This paper aims at enhancing the electric production efficiency of photovoltaic(PV) system. The electrical power of PV system is proportional to light intensity on a PV module surface. In this paper, we apply two types of systems to enhance power generation efficiency. First of all, concentring sunlight using specular surface and one-axis tracking system which traces the sun with vertical direction are applied in this project. From this, we analyze the fixed type method and power generation efficiency.

PV module has many power loss factors, and series resistance is the most important elements of them. It is therefore easy to expect the partial shading decrease the lifetime of the semiconductor depletion layer in thin film PV module. Different shading losses could be related with the hot spot which is critical in expecting the reliability issue. In this paper we have modelled the series resistance of the PV module with both different direction of the cell line and shading area of the panel. From the results, thin film a-Si PV module has shown different properties by shading direction.

a-Si solar cell has relatively dominant drift current when compared with crystalline solar cell due to the high internal electric field. Such drift current make an impact on the PV module in thel ocal shading. In this paper, the a-Si PV module output characteristics of shading effects was approached in terms of process condition, because of the different deposition layer of thin film lead to rising the resistance. We suggested design condition to ensure the long-term durability of the module with regard to the degradation factors such as hot spot by analyzing the module specification. The result shows a remarkable difference on moduleuniformity for each shading position. Inaddition, the unbalanced power loss due to power mismatch of each module could intensify the degradation

Now days, the cost of raw materials has been rising. And the solar industry worry about production cost. Many companies want to decrease unit cost of wafer. One way of solution is thin silicon solar cell. But thin solar cells are damaged in the physical thermal at tabbing process. The best way is tabbing in lowest soldering temperature and appropriate adhesive. In this paper, a study on heat conduction characteristics by thickness of silicon wafer in same setup with production process. The target is optimization of soldering temperature. The test was known back face temperature at tabbing with hot air and thin wafers conducted more heat flux. It give damage by heat shock. Single crystal wafer and multi crystal wafer by 200㎛,170㎛, 150㎛ thickness was test. In addition, heat transfer process was a visual representation of the simulation by Ansys tool.

There are some degradation factors for amorphous silicon solar cells. Light inducing is one of the factor that explained by Staebler-Wronski effect. Also, hotspot heating could be the reason that makes amorphous silicon solar cell degrade. Hotspot heating is occurred when a solar cell is shaded so this work is investigated into two types of shading condition and how these affect to solar cell differently. Reduced irradiance for whole cell and partially shaded as 0(W/㎡) while the other part of cell is soaking as 1000(W/㎡) of irradiance are two conditions that are experimented. The two types of shading show different characteristics of degradations. The result shows that partially shaded cell dropped maximum power less and slower. Also sudden drop points have shown that should be concerned to decide the number of cells for a string. Otherwise, the current through a shaded cell might flow more than cell's capability. It makes cell and module damaged. This work would help to manufacture modules.
굴삭기 엔진용 저압연료펌프의 아이들 기어와 하우징 사이의 고착 현상 개선에 관한 실험적 연구

This paper describes the adherence phenomenon, including the tribological characteristics, of a lowpressure fuel pump in a diesel engine for an excavator. Most fuel pumps of a diesel-engine excavator are of the fixed-quantity-gear type and have low pressure. However, the developed pumps develop problems in the pumping system owing to performance instability. Cavitation, which is the main obstacle to stable driving in the pump, occurs between an idle gear and the housing to produce a serious adherence problem. The present study not only examined how to suppress cavitation in a pump but also developed a simple method to improve pump performance through the early creation of a lubrication film with a phosphoric acid coating on the surface of the idle gear. The results showed that the coating successfully prevents breakage of the idle gear due to adherence.
