        GTG, High-Resolution, Nor-banding에 의한 개의 염색체 분석

        개의 염색체수는 2n=78이며 염색체의 형태를 보면 submetacentric chromosome metacentric chromosome인 X와 Y를 제외하고 모든 상염색체가 acrocentric chromosome이며 그 크기가 작고 크기의 차이가 나지 않는 염색체들이 많아 G-banding등에 의한 핵형의 표준화가 완전하게 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구fl서는 G-banding high-resolution-banding NOR- banding등의 방법을 이용하여 개의 미소 염색체들에 대한 핵형 및 염색체 동정을 하고자 하였다. C-banding과 high-resolution banding에 의한 그 결과 아직 표준화가 되어 있지 않은 염색체 중 34번, 37번 등의 염색체에서 본 연구 결과가 차이가 있었으나 이는 해석상의 차이로 보이며 NOR-banding에 의한 분석결과 Y염색체와 3쌍의 상염색체에서 존재함을 확인 할 수 있었고 이는 개의 염색체 동정의 지표로 활용할 수 있으리라고 생각된다. None of the numerous published canine idiograms and karyotypes has yet been generally accepted as a standard one because the dog has 76 acrocentric autosomes of similar size and shape. To establish canine banded karyotype from the 22nd chromosome to the 37th chromosome, we analyzed canine chromosomes by GTG, high resolution, and NOR-banding techniques. The GTG and high resolution banding patterns of canine chromosomes corresponded to other reports described previously except for a few chromosomes. While other researchers observed 12 bands, we observed 7 bands in the banding patterns of chromosome 24, 34 and 37. On the other hand, the banding patterns by NOR-banding technique showed that three pairs of autosomes have nucleolus organizer regions at the terminal ends of their long arm, and the Y chromosome has it in its short arm terminal. However, the X chromosome has no nucleolus organizer like other mammals.

      • 한국산 다람쥐 핵형의 비교연구 II. G-banding 방법에 의한 한국산 청서(Sciurus vulgaris coreae)와 다람쥐(Tamias sibiricus asiaticus)의 핵형분석

        G-banding 방법에 의하여 한국산 청서와 다람쥐의 핵형을 비교분석한 결과 두 종의 모든 염색체를 동정할 수 있었으며 청서의 9, 10, 12번 염색체 및 X염색체와 다람쥐의 6, 9, 12번 염색체 및 X염색체의 banding pattern이 동일하였다. 또한 청서의 1, 7, 8, 16번 염색체들과 다람쥐의 4, 10, 7, 17번 염색체 사이에 pericentric 역위가 중요한 역할을 한것으로 생각된다. The Karyotypes of Korean Sciurus uulgaris coreae and Tamias sibiricus asiaticus were analyzed by the G-banding method. Chromosomes of two species could be identified by G-banding patterns. The banding patterns of chromosomes 9, 10, 12 and X of S. vulgaris coreae were identical to those of chromosomes 6, 9, 12 and X, respectively of T. sibiricus asiaticus. It was shown that chromosomes 4, 10, 7 and 17 of T. sibiricus asiaticus resulted from pericentric inversion of chromosomes 1, 7, 8 and 16 of S. vulgaris coreae. These results suggested that pericentric inversion was an important factor in the karyological differentiation of two species.

      • DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharges)에서 플라즈마 발생 해석

        DBD(Dielectric Barrier Dischages) plasma is often used to clean the surface of semiconductor. The cleaning performance is affected mainly by plasma density and duration time. In this study, the plasma density is predicted by coupled simulation of flow, chemistry mixing and reaction, plasma, and electric field. 13.56 MHz of RF source is used to generate plasma. The effect of dielectric thickness, gap distance, and flow velocity on plasma density is investigated. It is shown that the plasma density increases as the dielectric thickness decreases and the gap distance increases.

      • 放射線이 생쥐의 포도당 -6-인산 탈수소효소와 이소시트르산 탈수소효소의 活性度에 미치는 影響

        The research on the activities of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in liver, kidney and brain, and isocitrate dehydrogenase in kidney and brain of mouse has been carred out according to mouse age and time pass after ?-ray irradiation. The results obtained were as follow. 1. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase In the control group, the activities of gluose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in liver, kidney and brain showed significative phases according to age. In the mouse irradaited with radiation at 40 days old, the enzyme activities in liver showed irregularity at early stage, but were recoverd to normal and them maintained it at late stages after irradiation. The enzyme activites in kidney were increased to higher level than that of the control after irradiation. But it again began to decrease from 100 days after irradiation, and then recoverd to it's mormal level. The enzyme activities in the brain were simmilar with those of the normal. When the mouse was irradiated with rediation at 150 days old, the enzyme activites in liver, kidney and brain showed very unstable conditions at early stage, but recoverd to it's normal level at late stage after irradiation. 2. Isocitrate dehydrogenase When the mouse ws irradiated with radiation at 40 days old, the enzyme activities in kidney showed very unstable conditions until 150 days from the irradiation. In case of brain, the activities showed no big difference from control group except early stage. In the mice irradiated with radiation at 150 days old, the activities of isocitrates dehydrogenase in Kidney were generally lower than that of the control,but the activities in brain were simmilar with those of normal except early stage.

