Congenital ectodermal dysplasia are a group of familial disorders that affect tissues and organs of ectodermal origin to varying degrees. It devided hidrotic type and anhidrotic type by geneologic origin and distinct clinical manifestationa. The hidrotic type usually trait by autosomal dominant gene and manifested dystrofic nails, defect of hair and eyebrow and palmoplantar hyperkeratosis. This patient is 16 year oId male. He had been dystrophic nails, alopecia since at birth, thereafter palmoplantar hyperkeratosis, clubbing fingers noted. C.B.C. Urinalysis, stool examination, chest x-ray were within normal limit. Biopsy specimen from palm revealed hyperkeratosis, hypergranulosis, acanthosis and, mild inflamrnatory cell infiltrate on upper dermis. Biopsy speeimen from the scalp revealed norrriaI findings except slight hypoplasia of ebaceaus gland.

Development of ON-Line Three Dimensional Contour Extraction System for Poultry Carcass Using Laser Structured Lighting

As an initial step to develop the on-line quality evaluation system for poultry processing, a prototype laboratory scaled on-line three dimensional contour extraction of a poultry carcass was developed using a set of computer vision system and a laser structured lighting device. A multi-parallel line pattern of a structured laser was used. The proposed algorithm was composed of three stages. At the first stage, the camera calibration, which determines the coordinate transformation between the image plane and the real three dimensional world, was performed using known six pairs of points. At the second stage, utilizing the shifting phenomena of the projected laser beam on the surface of a poultry carcass, the contour( height) information of the carcass was computed. Finally, using the height information of the two dimensional image point, the corresponding three dimensional coordinate information was computed using results of the camera calibration. The maximum error of the extracted three dimensional feature using the proposed algorithm was less then 0.7 mm. Results showed that the proposed system and algorithm was accurate enough for on-line three dimensional geometric feature detection of a poultry carcass. Three dimensional contour combined with two dimensional projection image of a poultry carcass will be possible substitute of the conventional load cell based weight measurement for size grading of a poultry carcass.

(Redesign of the Administrative Public Relations Organization) The organizational restructuring (draft) of the Media and Public Relations Office of the Provincial Council is presented in two ways: i) dual plan and ii) unification. (2 way plan) In consideration of the functional characteristics of the Provincial Councils Office of Media and Public Relations, it was divided into i) media-oriented organization and ii) media public relations-oriented organization. (Press & Public Relations and Media Office) Divided functions based on the media and set up 3 teams: i) media planning, ii) video media, and iii) social media. (Press and Public Relations Contents Officers Office) Three teams were established focusing on the media promotion function: i) content planning, ii) public relations strategy, and iii) opinion polls. (1 way plan) i) Consider the functional characteristics of the Provincial Councils Media and Public Relations Office, but ii) Minimize changes in the current organizational structure in principle. Changed from the current 4 team system with 1 manager (press team, public relations team, media team, broadcasting team) to 1 team with 5 teams (press team, public relations team, new media team, information team, facilities team) (Reallocation of Administrative and Public Relations Manpower) The manpower redistribution (draft) of the Provincial Councils Media and Public Relations Office is presented in two categories: i) dual-based manpower plan and ii) unification-based manpower plan. (Dualization-based manpower plan) There are 16 people in the press and media department in charge and 17 in charge of the press and public relations content department, a total of 33 people. (Press & Public Relations and Media Officers Office) The manpower is allocated to 16 people, and it is redistributed to 6 people in the press team (including officers in charge), 5 people in the video media team, 5 people in the social media team, etc. (Press and Public Relations Contents Officer) The manpower is allocated to 17 people, and the content planning team has 7 people (including officers), 5 people in the PR strategy team, and 5 people in the polling team. (Unification-based manpower plan) The Media and Public Relations Office, which consists of 5 teams, consists of a total of 33 people. Redistributed 11 press team, 9 PR team, 6 new media team, 4 information team, 4 facilities team. (Provincial Councils public relations strategy) ii) Public relations strategies for old media such as newspapers, TVs, and radios, and ii) New media promotion strategies such as SNS and online video media are presented. (Old Media Promotion Strategy) Divided into ⅰ) newspapers and magazines, ii) TV and radio, iii) outdoor advertisements, and iv) the Internet. (Newspapers and magazines) To strengthen two-way communication, the ‘Provincial Council Promotion Press Release and Newspaper Contribution Contest’ should be held in which residents directly participate. (TV・Radio) Introduce the ‘Gyeonggi Provincial Council Administrative Ambassador’ program in which the citizens directly participate to raise the interest of the local residents in the provincial council. (Internet) It is necessary to actively utilize the Internet video market based on various platforms such as i) smart TVs, ii) mobile phones, and iii) tablet PCs for customized publicity. (New media promotion strategy) ⅰ) SNS (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ii) Online video media (YouTube, etc.), (SNS) i) Expand the use of ‘Sowon’, the representative character of the city council. (Online video media) The main contents of YouTube video content are selected by the Standing Committee, and the method of content delivery needs to attract the attention of the locals by collaborating with famous YouTubers.

