안과병원으로 내원한 굴절부등약시 환자의 굴절이상 분포와 임상양상 분석

Purpose: To investigate clinical characteristics and visual prognosis of anisometropic amblyopia patients in a secondary referral eye hospital in Seoul, South Korea. Methods: Medical records of 561 patients with anisometropic amblyopia between 3 and 12 years of age were retrospectively reviewed and 450 patients who followed up ≥ 2 times were included for comprehensive analysis. Amblyopia was defined as best corrected visual acuity difference of ≥ 0.2 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution (logMAR) between the sound and amblyopic eyes. Anisometropia was defined by ≥ 1 diopter (D) difference in spherical equivalents (SE), or ≥ 1.5 D difference of cylindrical error in any meridian between the eyes. Baseline clinical characteristics, best corrected visual acuity and cycloplegic refraction of both eyes at the first visit were collected. According to the SE of amblyopic eyes, patients were categorized into hyperopia (SE ≥ 1 D), emmetropia (-1 < SE < +1) and myopia groups (SE ≤ -1 D). Treatment success was defined as achieving interocular logMAR visual acuity difference < 0.2. Treatment success rates and time to reach treatment success were compared among the SE groups. Results: Median age of patients was 5.0 years. Median follow-up period was 25.8 months. The proportions of hyperopia, emmetropia and myopia groups were 68.9%, 14.4%, and 16.7%, respectively. Emmetropia group showed anisometropia mostly due to cylindrical error difference between the eyes, rather than SE difference. Treatment success rates were the highest in emmetropia group (95.4%), followed by hyperopia group (85.8%) and then myopia group (77.3%, p = 0.010). Among the patients who fulfilled the success criteria, median time to reach treatment success was the shortest in emmetropia group (3.0 months) followed by hyperopia group (3.6 months) and then myopia group (4.0 months, p < 0.001). Conclusions: Hyperopia was the most common refractive error of the amblyopic eyes in anisometropic amblyopia patients who presented to an eye hospital in Seoul. Treatment success rate was the best in emmetropia group, followed by hyperopia group, and then by myopia group. Time to reach treatment success was the shortest in emmetropia group.
네트워크 분석 및 감성 분석을 활용한 온라인 기업 리뷰 플랫폼 분석

전자상거래의 활성화 및 소셜 플랫폼의 발달은 다양한 의사결정 과정에서 온라인 구전(electronic Word of Mouth)의 중요성을 증가시키고 있다. 제품 선택뿐만 아니라 기업 선택 의사결정에 있어 온라인 기업 리뷰플랫폼은 최근 고용 시장에서 높은 신뢰를 받고 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 기업 리뷰 플랫폼 간 기업 평점과 리뷰 텍스트 데이터에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 잡플래닛과 블라인드 두 플랫폼을 대상으로 코스피와 코스닥 상장 기업의 리뷰 데이터를 수집·정제·분석하였다. 정량 평가에서는 블라인드 사용자가 동일 기업에 대해 더 좋은 평점을 부여하는 경향을 발견하였다. 정성 평가에서는 각 플랫폼에서 주요 만족 요인에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 잡플래닛은 사내복지, 워라밸, 네임밸류를 중시하는 반면, 블라인드는 개인 커리어 향상, 가족복지, 급여, 경영진이 주요 만족 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 공통으로 나타난 만족 및 불만족 요인의 감성 분석 결과, 플랫폼 간 차이를 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 연령대별 사용자 특성을 고려하여 온라인기업 리뷰를 해석할 필요성과 기업 인적자원 관리에 활용 가능성을 제시하였다. 또한 기존 연구에서 특정 플랫폼만을 한정적으로 조사한 것과 달리, 두 개 플랫폼 간 리뷰 특성을 비교·분석함으로써 플랫폼 간 특성 차이를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 표본 기업의 제한과 온라인 플랫폼의 신뢰성 문제로 인한 한계점이 존재하며, 향후 연구에서 더 많은 표본기업을 대상으로 온라인 기업 리뷰를 활용한 예측모델 등 확장 연구가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Research Purpose: This paper analyzes different characteristics of online corporate review platforms under the concept of the electronic Word of Mouth(eWoM). This paper investigates whether the two popular online corporate review platforms in Korea differ from the general users and the emotions in review content. Research Methods: To examine the research purpose mentioned above, this paper utilizes both quantitative and qualitative measurement from each online platform. As quantitative data, this paper examine mean difference test of online company review ratings. As qualitative data, this paper uses the pros and cons text data from each company’s review. With this text, this paper performs network analysis and sentiment analysis to extract main topics from the review content. Results in Research: There were differences in ratings between online company review platforms. Additionally, platforms used by older age groups preferred family welfare and corporate vision. Regarding common satisfaction factors such as salary and work-life balance, platforms used by younger age groups showed more positive sentiment. Research Conclusion: This paper can be utilized to employees who want to collect information about a certain company, especially when interpreting the reviews from each platform. Furthermore, the result of this paper can further investigate to the difference between online platforms because it recognizes the existence of own characteristics of online review platforms.

We previously reported that the extract of Taraxacum platycarpum (AF-343) had several biological properties such as skin hydration and anti-inflammatory effects, thereby AF-343 be a promising anti-atopic dermatitis agent. However, few studies have been conducted to evaluate its effect on modulation of extracellular matrix proteins in human skin fibroblasts. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expressions of type I collagen, MMP-1, Smad2/3, and TIMP-1 proteins in AF-343-treated human skin fibroblasts. Human skin fibroblasts were treated by various concentrations of AF-343 (0~2 mg/ml). The expressions of type I collagen, matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1), Smad2/3, and TIMP-1 proteins were analyzed by Western blot analysis. In addition, level of type I collagen mRNA was analyzed by CAT assay. Expression of type I collagen protein was increased in AF-343-treated human skin fibroblasts by dose and time-dependent manners. Consistent with this result, the expressions of phospho-Smad2/3 in skin fibroblasts were increased and MMP-1 expression was decreased by AF-343 treatment. TIMP-1 expression was not significantly changed in AF-343 treated skin fibroblasts. Extract of Taraxacum platycarpum (AF-343)-induced up-regulation of type I collagen expression was through increased expression of phospho-Smad2/3. These results were occurred combined with down-regulation of MMP-1 in skin fibroblasts. Taken together, this study indicated that AF-343 has property of the modulation of ECM in tissue as well as skin hydration and anti-inflammation.
