This research places is focus on finding the optimal cutting condition based on changes of cutting resistance caused by the changes of rake angle of coated carbide tool in turning. We came to draw the following conclusions by measuring the 3 components of cutting resistance of work pieces,of witch the former is obtained by using the carbide tool bite with of upper rake angle 0^0, -6^0 and cutting chromium-molybdenum alloy steel in lathe according to the selected cutting condition. 1. As tool rake angle increases, cutting resistance increases proportionlly 2. We find that radial component of cutting force is affected more by the increased depth of cut and axial component is influnced more by feedrate. 3. As feedrate increases from 0.048 mm/rev to 0.192 mm /rev, slant of vertical component increases by the biggest from 2.46 to 7.94 and then axial component the second biggest increase and radial component the smallest increase. In this respect, cutting resistance can be reduced by lowering feedrate which has a large influence of vertical component.

To form a part of subdivision of human blood type for individual identification, the author experimented the agglutination activity of human sera (of 235 blood donors) to duck red blood cells (RBC) and investigated the relation with existing blood types to comparative possibly. The following results were obtained: 1. Human sera was divided into 2 groups by their agglutination activity to duck RBC; one was agglutination group and the other was no-agglutination group, the incidence of the former (agglutination group) was 81% and the latter was 19%. 2. The agglutination property of human sera to duck RBC had no relation with ABO, Cl, H, Vp, ab.C, CCI and other blood types. 3. Individual differences of duck RBC didn't effect on their agglutination reaction by human sera.
