        옥외휴게시설의 시각적 선호에 관한 연구 -차양시설을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to find major factors which are influential in visual preferences of pergolas and shelters. 33 pergolas and shelters were selected for the study by slides test method. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows. 1. In the degree of visual preferences, pergolas and shelters which are traditional Korean ones in harmony with surrounding environment, and provide sculptural effects, unique images and shade, obtain relatively high scores. 2. The result of factor analysis showed that [dimensions] of visual preferences factors for pergolas and shelters were composition and use and place. 3. The result of regression analysis indicated that the best predictors of visual preferences for pergolas and shelters were atmosphere, aesthetics of form, harmony with surroundings, unique image etc.

      • 金融環境變化와 우리나라 市中銀行의 마아케팅戰略에 관한 硏究

        These days, the financial environment change shifts over with increasing speed. These changes are achieved in the financial self-regulation, financial opening, financial security, financial sidetrade, the liberalization of interest rates and financial internalization. With the competitive aggravation, the marketing strategy of commercial banks should be active and positive strategy to cope with environment change quickly. Therefore, these marketing strategies should be as followings. First, the modern marketing concept should be introduced, applied through the management system of consumer orientation, the marketing activity of goal orientation and social marketing. Secondly, we should draw up the program of heightening of competitive power by the price competitive power and unpriee competitive power. Thirdly, we should develop new financial produts continually to meet financial environment change. Forthly, we should drive positive marketing strategy by retail financial strategy. Fifthly, to deal with the management environment change speedly, to promote efficiency in the marketing strategy, we should reorganize for the management information system (MIS) and market orientation. As the commercial banks exists in the pursuit of profits, the marketing strategy of banks should be oriented for the minimization of cost and maximization of profit. When these marketing strategies are developed for the concrete management process and strategy of marketing mix, it is significant So to speak, we should perform the strategy by marketing mix through financial product, interest rate, store policy, sales promotion. To develop the marketing strategy of commercial banks in korea for service banking and service marketing, we should make a study of bank marketing continually in future.

        Among the various plant and flower characteristics, the length of style and filaments was particularly different in Forsythia Koreana (short style and long filaments) and Forsythia ovata (long style and short filaments). Forsythia Koreana exhibited strong self-and-cross-incompatibility with F. ovata, whereas F. ovata showed little or no such incompatibility. Seeds germinated readily thus showing no apparent dormancy. Seed sterilization with sodium hypochlorite or low temperature storage of imbibed seeds significantly increased germination rate. Compact Forsythia seedlings responded better to exogenous GA_(3). Stem and branch length was markedly increased by GA_(3) spray. Combined spray of TIBA and BA was most effective in increasing branch numbers in decapitated Forsythia ovata seedlings.

        서울지역 약수터에 대한 시민 여론 조사

        We surveyed the citizens opinion about springs in Seoul for two years from 2008 to 2009. It was found that spring water was mostly used by citizens older than 50, and that 29.5% of citizens used purified tap water as drinking water, 27.2% of them used boiled tap water, 21.1% of them used spring water, and 12.1% of them used bottled water. Citizens who store spring water more than a day are 76.7%. Although many citizens (70.3%) knew that water quality had been tested, 40% of them didn't care about checking the certificate of water quality analysis. Once recognized that the spring water was unfit for drinking exceeded standard of drinking water, 85% of citizens would rather not use the spring water.

        한 미 물류시스템 비교와 혁신방안 연구

        Recently the eeanomic crisis of Korea is very serious and nainful The cnmn Ptt.i v Pn PCC of companies is rapidly declining. Basically, the most serious problem of Korean economy is the structure of high cost and low earnings. Especially, the excessive burden of logistics N, cost is one of the most important factors of lowering the competitiveness for Korean V. companies. And the heavy burden arises from the inefficiency of logistics management system and extreme traffic jams. The management of distribution channel, the third sources of profit in the companies, will be still more required special concern and new investment in the future. Because the success or failure of companies will depend on the efficiency of logistics management in the coming 21 century. Recently in Korea, high logistics costs are reported to be both a critical and a determining factor in lowering the competitive edge of the firms. In this context, a study on the effective management of distribution channel is urgently needed to cut down high-rocketed logistics costs. The problems and methods for reformation in korean logistics system, especially in relation to high logistics costs are as followings ; First, the problems in logistics facilities are insufficiency of SOC, shortage and falling behind of logistics position(base), and growth of freight transportation and unbalance of transport devices. In connection with the problems, we need amplification, expansion, high degree of efficiency in utilization, and efficient link and division structure of transport vehicles. Second, the problems in logistics management and operation are the unpreparedness of logistics standardization, the dullness of logistics conjunction, the poor progress of logistics information, and the inactivity of third-party logistics service. So we need standardization fixing, joint activation, information base construction, and positive introduction and activation of third-party logistics. Third, the problems in logistics institution are the law and regulation in logistics, administrative restriction, and the cultivation of logistics experts. We need sharp relaxation of control and active experts education. Finally in this research. I would like to get the implications and methods for reinforcement of the logistics system of Korea through the analysis and understanding of the advanced American logistics system.