        능이버섯의 ITS염기서열과 유전적 변이

        능이버섯의 16S ribosomal DNA일부분, IT1, 5.85 ribosomal DNA, ITS2의 전부분, 28S ribosomal DNA 일부분이 포함된 ITS영역의 염기서열을 분석하였다. 이 부분은 716개의 염기쌍으로 구성되었다. 이를 Sarcadon속에 속하는 종들과 비교분석한 결과 같은 능이버섯의 ITS에 관한 다른 분석결과 염기치환 및 결실을 근거로 하였을 경우 $1.8\%$의 차이를 나타내었다. 또한 S. imbricatus와는 $1.8\%$, S. sequamous와는 $10\%$차이를 나타내었다. 이는 능이버섯이 숙주, 서식지 환경 등의 특수성 때문에 자연상태에서 유전자교류가 일어나지 않기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. The sequence of ITS (partial 16S ribosomal DNA, complete ITS1, 5.8S ribosomal DNA and ITS2, and partial 28S ribosomal DNA) was analysed by PCR and autosequencing in Sarcodon aspratus. The ITS lenght of S. aspratus was 716 base pair. As this sequence compared with other reports on S. aspratus (ace No AF335110), the sequence variation based on nucleotide deletion and substitution was $1.8\%$. This nucleotide variation rate in same species was very higher than in other species. Also, the sequence varitation rates between this S. aspratus and S. imbricatus, and S. squamus were $8\%\;and\;10\%$, respectively. This results suggested that the high sequence variation of S. aspratus might be caused specific host and inhabitat environment which limited gene flow.

        원목재배와 병재배 잎새버섯(Grifola frondosa)의 생리활성

        This research was carried out to determine the differences of physiological activites between Grifola frondosa of log cultivation(LC) and Grifola frondosa of bottle cultivation(BC). Total flavonoids content, total phenolics content, electron donating ability(EDA), nitrite-scavenging ability(NSA), SOD-like activity and inhibitory effect of Xanthine oxidase were examined. The highest value of total flavonoid content is 5.96±0.81 mg/g in water extract from Grifola frondosa of log cultivation at 40oC (LCW40) but, one of total phenolics compound is 44.53±0.89 mg/g in water extract from Grifola frondosa of bottle cultivation at 40°… (BC-W40). The EDA using DPPH of BC-W40 extract showed the highest value of 97.14±0.71%. Nitrite-scavenging ability was 62.55°æ0.36% in extract from Grifola frondosa of BC-W40 at pH 1.2. The value was SOD-like activity showed the highest value of 18.95°æ1.39% in extract from LC-W40. Xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity was the highest value of 54.31±0.40% in extract from Grifola frondosa BC-W40, and dependent on concentrations. These results showed that a the antioxidant effects of Grifola frondosa is excellent. However, physiological activities of Grifola frondosa were not depend on caltivation method regulary, and were different according to kind of solvents, concentraitions and physialogical factors examined such as EDA, SOD-like activity and NSA.

      • 준 연속분포 HMM에 의한 한국어 음성인식

        This paper studies the semi-continuous HMM which approaches to the continuous distribitopm by mean of the interpolation method to a discrete distribution. Since the optput probability of each input frame is assumed to a multivariate normal distibution the optput probability is represented by a linear combination of aninput frame vector and a symbol probability of each codeword. In order to evaluate this method it is applied to a speech recognition of DDD local area names. The result shows the recognition rate is higher than a conventional discrete HMM.

      • 한국 진도개와 삽사리 혈액 단백질의 비교연구 II. 혈청 Lactate Dehydrogenase와 혈청 Alkaline Phosphatase의 동위효소와 활성도

        진도개와 삽사리 혈청 lactate dehydrogenase와 혈청 alkaline phosphatase의 동위효소 및 효소활성도를 분석하였다. 전기영동결과 진도개와 삽사리의 혈청에서는 5두지 종류의 LDH의 동위효소가 모두 확인되었다. LDH의 활성도는 진도개의 경우 522.53 $\pm$ 279.96(U/L)이었고 삽사리는 534.10 $\pm$ 280.35(U/L)이었다. 진도개와 삽사리의 혈청 alkaline phosphatase전기 영동상에서 는 한 종류의 동위효소만 관찰되었고 활성도는 진도개의 경우 7.61 $\pm$ 4.52(K-A unit)였고 삽사리는 10.46 $\pm$ 7. 10(K-A unit) 였다. 삽사리의 ALP 활성도는 연령에 따라 커다란 차이를 나타내었다.
