Background : This study is for respiratory muscle activity and chest expansion through practice abdominal breathing exercises. Methods : The subjects were consisted normal 30 persons(15 males and 15 females). The control group to 15 people to compare group and 15 people for the abdominal breathing exercise group through lip retraction movement of the therapist with the resistance of mediated abdominal breathing exercises. For 8 weeks EMG was used to know the changes in respiratory muscle. We also found out the changes in chest expansion. And the t-test was conducted to analyze among the compared group, the abdominal breathing group the differences between before and after the experiment. Results : On the changes in respiratory muscle muscular activity in the transverse abdominis have shown significant results(p<.05), and the change in chest expansion was no significant(p>.05). Conclusion : Various breathing exercises in future research on intervention programs can be studied to promote the public if the functional status is considered to be of much help.
습관화 운동이 어지름증과 주관적 시각 수직감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 습관화 운동이 어지름증과 주관적 시각 수직감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 실험집단(남:N=8, 여:N=7)과 통제집단(남:N=8, 여:N=7)의 각각 15명씩 총 30명 이었다. 주관적 시각 수직감 측정과 전기안진검사를 1차적으로 실시한 후 실험집단에게만 3주 동안 매일 3회씩 습관화 운동을 수행하도록 하였다. 3주 후에 실험집단을 대상으로 주관적 시각 수직감을 2차 검사하여 그 변화를 살펴보았다. 실험집단에게서 좌측, 우측, 주관적 시각 수직감 영역에 있어 통계학적으로 유의미한 변화를 보였다. 본 연구 결과 습관화 운동이 어지름증과 주관적 시각 수직감에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

n beef, pork, chicken-flesh, and goat-flesh sampled from Pusan area, residues of various kinds of organochlorine pesticides were examined. The residues of organochlorine pesticides in the all of samples were found to be in the order of α-BHC, ρ-BHC, heptachlor epoxide PP'-DDE, and m-BHC. The residues of organochlorine pesticides such as heptachlor, PP'-DDE and PP'-DDD were comparatively in low level or trace and drins-pesticides were not detected in all of samples. The average concentrations of total BHC in beef pork, chicken and goat were found 0. 713 ppb, 0. 673 ppb, 0.517 ppb and 0. 586 ppb. Residue contents were found in the order of beef, pork, goat and chicken. The highest concentration was found in the adipose tissue.

Background: The purpose of this study is figure out some change of lung function and walking distance by exercises program in health adults. Method: The all subjects are healthy and participated voluntary We had divided 2 group (10 people to compare group, 10 people for the gym ball exercise group) and the effects on lung function were measured with digital spirometry and walking distance with six-minute walk test. And the t-test was conducted to analyze among the compared group, the gym ball exercise group the differences between before and after the experiment. Result: Gym ball exercise group was a significant difference in the FEV1, FEV1/FVC%, FEF25 - 75%(p<0.05) between before and after exercises. The control group, however, showed no change(p>0.05). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that gym ball exercise could be helpful for lung function. Various exercises in future research on intervention programs can be studied to promote the public if the functional status is considered to be of much help.

Background : Many factors affect foot and ankle biomechanics during walking, including gait speed and anthropometric characteristics. This study examined the effect of walking speed on lower limb joint motion during the walking. Method : Thirty two normal healthy subjects (16 men, 16 women) were recruited. Maximal dorsiflexion and excursion were measured at the and lower limbs joints during walking phase at three different cadences (80, 100, and 120 step/min), using a three-dimensional motion analysis system (smart bs-500). Result : The results show that walking speed should be considered when comparing gait parameters. As the walking speed increases, the lower limb joint angle increases(p<0.05). Conclusion : The results also suggest that slow walking speeds may decrease forefoot peak plantar pressure in patients with restricted low extremity range of motion who have a high risk of skin breakdown under the forefoot.

Background : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the kinesiologic factors of gait on symmetric load. Methods : The subjects were consisted normal 33 persons (10 males and 23 females). The kinds of weight of the bag was 0kg, 5kg and 7kg. The kinesiologic factors of gait measured by three dimensional motion analysis system and callibration marker. Callibration was ASIS, hip greater trochanter, knee lateral epicondyle on sagittal plane, ankle lateral malleolus on sagittal plane, toe 5th phalange. The changes kinesiologic factor were analyzed using one way ANOVA with SPSS 21.0 package program. Results : The weight of the bag was statistical significance on change of hip joint and knee joint(p<.05). The weight of the bag was no significance on change of ankle joint(p>.05). The right and left of the lower limbs was no significant(p>.05). Conclusion : This research provides weight of bag for the gait. This study showed that symmetric load does affect kinesiologic factors of gait. This indicates that there is an interaction that plays a crucial roles in the weight of bag and kinesiologic factors of gait.
