누에에 대한 低毒性 Bacillus thuringiensis 菌株의 選拔

Among many microbial pesticides, Bacillus thuringiensis is one of the most hopeful pesticide and some commercial products have been appearing on the market. Because these commercial products contain living spores and toxins of the organism, there is a danger that living spores of B. thuringiensis may be scattered by wind and cause a great damage in the sericulture areas. In order to avoide these risks it is desirable to select the strain which has low pathogenicity to the silkworm, and at the sametime being highly pathogenic to the pest insects. Thus this study has been carried out to acquire some basic informations about the procedure of desirable strain selection. Three strains of B.thuringiensis var. kurstaki, var. dendrolimus and var. aizawai were used for the pathogenicity test on the silkworm, Bombyx mori and the fall webwarm, Iiyphantria cunea. Those strains were investigated by the agarose gel electrophoresis patterns of Plasmid DNA determine whether mutation had occured. Pathogenicity tests were carried out of using isolated crystal proteins and spore-crystal protein to mixtures of each strain, seperatively. In case of using spore-crystal protein mixture, the order of pathogenicity in varities of B. thuringiensis against B. mori and H. cunea were kurstaki, aizawai, dendrolimus and kurstaki, dendrolimus, aizawai, respectively. But using isolated crystal proteins, dendrolimus had the highest toxicity to H. cunea and the lowest toxicity to B. mori among tested three strains. From the above results, dendrolimus was presumed the most desirable strain for using microbial pesticide.

이 연구는 오·폐수에 함유된 유기물을 제거하기 위하여 일반 시멘트 콘크리트에 비해 우수한 역학적 성질을 갖는 폴리머를 이용한 현무암 다공질 석재를 개발하고, 이에 대한 물리. 역학적 특성 및 정화성능을 실험적으로 구명한 것이다. 그 결과 다공질 소재이나 강도가 높고 적당한 단위체적중량을 갖기 때문에 설치 후 안정성을 확보할 수 있고, 정화성능은 나일론 여재에 비해 떨어지지 않으므로, 현장 설치 및 시공방법에 대한 연구가 이루어질 경우 실용화가 가능할 것으로 판단된다. The objectives of this study were to develop porous media for sewage treatment facility using basalt and to explore the possibility of replacing wall structures of sewage treatment plants improve the efficiency of sewage treatment. It was shown that the porous media developed by using basalt was not as efficient as existing media. However, it is expected that the polymer porous media can be economically applied to existing waste treatment plants and help improve sewage treatment efficiency.

This paper examines the relevancy of management decision making and Accountin Information System. In today's business environment the accountant must assume a more positive role in the analysis and design of information systems if the integrity of the systems and the products is to be maintained. A sound general knowledge of computer technology and programming is desirable for but not absolutely essential to, the assimilation of the material in this paper. Accordingly, Accounting Information Systems focuses on accounting information flow patterns, risks of and the need for systems controls, information requirements for decisio making, and the use of electronic data processing techniques in the design and operatio of modern information systems. The relationship between Accounting Information System and management decisio making is examined in two prediction tasks of interest to accountants-a manager accounting task and accounting information task. The relationship between these two attributes is particularly important in a manageril accounting contexts in which consensus is sometimes accepted as a practical goal. The results of this study indicate a consistent, highly positive relevancy between management decision making and Accounting Information System. The rationale for this study stems from the fact that previous studies have not explicit recognlzed cognitive processes at work when considering the effects of tolerance for ambiguity.

Business education in korea has been developed and expanded in quality and quantity until the middle of the 1970's. But it has been depressed since the beginning of the 1980's. In the meantime, present business education has caused trouble problems in the development of vocational training education. They are as follow: (1) reduction of a commercial high school and lowering in students' scholarship, (2) being demoralized by teachers (3) unpreparedness of educational facilities (4) shortage of financial investments (5) a problem of a curriculum (6) a question of e ducational administration. The solution of these problems are that all the authorities concerned with business education for example the Ministry of Education, the local board of education, college, commercial high school, linked closely each other for aiming at the same target of raising useful people in the industrial society. The improvenment of business education in korea can be summarired as follow, First, by the making the ideology of business education clear, the sequence of subject, target, should be maintained. Second, the career education should be strengthened. Third, the operation of a curriculum should be rationalized. Fourth, the educational industrial complex between industry and school should be activated. For this cooperation system, the council provisions of industry and school should be equiped by an institution. Fifth, an present educational system should be improved for the development of business education.
