Eudyna 국소도포에 의한 심상성 (尋常性) 좌창치료에 대한 임상적 고찰

The effect of retinoic acid. on hyperkeratotic diseases and. Acne as being published. To confirm the effect of topical retinoic acid, vre subjected 50 patients with mild to severe Acne vulgaris of the face, The patients chosen were not previously treated. with any remedy at least for the past 2 weeks. Eudyna' cream or gel were applied. once or twice a day to the face keeping some distance from the mucous membrane. We checked the number of closed comedones, open comedones, papules, pustules and scara before the treatment and every week for 14 wks during the treatment, The result were as follows: 1. 42 patients began to improve in 2 to 8 wks and markedly improved in 6 to 8 wks. 3 patients dropped out because of severe side effects. Very good: 13 patients(26%) Good: 14 patinets(28%) Satisfactory: 15 patients(80%) None: 5 patients(10%) 2. The side effects: Most of patients suffered from mild to severe erythema, scaling and buming sensation in 2 to 3 days after the initiation of application. In severe cases developed severe erythema, vesicles, pustules, edema and exudation within a week.

Mutation of Placental Mitochondria in the Etiology of Preeclampsia

자간전증은 임신중 흔히 발생하는 고혈압성 질환으로 임산부와 태아에 많은 의학적 문제를 유발하지만 발병 원인은 아직 규명되지 않고 있다. 원인 규명을 위한 최근의 연구는 태반 미토콘드리아 돌연변이가 그 원인일 가능성이 높아져 가고 있다. 본 고찰은 현재까지 진행되고 있는 자간전증의 원인으로 태반 미토콘드리아 돌연변이 가설을 뒷받침하는 여러 연구 결과를 살펴보고, 만일 그 가설이 타당하다면 향후 자간전증의 예방, 진단, 치료의 전략을 임상적으로 어떻게 응용 Preeclampsia is a common, pregnancy-induced hypertensive disease leading to severe morbidity in the mother and fetus. Although the etiology of preeclampsia remains unclear, many studies focus mutation of placental mitochondria as the cause of this disease. This review covers mutation of placental mitochondria as the possible etiology of preeclampsia, prevention and treatment strategies based on the hypothesis of mutation of placental mitochondria in the etiology of preeclampsia.

본 연구에서는 2-6세의 서울 및 경상도 지역의 정상 아동 155명을 대상으로, 한국 2-6세 아동들의 자음정확도에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고 개별 음소들의 발달순위 및 습득연령을 제시하고자 하였다. 그림자음검사의 결과는 맞다-틀리다의 이분적인 평가방법(일반자음정확도)뿐 아니라, 틀린 발음에 대하여 생략, 대치, 왜곡 등 그 정도에 따라 차별적으로 점수 화하는 평가방법(조절자음정확도)을 사용하여 성, 연령, 지역에 따른 평균 자음정확도로 제시하였으며 변인간의 차이도 분석하였다. 습득연령에 대해서는 문헌에 나와 있는 습관적 연령 및 숙달연령뿐만 아니라 출현연령과 완전습득 연령 단계까지 첨가하여 살펴 보았다. 또한, 개별 음소의 조음점수를 분석하여 조음위치, 조음방법, 발성방법, 그리고 음소위치에 따라 그 발달과정 및 발달순위를 고찰하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analysis the Compatibility and Materiality of Management Performance Valuation Index in Local Public Company. On the results of these analyses, this study suggested following policy implications. First, management profit improvement area is comprised of the appropriateness of budget and financial management, the improvement effort of expenditure rate in the worksite, the improvement effort of revenue margin. On the other hand, management objective achievement area is comprised of the appropriateness of business goal setting, the effort made by CEO for achieving the business goal. As the result of reestablishing of valuation standards for each area. Second, it is suggested that to reorganization of the role and responsibility of the job and to train the employee is essential in order to prepare changed environment. Third, the CEO’s objective improvement, strategic management, auditing of business result is required. It is also implied that to hold the reign over the organization, to make an effort for improvement of competence for each people and to share CEO’s management philosophy and vision among employees are important. 본 연구는 지방공기업의 특성에 맞는 합리적인 경영성과평가지표를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 그리고 연구목적을 수행하기 위해 행정안전부와 서울특별시 및 대전광역시에서 수행해 오고 있는 지방공기업 경영성과평가지표들의 적합성 및 중요성에 대해 분석을 하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 경영수익개선부문에서는 ‘현업지출비율개선 노력’, ‘영업수지개선 노력’, ‘예산재무관리 노력’ 순으로 둘째, 경영목표달성부문에서는 ‘사업목표 설정의 적정성’, ‘사업목표 달성을 위한 사장의 노력’ 순으로 셋째, 기관역량증진부문에서는 ‘조직혁신을 위한 조직인사관리’, ‘내부평가제도 구축 및 활용’, ‘경영정보시스템 구축 및 운용’ 순으로 넷째, 고객만족증진부문에서는 ‘고객만족도 증진 노력’, ‘고객지원시스템 구축’ 순으로 다섯째, 창의책임경영부문에서는 ‘사장의 창의경영 추진노력’, ‘책임경영 노력’, ‘공기업 정책 준수’, ‘이사회 운영 내실화’ 및 ‘합리적 노사관계 구축’ 순으로 여섯째, 환경변화대응부문에서는 ‘수혜자 욕구 반영’, ‘환경변화 대응체제 구축’ 순으로 노력을 경주해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 토대로 첫째, 지방공기업에 대한 경영성과 평가시 평가부문을 보다 세분화할 필요가 있고 둘째, 지방공기업의 경영성과 평가시 환경변화에 대한 대응체제 구축 및 실적에 대한 평가부문 및 평가지표가 필요함을 정책적 시사점으로 제시하였다.
