감전사고 방지를 위한 물놀이.입욕시설의 조명설비 시설기준 개선방안 연구

A person's body resistance in the waterpark, public bath and similar places is much lower than any other places due to effect of water. So low voltage may create a shock hazard for the human body in case of leakage or fault currents from lighting unit etc. We researched the related regulations which are internal standards, NEC, IEC and investigated the actual conditions for the prevention of electric shock due to lighting units in the waterpark, public bath and similar places. As a results internal standard is obscure as compared with NEC, IEC which is the limit of application and distinction of environment condition. And then internal standard's using voltage is higher than NEC, IEC in filed of water. Studies show that internal standard should be revision that raise the installation height of lighting unit, mark IP level surface of lighting unit and limit using voltage to line-to-line voltage 물놀이 입욕시설 내에서 입욕자는 물의 영향으로 인하여 인체의 피부저항이 다른 어느 장소보다도 현저히 낮은 상태에 있게 된다. 따라서 조명기구 등에 누전이 발생할 경우 미약한 전압에서도 치명적인 감전재해의 우려가 있다. 본 연구는 물놀이 입욕시설 내에서의 조명기구에 의한 감전사고를 방지하기 위하여 국내 외 관련규정을 비교 분석하였으며 또한, 국내 시설실태를 파악하였다. 그 결과 국내의 규정은 외국기준에 비해 적용범위가 불명확하고 환경조건의 구별이 불투명하고 사용전압이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내의 규정도 조명시설의 설치높이를 상향조정하고 조명기기의 외함에는 방수등급의 표기, 선간전압으로의 사용전압을 제한하는 등의 개정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
췌장암의 외과적 절제술 후 항암플러스로 항전이 및 재발 방지 중인 환자 증례보고

Objective : To investigate the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses of HangAm-Plus (HAP) on pancreatic cancer patient. Methods : A 49 year old male patient diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (T3N0M0) was admitted to EWCC (East-West Cancer Center) on Jul. 21st 2008. He had operated pylorus preserving pancreatoduodenectomy (PPPD) and came to the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses on pancreatic cancer patient. The patient was treated with HangAm-Plus (HAP) (3,000 mg/day) for the period of 33 months from Jul. 21st, 2008 to Apr. 7th, 2011. Tumor markers (CEA and CA19-9) were used to evaluate the disease progression of the patient. Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Computed Tomography (CT) were also followed up. Results : HAP treatment was well tolerated by the patient. Patient has shown 33 months of disease free survival until now. Conclusion : This case study supports HAP's potential efficacy in the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses of pancreatic cancer patient.
십전대보탕가감방을 투여한 간세포암종 환자에서 범혈구감소증 호전 및 간수치 상승 증례

Objectives : To observe the therapeutic effects of an oriental herbal prescription in a hepatocellular carcinoma patient with splenomegaly and pancytopenia. Methods : Modified Sipjeondaebo-tang was prescribed three times a day to a hepatocellular carcinoma patient with splenomegaly and pancytopenia. Laboratory tests were carried out regularly to observe the therapeutic effects of the oriental herbal prescription for pancytopenia. Results : When treated with modified Sipjeondaebo-tang including Cinnamomi Cortex, the levels of white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, and hematocrit increased. However, aspartate transaminase, alanine transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamic transpeptidase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin levels also increased. Conclusions : Administering modified Sipjeondaebo-tang with Cinnamomi Cortex showed effect in improving pancytopenia but an increase in liver enzyme levels was also observed.
Minitab을 이용한 저압용 누전차단기 교체주기 선정에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 현장에서 사용되어진 누전차단기 78개를 수거하여 차단기의 고장여부를 판단하고 사용시간에 대한 고장여부를 적용하여 차단기 수명을 분석하여 보았다. 분석결과 전체 누전차단기 78개에 대해서는 MTTF가 13.0307년이었으며, 옥내에 설치된 누전차단기는 13.8998년, 옥외에 성치된 누전차단기의 경우는 12.2449년으로 1.65년의 차이를 보였다.

바이오가스 유효이용에 의한 지구온실가스 저감에 관한 기초연구

Recently, there have been studies in korea about to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions from a fundamental point of view, as the korean government has been putting focus on reducing GHG emissions, raising up photovoltaic, wind power, hydrogen-oxygen unit fuel cells as national strategic project items among 11 CDM items, to correspond to the united nations framework convention on climate change. Biogas from livestock excrements has been produced mostly in brazil, having many of globally expected projects in the field. Therefore, the mechanisms accomplished in brazil are applied to the domestic models in this study. By using these models, the effective use of biogas is studied, and the methods to reduce the GHG emissions by producing substitute electronic power are carried out. As a part of global warming countermeasures, this study aims to suggest methods to use bio gas from swine manure, one of the big livestock excrements. Besides, the approximate amount of GHG that is reduceable, considering the korean swine industry status at present, is estimated using simulations. The results of the study on biogas use and GHG emission reduction effect by bio gas use are as follows. (1) We processed the study on renewable energy use of biogas using IPCC model and the quantitative result for GHG reduction possibilities was output. As a result of the calculation on the standard of minimum amount of excrements, GHG emission reduction per year was converted into CO₂ and the value was 3,771,207ton/year. This is equivalent to 2.3% of GHG emission which was exhausted in korea in 2003 and it means reduction possibilities. (2) Electricity generation caused by renewable energy use by using biogas is 821,250MWh/year and it charges 0.23% of whole generation of korea. Generation profit is approximately 59.7 million won per year. Yearly 895.5 million won of generation profit can be expected for 15 years. (3) The result of estimating Economical efficiency with the result of CDM project and the modeling which this study suggested was shown as table 5. (4) The result of this study on renewable energy use utilizing biogas, it was confirmed that potential value existed.
신재생에너지 발전(태양광, 풍력, 소수력, 바이오가스)의 경제성 분석 연구

The purpose of this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency of new renewable energy. According as weather change is serious problem now days, every people make attention to the reduction of greenhouse gas. The revitalization of new renewable energy creates the variety of energy source, stability of energy supply and reduction of greenhouse gas. In this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency from new renewable energy of various photo voltaics, wind power, small hydro and biogas. Feasibility does in standard of technical characteristic, politic support, marketability, establishment present condition and development aim. Economical efficiency does in standard of developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost, interest ratio. The results of this study were as follows photo voltaics, wind, small hydropower, biogas in order feasibility is high. Developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost and analyzed the relationship of interest ratio fluctuation and economical efficiency. From all new renewable energy the utilization factor most is important in economical efficiency but necessary utilization factor is difficult because environmental problem.
