청소년들의 임파워먼트와 봉사활동과의 관계분석

청소년들에게 자신감을 향상시켜 주는 일은 그 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있고, 그 영역 또한 크게 확대되고 있는 패러다임이다. 그들이 자아실현을 위한 자신감을 부여받을 수 있는 방법은 청소년들이 자신들의 영향력을 발휘할 수 있는 학교와 지역사회 내에서 발휘할 수 있는 개인적인 지도력, 자율성, 책임감, 선택 그리고 의무감 등을 들 수 있다. 또한 지속적으로 독립적이고 지혜로우며 창조적이고 신뢰받을 수 있도록 교육을 통해서 효율적인 학교의 지도자나 지역사회의 지도자가 되도록 하는 하나의 지도력 훈련과정이 수반되어야 한다고 생각한다. 본 연구에서는 그들이 자아실현을 위한 자신감을 부여받을 수 있는 방법은 청소년들이 자신들의 영향력을 발휘할 수 있는 학교와 지역사회 내에서 발휘할 수 있는 개인적인 지도력, 자율성, 책임감, 선택 그리고 의무감 등을 들 수 있다. 또한 지속적으로 독립적이고 지혜로우며 창조적이고 신뢰받을 수 있도록 교육을 통해서 효율적인 학교의 지도자나 지역사회의 지도자가 되도록 하는 하나의 지도력 훈련과정이 수반되어야 한다고 생각한다.

Mt. Yokmang landscape design awarded first in [North container terminal site furtherance construction in Busan new port], design competition sponsoring in the Korea Container Terminal Authority in 2005. Design guideline was to propose the symbol of new port and to establish landscape plan in consideration of view and geological location. Because landscape plan required establishment of restoration plan for cutting slope, Mt. Yokmang became the major object. The purpose of planning are as follows. The first purpose is to minimize existent natural environment damage, and the second, to connect with ambit and create new image. The third is to provide place of rest and interchange for local resident. Reflecting stratum structure and landscape characteristics, cutting slope consisted of [utilization slope], [presentation slope], [landscape slope], and [ecological slope]. Vegetation design applied ecological restoration method through restoration of stratum, and eve environment-friendly afforestation, planned program that can connect area with existing ecosystem. In process that decides form of the cutting slope, analyze view structure and visual exposure in various access routes, sensitivity etc. was accomplished. Also, symbolic tower(Ocean Polaris) that presents in architecture and landscaping features, night landscape planning could gain synergy effect by keeping consistence with landscape and ecological planning. Passing through final design and construction process, I expect that the Mt. Yokmang will be a new landmark in Busan new port.

GIS와 CAD 기술을 접목한 도시경관시뮬레이터의 개발

The purpose of this study is to develope the Landscape Simulator aiming to probe the effect of the building control elements on the streetscape, and to simulate the virtual landscape. The Landscape Simulator was manufactured by incorporating GIS and CAD techniques, and was composed of spatial DB, attribute table and main program aiming at the data operation and the inquiry about a result. To develop a simulator, new algorithm for determination process of the building volume and to build database was developed. The meaning of this study were as follows; because the Landscape Simulator made urban-landscape data possible to easily operate at a parcel unit, various tests as to streetscape became available. Also, due to coming to examine into the effect of the building control elements on the streetscape, it became possible to present the basic data to establishing a streetscape planning and management standard through the regulation of building control elements.