호텔 종사원의 블랙컨슈머행동 지각이 부정적 감정과 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향

This study was provide a practical suggestion to perceived black consumer behavior on customer contact hotel employees' negative emotion and pro-social service behavior by identifying in the hotel. Interviewing method was adopted for the survey which carried out from october to november 2014. Out of 500 distributed survey sheets 488 were responded, and among them 12 were excluded due to severe tendency of bias or inconsistency for analysis. For remaining 476 responses, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 was applied for factorial analysis and reliability verification. Then, covariance analysis was carried out for the verification of hypothesis of the study. Summary of the results are as follow. First, repetitiveness, insistence and deception has positive effect on intention for negative emotion. Second, negative emotion has positive effect on intention for extra-role behavior. Third, repetitiveness, insistence and excessiveness has positive effect on intention for extra-role behavior. Finale, repetitiveness, insistence and excessiveness has positive effect on intention for role-prescribed behavior. 본 연구는 호텔 종사원의 블랙컨슈머행동이 부정적 감정과 친사회적 행동 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하여 호텔기업에 유용한 정보를 제시하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 2013년 12월 5일부터 12월 30일 까지 예비조사를 실시하여 분석 후 수정 및 보완한 설문지로 2014년 1월 20일까지 총 500부를 배포하고 이중 488부가 회수된 설문지 중에서 중심화경향이 심하거나, 분석에 부적합한 설문지 12부를 제외하고 476부에 대하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 요인분석과 신뢰성 검증을 실시하고, 제시된 연구가설을 검증하기 위해서 공분산 구조분석을 실시하였다. 검증결과를 요약하면 첫째, 블랙컨슈머행동과 부정적감정의 관계를 살펴보면 상습성, 억지성, 기만성은 부정적감정에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부정적감정과 친사회적행동의 관계에서 종사원들의 부정적감정은 역할 내 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 블랙컨슈머행동과 친사회적행동의 관계에서 블랙컨슈머행동 요인의 상습성, 기만성, 과도성은 역할 내 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 블랙컨슈머행동이 친사회적행동에 미치는 영향관계에서 상습성, 기만성, 과도성은 역할 외 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 억지성은 역할 외 행동에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

활성소결시킨 W 성형체의 기계적 성질

In order to provide some basic data on the mechanical properties of Ni-activated sintered W-powder compact, hardness and strength of this material were measured at the room temperature as well as the high temperature. The measured high temperature tensile strength was ranged from 11.25 ㎏/㎟ at 1000 ℃ to 4.3 ㎏/㎟ at 1400 ℃, which was lower than that of the pure W-specimen given in literature by a factor of two to three. The high temperature hardness was 240 to 55㎏/㎟, depending on the testing temperature between 600℃ and 1200 ℃. This value is somewhat higher than that of the normal sintered pure W-specimen. The transverse rupture strength of the Ni-activated sintered W-specimen was also lower then that of the normal sintered W, being 440 MPa, but the hardness of the former was comparable to that of the latter at room temperature.
