The purpose of this study was to address the characteristics of audience for culture and art performance and to supply basic marketing information to culture and art organization, but analyzing the lifestyle and other art related matters of th domestic audiences. This study also presented the possibility of segmentation of culture and art market based on the comparison between participant and non-participant`s lifestyle. Through the empirical study, several research findings were emerged. 1. We have figured out the market segment of culture and art market based on the standard of lifestyle of participant(i. e. current musical audience). 2. The culture and art audience based on participant could be classified by the similarity of the desires into several subgroups. 3. Through the analysis and integration of subgroup profiles concerning each participant, it was revealed to be very useful to the formulation of th integrated marketing strategy and implication.
내부서비스품질 측정을 위한 척도(ISQB)의 재 응용 - 신뢰성과 타당성분석을 중심으로

서비스조직이 서비스 지향적이고 고객지향적이기 위한 방안으로 내부마케팅이 제안되고 있으며, 그 구체적인 내용으로 조직 내의 내부서비스품질에 대한 연구가 함께 연구되어져 왔다. 선행연구들은 이와 관련하여 내부서비스품질의 측정하기 위한 도구를 개발하였는데, 그 중에서 Kang et al. (2002)이 개발한 ISQB(Internal Service Quality Battery)는 내부서비스품질의 측정을 위한 도구를 제시하였다는 뚜렷한 연구 상의 기여에도 불구하고, 척도의 타당성올 완벽하게 입증하기에는 무리가 따른다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ISQB를 재 응용하고, 신뢰성 및 타당성 분석을 통해 이 척도가 과연 psychometric상으로 적절한지를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 확증적요인분석 및 상관관계분석을 통해 척도의 신뢰성과, 판별타당성, 그리고 이해타당성을 파악하였으며, 분석결과 ISQB는 신뢰성과 타당성을 갖춘 측정도구인 것으로 나타났다.

Soil washing equipment was developed for decontamination of radioactively contaminated soil generated during normal operation or decommissioning and verification experiments were performed. Decontamination effciency above $80{\%}$ was achieved. In case of low radiation level and large particle size, decontamination efficiency was higher. According to the ratio of volume of water to soil quantity, decontamination efficiency was higher in case of high radiation level. Re-decontamination using decontaminated soil was effective in case of small particles. Using soil washing equipment, radioactivity of contaminated soil generated in nuclear power plant can be decreased and volume of soil for disposal can be decreased. And this equipment can be used in decommissioning.

In order to transport spent resin in a high integrated container made of high density polyethylene, a method for determining transportation grade by radioactivity analysis was developed. Ratios of radioisotopes in spent resin were derived from radioactivity analysis on spent resin. Associated curie-to-dose factors were determined to estimate radioisotope inventory from surface dose rates of spent resin. From the results, Activity limit of type A package was derived to be 1.19 TBq for HIC, and the corresponding surface dose rate was found to be 124.2 mSv/h.
