        . This study aims to investigate the current aspect of the usual dietary patterns in Cheju area. The investigation was focused on 1) the factors is decisive in shaping their diet, 2) preferred method of cooking, and 3) the preservation Korean traditional method of diet. The data were collected from 459 housewives inhabiting in Cheju island from September 15. to October 30. 1992 by using the questionnaires. The important findings obtained in this study are summarized as follows: 1. The respondent housewives decide the contents of their diet mostly according to their husbands (44.5%) and their children's(34.1%) dietary habit. In preparing their food, the 67.8% of them took account for the 'taste' first, but for the many of college graduate housewives(45.5), their primary concern was 'nutrition'. 2. The 75.0% of the respondents regarded the dinner as the most important meal. The usual number of the dishes were 3 or 4 per meal(55.2%). 3. As for the main dish, they consumed usually the cooked rice(57.1%) and the soybean paste soup(49.4%). The cooking methods for meats were commonly as soup(36.1%). stew(18.7%) or pan fried (18.4%). For the cooking of fish, pan frying(27.9%), sauteed in soysauce(18.4%) and broiling(18.4%) were common. Vegetables, cooked with spices(36.2%) were most popular. 4. The 37.5% of respondent housewives enjoyed the dining out once or twice a month and when they dining out, most of them(69.5%) preferred the Korean style restaurant. 5. Home made KIMCHI and the soybean paste were most frequently consumed foods(82.8%, 72.4% respectively). And as for the processed foods, tuna(24.5%), RAMYEON(23.2%) and ham(10.7%) were marked highly.

      • 장애인 생활체육 실태에 관한 조사연구

        The purpose of the study to investigate and analyze the realities for the social physical deucation with those of handicapped(937 persons) in korea except for Je-ju. The distinction of sex was male(75.1%), female(24.9%), the area distribution was kyung-gi(27.8%), Seoul(36.0%). The age-distribution was 23-30 years(39.9%), 31-40years(28.0%), 11-20years(15.0%) and the school career was high school(39.9%), special high school(12.9%), junior high school(11.6%), university(10.8%). The difficulty foams were polio-myelitis(27.2%), amputation(20.0%), cerebral palsy(15.0%). The appearance stage was 1-6years(27.6%), 20-30years(25.8%), 0-6years(23.1%). The difficulty causes were accident(37.2% ), disease(35.0%). The men to need social physical education(96.2%) were vocational trainer (61.5%), office clerk(60.4%), person without a regular occupation(59.7%), specialist(56.1%). Items were table tennis(20.7%), badminton(12.8%), walk (8.1%), volley ball(6.2%), basket ball(5.4%), foot ball (5.2%). Many man(31.6%) were unsatisfactory in question of the satisfaction, insufficiency of the sports facilities came out the largest reason. They followed the leader(25.6%), sports specialists of them were 37.6%, also they(46%) answers that sports facilities were insufficient. The place to practice sports was special facilities for handicapped(49.8%), howe(17.2%), public facilties(15.7%). The most(70.7%) had trouble to use the sports facilities. They liked badminton(22.0%) best of all, subsequently table tennis(21.0%) bowling(8.0%) and wanted the special facilities for the handicapped extremely. Lastly the need for the activity of social physical education was the expension in sports facilities(46%), the development and extention of program(22.8%), the reorganigation of full responsible sytem(16.2%), and the extention of leader(13.5%).