창덕궁 전각권역의 해설 프로그램 개선에 관한 연구

This study would suggest a measure for the improvement of the commentary program on the building concentration area of Changdeokgung Palace. In the process of the survey, the researcher attended the commentary site and tape-recorded commentaries two times. The researcher conducted an analysis of the times and contents of the tape-recorded commentaries and evaluated their appropriateness, including historicity and connectivity to the site. In addition, the researcher figured out the commentaries and the visitors’ movements through drawings and field surveys and analyzed the locations and conditions of the main facilities. Through a field survey and analysis, it was found out that the commentaries included the facts and anecdotes about the buildings, the related figures and history. However, it was found out that there were very insufficient commentaries on the buildings arranged according to the commentary movements, the outside space, in particular, the traditional landscape facilities. In addition, it was found out that there are areas that would need commentaries and opening for viewing. A proposal for the improvement of the commentary program was drawn up based on the analysis. New commentary points were added, and the commentaries of the outside space of the area and the traditional landscape facilities could improve through modifying the existing commentaries. With the proposal for improvement, the time required was calculated through reading aloud at a speed the same as the existing commentary speed. Through this, it was found out that the proposal for improvement could be implemented within one hour, the same as the present commentary program. This study has a significance that it provided a measure for practical improvement that could provide the visitors with quality commentary information and more interesting experience. 본 연구는 창덕궁의 전각권역을 대상으로 건축과 조경에 대한 해설 프로그램의 개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구과정에서 해설 현장에 연구자가 참여하여 2회의 녹취를 시행하였다. 녹취자료를 통해 해설 시간과 내용을 분석하고 사실성과 현장과의연계성 등의 적합성을 평가하였다. 또한 도면과 현장조사를 통해서 해설 및 관람 동선을 파악하고, 주요 시설물의 위치와 현황을분석하였다. 현장조사와 분석을 통해서 건물과 이와 관련된 인물, 역사에 관한 사실과 일화가 해설에 담겨 있음을 확인하였다. 해설은 1시간내에서 이루어지고 있었다. 그러나 해설 동선에 따라 배치된 건물과 외부공간 특히 전통조경시설에 관한 해설이 매우 부족함을 발견하였다. 또한 해설과 관람 개방이 필요한 구역도 있음을 확인하였다. 분석을 기반으로 해설 프로그램의 개선안을 작성하였다. 해설지점을 신규로 추가하고 기존 해설을 수정해서 건축물, 외부공간, 전통조경시설의 해설을 강화할 수 있도록 했다. 개선안에 대해 기존 해설의속도로 낭독을 실시하여 소요시간을 검토하였다. 이를 통해서 개선안이 현행 해설 프로그램과 동일하게 운영될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연구결과로 관람객들에게 양질의 해설 정보와 보다 더 흥미로운 경험을 제공할 수 있는 실질적인 개선방안을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.

사회복지사의 근로환경 및 처우개선에 관한 연구

이 연구는 사회복지사의 근로환경 실태를 파악하기 위하여 서울시 사회복지사협회 정책위원회의 발표자료를 근거로 하여 사회복지사들의 근로형태 및 임금, 근로시간 등의 근로조건과 근로환경, 윤리적 및 종교적 갈등, 클라이언트 폭력, 신체 및 정신적 어려움 등에 초점을 두어 살펴보고, 현재 사회복지 현장에서 시행되고 있는 사회복지사의 처우에 관한 실태조사를 통해 사회복지사들의 사기진작과 서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 먼저, 근로조건에 대해서는 전반적으로 보통 수준 이하의 낮은 수준으로 조사되었고, 일․가정 양립을 위한 기관의 인식개선 및 지원책 마련이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 종교 편향적, 비윤리적 기관운영에 대한 개선책의 마련이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 클라이언트의 폭력과 직장내 폭력으로부터 보호책의 마련이 시급한 것으로 파악되었으며, 전체적으로 사회복지사의 인권수준이 매우 열악한 것으로 조사되었다. 연구 결과 사회복지사의 처우개선을 위한 실질적 대책 마련이 시급하고, 사회복지시설의 보조금 지원방식의 개선과 예산지원의 확대가 필요하다고 사료된다. In order to examine the actual work environment for social workers, this study focuses on the working conditions for social workers, such as the type of employment, wage, and working hours, and on their work environment, ethical and religious conflicts, violence by clients, physical and mental problems based on the data published by the Seoul Association of Social Workers’ Policy Committee, and is also intended to explore solutions to improve social workers’ morale and the quality of service through a survey of the current working conditions of social workers. First, the study results show that the working conditions for social workers are below average in general, implying that it is necessary to raise the institutional awareness of work-family balance and develop assistance programs, as well as to come up with solutions to improve the religiously biased and unethical operation of institutions. The results further indicate an urgent need for programs to protect workers from client and workplace violence. Therefore, the general level of awareness of social workers’ human rights is very low. The study concludes that practical solutions to improve social workers’ working conditions are urgently required, and that it is necessary to improve subsidy programs and increase the budget allocation for social services centers.

교육원가계산에 대한 사례연구
