Purpose: Shorter response time is very important for critically-ill patients. The study utilized a linear planning and simulation technique to design a two-tiered system with advanced life support (ALS) ambulances. Methods: We collected the ambulance run-sheet data from a fire department from January, 2006 to December, 2007to determine emergency medical service (EMS) demands. The location of patient ambulance stations were mapped by geocoding and the most appropriate number and location of ambulances was calculated with the linear planning method. The planning result was validated with a discrete simulation. Results: The initial enrollment was 227,377 cases of 119calls. After geocoding, 170,472 (74.9%) cases were directly matched, 56,899 (25.0%) were indirectly matched, and (0.1%) were not matched. The latter were excluded. Using the linear planning method, the number of additional ambulances was calculated for a new two-tiered ambulance system that could achieve a 90% service level. From the current single-tiered system with 112 ambulances to a twotiered system of 211 basic life support (BLS) units and 40ALS units, the BLS service level for minor patients could be raised to 90%. For severely-ill patients , a BLS and ALS service level of up to 82% and 89%, respectively, service level could be achieved. The new two-tiered system was validated with the discrete simulation. After the simulation,the BLS and ALS service level for severely-ill patients reached 85% and 93%, respectively. As well, a 100% BLS service level for minor patients was achieved. Conclusion: Linear planning and discrete simulation with GIS data enabled the simulation of a two-tiered ambulance system that can shorten the response time of the current single-tiered system.
NTFS 파일 시스템의 저널 파일을 이용한 파일 생성에 대한 디지털 포렌식 방법

This paper proposes a digital forensic method to a file creation transaction using a journal file($LogFile) on NTFS File System. The journal file contains lots of information which can help recovering the file system when system failure happens, so knowledge of the structure is very helpful for a forensic analysis. The structure of the journal file,however, is not officially opened. We find out the journal file structure with analyzing the structure of log records by using reverse engineering. We show the digital forensic procedure extracting information from the log records of a sample file created on a NTFS volume. The related log records are as follows: bitmap and segment allocation information of MFT entry, index entry allocation information, resident value update information($FILE_NAME, $STANDARD_INFORMATION, and INDEX_ALLOCATION attribute etc.).

An experimental study was performed to investigate the structure of a diffusion flame behind an annualar flame holder in the case of reusing gas. Temperature and O_(2) concentration of hot stream gas were considered as an important factor. When temperature and O_(2) concentration are 540K and 16.7%, a stable flame was formed and an unstable flame was formed at 773K and 10.4%. To investigate the flame mechanism of two flames in more detail, the local equivalence ratio, combustion complete degree and adiabatic flame temperature were calculated as the data of exhausted gas concentration and temperature.

This Study is divided into 5 separate Parts and an Abstract. Part Ⅰ, Ⅱ consist mostly of a collection of problems, current status, motives and the future of ADR. In Part Ⅲ was described ADR as policies of judicial settlements. We must accept that a diversity of legal culture will always continue to exist. Accordingly we must learn to accommodate those differences of 'culture' around us and to harmonize conflicting laws. This recognition of our reality should in no way be confused with pessimism. In fact if one accepts this perspective of the world ,the study of law seems enriched and becomes academically more challenging. Recently, in the United States, interest in alternative settlement mechanism has increased greatly, which leads me to wonder why such a phenomenon has taken place. In the first place, I'm amazed at the extent to which conciliation or mediation-or the new word, I guess, is alternative dispute resolution, which by now has its own acronym, "A.D.R."-have gained attention here recently. When 35 years ago, there was virtually no interest in conciliation in this country at the time. What interest there was, was no in the law schools. But looking at the situation now, we have a spate of publications on the subject; we have organizations that are established for no other reason than to promote alternative dispute settlement. We have courses in the law schools. The American Association of Law Schools and the American Bar Association also have active programs. So we have to ask ourselves why. The difference between now and 35 years are striking. On the other hand, I think the interest of the public in ADR has probably been greatly enhanced by the politics of the so-called "poverty programs." I think that many of these assistance programs for the poor-and I do think the "poor" have become a rather expansive political movement beyond simply taking care of the most marginal people of society-have generated money to explore this kind of dispute resolution.
다양한 불평형 전압이 인가된 3상 유도전동기의 동적특성 분석

The dynamic characteristics of three phase induction motor which is applied by various unbalanced voltages are simulated and analyzed in this paper. The voltage equations and torque equation in the dq stationary. reference frame for the three phase star connected induction motor are used in this analysis. MATLAB/SIMULINK is used as simulation tool. The dynamic characteristics of speed and torque are simulated for various unbalanced voltages. that is, ( 1 cases with the same unbalance voltage factor but different unbalanced voltages. (2)cases with only one unbalnced voltages but different degree of unbalance. and (3) cases with the same positive sequence voltage but different negative sequence voltages. The simuated results are compared and analyzed with each other, and also with the results of balanced voltage.