      • 움직임 교육 활동이 ADHD아동들의 부적응 행동에 미치는 영향

        This study has its purpose to make a close inquiry into how the motion education activity affects the maladjusted action of a child with ADHD, and provide the basic data needed to improve the maladjusted action of a child with ADHD. The subjects are the primary schoolers aged 11-13 with parents' consent. The targeted children group is composed of the children who reside in Jeonju City. In this study we applied a testing tool with 'the observation record card of the maladjusted action of ADHD child' used by Kim Mi-hyun(2006), and the testing paper was composed of a total of 14 questions with 3 subordinate sections of the maladjusted action, and they were measured every session. We used the SPSS Window for 12.0 program for an efficient analysis of data about the results of measurement and executed Wilcoxon signed rank test to verify the difference before and after the measured results of the maladjusted action of 10 ADHD children who joined the motion educational activity. In order to look into the correlation among 3 realms of the maladjusted action, we analyzed the correlation by each subordinate section by using Spearman's order correlation, whose results are as follows. First, when we analyzed the influence of the motion education activity on ADHD children's maladjusted action, the maladjusted action appeared 112.30 times in the pretest but 74.30 times in the post-test, and the maladjusted action decreased after the execution of program. Second, when we analyzed the influence of the motion education activity on ADHD children's action of the breakaway from the assignment, the action of the breakaway from the assignment showed 57.80 times in the advance test and the post-test showed 35.40 times, and the action of the breakaway from the assignment decreased after the execution of the program. Third, when we analyzed how the motion education activity affected ADHD children's action of distraction, the pretest showed 47.90 times of distraction action, while the post-test showed 35.10 times, and the distraction action decreased after the practice of the program. Fourth, there was a positive correlation among 3 subordinate sections of the maladjusted action.

        감각통합훈련이 교육가능 정신지체아동의 협응성 발달에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of sensory integration program on the motor coordination in the educable mental retardation students. The subjects were 11 boys who were 15 years old and the level of IQ is 68~78. The subjects divided to experimental group and control group. The experimental group received play program for 2 days a week during 20 weeks. All subjects received the pre and post test in the same method. The result of this study is as follows ; The experimental group was improved in the static coordination, general movement coordination but there were nonsignificant. Otherwise, hands-coordination showed improved significantly(p<.05). In conclusion, the result of this study is supported the applicability sensory integration program on development program of coordination in the educable mental retardation students.

      • 특수체육활동(EWHAPA)이 학령기 발달장애아동의 기본운동기술과 스포츠 기능습득에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 특수체육활동이 학령기 발달장애아동의 기본운동기술과 스포츠 기능습득에 영향을 주는지 파악하고 효과적인 특수체육활동을 제공해 주는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울지역 소재의 일반초등학교에 재학중인 발달장애아동(10-14세)으로 이화여자대학에서 시행 중인 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 아동 14명 중 최종실험에 참여 한 9명의 아동(남9명, 여:2명)이다. 전문가를 통해 검증 받은 특수체육활동을 매주 1회씩 12주간 90분 동안 실시하였다. 연구도구는 TGMD II와 이화여자대학 특수체육연구회에서 8년 동안 사용하고 전문가를 통해 검증받은 검사지를 수정 보완한 운동기능검사지를 사용하였다. Spss 12.0을 이용하여 비모수통계 Wilcoxon test와 비모수 상관분석 Spearman Correlation을 하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 특수체육활동은 학령기 발달장애아동의 기본운동기술을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었지만 스포츠 기능습득을 향상 시키는 데는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 특수체육활동은 기본운동기술 중 이동운동기술과 스포츠 기능습득 간에 그리고 물체조작 기술과 스포츠 기능습득 간에 상관관계가 있었다. The purpose of this study was comprehend and investigate the effects of adapted physical activity program on basic motor skill and sports skill of school-aged children with developmental disorder. The subjects were 9 children(M-7; F:2, age:10-14) who participated in this study to the end of 14 children. Basic motor skill was tested by TGMD II and sports skill was tested by probated sports skill test paper. The collected data were analyzed by wilcoxon test and spearman correlation using Spss 12.0. The results were as follows; 1. The adapted physical activity program showed higher scores than pre-test one in basic motor skill and sports skill, however, it showed without significant level. 2. The adapted physical activity program was showed correlation between the locomotor skill of basic motor skill and the sports skill except running. 3. The adapted physical activity program was appeared correlation between the object control skill of basic motor skill and the sports skill.
