An experimental investigation was carried out to identify the difference between wind turbine power curves derived from hub height wind speed (HHWS) and rotor equivalent wind speed (REWS) at the Haengwon and Dongbok wind farms on Jeju Island. The terrains of the wind farms were analyzed according to International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 61400-12-1 2nd edition. The Haengwon wind farm was analyzed as a simple terrain, while the Dongbok wind farm was analyzed as a complex terrain that needed site calibration before power performance testing. Since the site calibration process for the operating wind farm was not possible, power performance testing was performed without site calibration. The power curves were derived using HHWS and REWS, and the annual energy productions (AEPs) were calculated by applying the Rayleigh wind speed distribution to the power curves. In addition, the normalized revenue by 1 MW for 20 years was calculated using the AEPs. As a result, the average HHWS and REWS at the Haengwon wind farm were 11.68 m/s and 11.64 m/s, while those at the Dongbok wind farm were 8.22 m/s and 8.18 m/s, respectively. The average relative error of the AEP at annual average wind speeds of 5to 11 m/s was 0.96 % for Haengwon wind farm and 1.68 % for the Dongbok wind farm. The average revenue difference at annual average wind speeds of 4 to 11m/s was 55 million Korean won for the Haengwon wind farm and 111 million Korean won for the Dongbok wind farm.

This paper studies the wind pressure distribution over the Commonwealth Advisory Aeronautical Council building model (CAARC model) using CFD. We also considered the interaction between the CAARC model and other buildings. The Reynolds number based on the building height was 380,000. The number of sells for the simulation was about 500,000. The wind pressure was lowest when the wind direction was blowing at an angle 45 degrees of the CAARC model. When the gap between the two buildings in front of the CAARC was over 1/2 the horizontal length of the CAARC model, the wind pressure was higher than the pressure without the two buildings. When the distance between the two front buildings and the CAARC was less than 1.5 times the vertical length of the CAARC model, the wind pressure increased. Accordingly, the relative distance between two buildings or the distance from the CAARC model should be considered when extra wind exists due to other buildings.
정보격차 연구 동향 분석 — 문헌정보학분야와 일반사회과학분야와의 비교 —

The purpose of this study is to study digital divide research trends of LIS fields and other social science fields through the analysis of author keyword network of peer-reviewed journal articles using NetMiner4 software. The author keyword was collected from KCI database. The results of the study were as follows: 1) the digital divide studies were focused on information services provision for information disadvantaged group by the public libraries in LIS fields. However, the studies of other social science fields were focused on the unique characteristics of information society and a new phenomenon of digital divide in the smart era, 2) compared with the other social science fields, there were a few researches about the old among the underprivileged, 3)there was little interest in other types of libraries except public libraries in LIS fields, 4)there is a need to study new types of digital divide in the smart era by LIS scholars. 본 연구의 목적은 문헌정보학 분야와 일반 사회과학 분야의 정보격차 연구 동향을 관련 연구논문들의 키워드 네트워크 구축을 통해 비교, 분석하는 것이다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)을 통해 2000년도부터 2019년 현재까지의 관련 논문들을 대상으로 저자 키워드를 추출하여 NetMiner4를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 문헌정보학 분야의 경우 공공도서관의 정보소외 계층을 위한 정보서비스 제공이라는 측면에서 접근한 연구가 대부분이었다. 이에 비해 일반 사회과학 분야의 경우는 정보사회의 특성에 주목한 연구들과 최근의 스마트 환경에서의 정보격차 현상에 주목한 연구들이 많았다. 또한 소외계층 중에서는 노인에 대한 연구가 일반 사회과학 분야에 비해 많지 않았다. 따라서 노인의 정보격차에 대한 연구가 필요하며 공공도서관 중심에서 여러 관종의 도서관들에 대한 관심으로 확장될 필요가 있다. 또한 문헌정보학 분야의 경우 새로운 정보환경에서의 정보격차에 대한 이해를 시도한 연구가 많지 않았다. 따라서 4차산업혁명에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 현 상황에서 새로운 스마트환경에서의 정보격차에 대한 관심과 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.
풍력터빈 요 오정렬 보정에 따른 진동 저감 및 출력성능 향상 실증 연구

In this study, the yaw misalignment value of wind turbine was measured using Lidar and it was analyzed the effect of vibration reduction and power performance improvement when applied to turbine. It was confirmed that the vibration of the main bearing and the gear box of the wind turbine was partially reduced. Also it was found that the output performance was improved when the wind speed was over 8m/s. As a result, it was also found that the annual energy production(AEP) was improved when the average annual wind speed of the wind farm was over 6m/s. Converted to AEP, the AEP improved about 1% and 4%, when the annual wind speed was 6m/s and 11m/s respectively, which resulted in an improvement of about 1~4% through the yaw misalignment correction of the wind turbine.
기상탑을 이용한 나셀 거치형 라이다 빔의 LOS(Line of Sight) 풍속 교정절차

Wind lidar application is increasing and its calibration method is required to use wind lidar as an alternative to the meteorological mast. A nacelle lidar calibration method is now being discussed in IEC 61400-50-3 (Wind energy generation systems - Part 50-3: Use of nacelle-mounted lidars for wind measurements), and the method is mainly based on the wind lidar beam line of sight (LOS) wind speed calibration suggested by DTU as DTU E-0020 (Calibrating Nacelle Lidars). In this paper, a LOS wind speed calibration method is introduced and a calibration example performed on Jeju island is presented. The results showed a slope of 1.011 and R2 of 0.997, which means that the LOS wind speed is highly correlated with the reference wind speed and is comparable. But LOS wind speed calibration requires a very long time due to its principle and environmental conditions, and a calibration method that can overcome this problem of uncontrollable environments needs to be developed.
