        This study was conducted to identify the role, dependence, and conflict of professional caddies in the competition situation. In the latest study, five professional caddies who served as professional caddies for more than 7-15 years in the KPGA and KLPGA as of January 2019 were selected as study participants. Throughout the competition, the analytical text analysis method was used through in-depth analysis of past experience and current perspectives during the competition between the Tour players and professional caddies. As a result of this study, the role of caddy was forming roles of the physical role of the club, the course, Second, as the content of tour golfers who depend on professional caddies during the game, it is an important category of caddy"s role due to psychological burden and reliance on information provided to the players. First, research participants were found to play the role of caddie with expertise as a professional caddie, serving as advisers to players, and even dedicated the parts and the psychological parts of the information players need. Second, there have been many cases where tour players rely on professional caddies. The subject of this study was studied only with the opinions of some of the KPGA and KLPGA professional caddies. Subsequent studies suggest more in-depth opinions if qualitative and quantitative studies are studied together

        The large synchronous motor for the pumped-storage plant(or SFC : Static Frequency Converter) has to be brought up to 100% rated speed and synchronized with the AC power network. Starting the motor from rest is achieved by switching current into the stator winding so that interaction between tins stator current and the rotor flux will cause the correct direction of torque to be developed so that the motor turns m the required direction. Starting ranges of the synchronous motor are divided into three regions. The first region is at standstill, the second that is called by the forced commutation is from standstill to 5-8% of rated speed, and the third, which is called by the natural commutation, is from 5-8% of rated speed to 100% rated speed So This paper describes three regions of the control techniques of the pumped-storage synchronous motor drive

      • 로봇 수확을 위한 참외의 자세 추정

        참외는 국내 시설원예 대표 작물 중 하나로 매년 15만 톤 정도가 생산되는 인기 있는 과채류이다. 참외는 수확 작업이 전체 노동시간의 약 36%를 차지하며, 수확 환경은 고온 다습하고 폐쇄되어 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 참외 수확 로봇의 연구개발이 진행되었으나, 수확 작업과 직접적인 연관이 있는 인식 기술의 경우 연구개발이 전무 하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 참외 온실에서 효율적인 로봇 수확을 위해 참외 위치 검출 및 자세 추정을 수행하였다. 위치 검출은 영상 수준의 주석작업으로 영역 검출이 가능한 약지도 학습을 사용하여 수행하였으며, 자세 추정은 검출된 영역을 입력 데이터로 사용하여 수행하였다. 위치 검출 단계에서 성능은 재현율, 정밀도가 94%, 90%로 관찰되었으며, 자세추정 단계에서 전체적인 성능은 65%의 검출률을 보여주었으나 그중 수확 작업 시 중요한 정보인 꼭지부와 절단부의 정보는 80% 이상의 검출률이 관찰되었다. 본 연구는 로봇 수확을 위한 작물의 2차원 정보의 빠른 제공을 통해 수확 대상과 선정 및 수확 지점 검출이 가능하였으며 3차원 깊이 정보와 동기화를 통해 실제 수확 작업에 직접적인 기여가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
