Neurologically based clinical grading scales offer excellent prognostic information for the patient suuffering diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhaging. These grading scales are less applicable to patients with life-threatening intraparenchymal or subdural hematomas after aneurysmal rupture. During 2 and half years. 9 patients(ICH;5.SDH:1. ICH+SDH:3) in a comatose state with brain stem compression syndromes documented by computerized tomographic scans have undergone emergent operation without angiography in our neurosurgical departement. Each patient was so critically ill that we believed it unwise to delay craniotomy for diagnostic angiography. The average delay from the detection to operation was 2 hours. The origin of the hematoma was identified as a berry aneurysm of the middle cerebral artery bifurcation in seven patients and a posterior communicating artery aneurysm in two patients. One patient had a good recovery. two patients recovered with hemipardsis and mild cognitive dysfunction. two patients were vegetative and died due to pneumonia. and four patients died due to brain swelling within two weeks postoperatively. Emergent craniotomy with empiric exploration of appropriate subarachnoid cisterns after hematoma decompression may be life-saving management in some cases. The delay imposed for diagnostic angiography may be avoided in attempts to save vital minutes of severe brain stem compression.

This study identifies oral health behavior factors related to the health-related quality of life(EQ-5D) of adults. Three groups are analyzed, young adults(aged 19 to 39 years old), middle-aged(40 to 64 years old), and elderly(over 65 years old). By comparing the factors related to health-related quality of life by age, we will provide information for improving the overall quality of life, including oral health for current and future elderly. Using raw data from the 1st year(2016) of the National Health and Nutrition Survey, the oral health behaviors of the study subjects were compared. These included: the number of times teeth were brushed, the time brushing took place, the use of interdental care products, and whether they went for oral and examinations. There was a statistical significance in treatment experience and drinking habits. There was also a significant influence on the health-related quality of life across the age groups. Therefore, it is possible to improve the health-related quality of life, including oral health practices according to age. It will be necessary to develop and apply.

종합형스포츠클럽의 운영 현황 및 개선 방안

본 연구는 최근 시범운영 중인 종합형스포츠클럽 운영현황 분석을 통하여 스포츠클럽의 자생력을 높이기 위한 개선 방안을 제공할 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 종합형스포츠클럽으로 선정된 전국 18개소 클럽이다. 국민생활체육회의 협조를 얻어 연구대상 클럽의 운영현황을 수집하였으며, 관련 문헌 및 웹사이트를 통해 정보를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 시설, 프로그램, 지도자, 회원 등 4가지 항목으로 구분하여 실시하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 시사점이 도출되었다. 시설은 공공체육시설의 원활한 활용을위하여 지자체와의 협력과 클럽하우스 활성화 전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 프로그램은 다계층?다연령이 다종목?다수준으로 참여할 수 있도록 지속적인 개선 노력이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 인력은 다양한 자원봉사자 확보를 통해 자생력을 갖추어야 할필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회원은 학교스포츠클럽과의 연계를 통한 청소년 회원 확보가 요구되며, 성인 회원을 대상으로 한다양한 문화, 여가 행사 등 사회공헌 프로그램을 기획하여 운영할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study demonstrated through the recent Comprehensive Analysis active -type sports club operations were carried out for the purpose of providing an improvement for increasing the viability of a sports club. The chosen clubs are the selected 18 national sections which are included in the current comprehensive-type sports club. For data collection, we achieved cooperation from the Korea Council of Sport for All and collected data of every clubs' management state with related reference and web sites. The data analysis was implemented by four categories which are facility, program, worker and membership. The result were as follows: Firstly, facilities need cooperation between the local government and club house activation strategy for effective use of the public sports facilities. Secondly, sports clubs need the effort to make that all ages to participate in all levels possible. Thirdly, workers should possess viability by obtaining the volunteers. Finally, members are required to secure youth members through linkage with school sports club and should lead out multi-cultural and recreational events for adults which can be contributed to local community development

2SG-7 Recovery of indium from spent etching solution containing relatively low concentration of indium.

We investigated the technology for recovery of Indium metal from spent etching solution which containing relatively low concentrations of indium, by both Solvent extraction and electro-winning processes. At the first experiments, various extractants such as Cyanex-272, ALQ336, D2EHPA and PC-88A were used for the indium extraction. D2EHPA, diluted in kerosene, shown the best extraction efficiency and the best ratio between D2EHPA and Kerosene is 2:8. Also, extraction efficiency is increased by increasing A/O ratio. Extraction efficiency is about 98.6% in this case. To recover the indium sponge from after the solvent extraction process, various electro-winning experiments such as pH of electrolyte, current density, and reaction temperature were investigated. Extraction efficiency was increased as increasing by both pH value and current density, pH 0 and 1000A/㎡. The reaction temperature is optimized from RT~40℃. In case of the real plant, the total recovery rate is about 96.02%.

La representación literaria del espacio urbano en la poesía de Oliverio Girondo

El nombre de Oliverio Girondo (1891-1967), poeta argentino, se lo relacionará con la vanguardia. Desde 1922, año en que Girondo escribe Veinte poemas para ser leídos en el tranvía, hasta 1963, fecha de la edición definitiva de En la masmédula (1954), con once poemas más en el entretanto, su obra subraya a un escritor sólido, renovador de las propiedades del lenguaje. No quedó satisfecho con la vanguardia superficial de los años veinte y mantuvo el compromiso con la palabra. Siempre fue fiel a sí mismo, lleno de entusiasmo innovador, y demostró un disgusto hacia la tradición. Venía de una familia acomodada, tuvo oportunidad de viajar desde niño a Europa, lo que le permitió estar bien conectado con su mundo cultural, y de ahí su inclinación hacia los movimientos de la vanguardia. La obra es un fiel retrato del viaje espacial e interior. Girondo disfrutaba viajar y aborrecía la ciudad tradicional y estática. Él afirmaba que era la imagen de la transformación frente al estatismo, la que definía la conversión de la sensibilidad moderna y de la estática de lo novedoso. En su poesía están presentes la ruptura con el pasado, la negación, la innovación, la desacralización del arte, el cosmopolitismo y la fusión arte-vida. Girondo logra describir los aspectos tanto interiores como exteriores del espacio urbano en su poesía.

김남주의 민중시에 나타난 파블로 네루다 수용 양상

This paper examines the influence of Neruda and various aspects of accepting him in the poetic world of Nam-ju Kim. Neruda has been one of the most widely known and loved Hispanic poets in Korea, thanks to the efforts of several translators including especially Nam-ju Kim, who read and translated Neruda every day while in prison. According to Nam-ju Kim’s confession, Neruda was the poet he loved the most and the writer who greatly influenced him. Neruda was a poet who was loved not only in Korea but also by the people of the world; Neruda called for the people forgotten in mainstream history and comforted their suffering. Nam-ju Kim read and introduced poems by Neruda and Heine and pondered the path of literature and the poetic revolution; he was a poet, a ray of light for those who dreamed of freedom and liberation under the persecution of the military dictatorship in the 1980s. His poems and songs of struggle spread as echoes through the publication of his poems written in prison. However, this realist poet has been fading away from the memory of the people due to his early death. On the 28th anniversary of his death, we intend to re-examine his literary world and reflect on the relationship between the influence of Neruda poetry on Nam-ju Kim’s literature from a comparative literature point of view. 본고는 민중시인 김남주의 시 세계에 나타난 네루다의 영향과 그 수용 관계를 고찰하 였다. 스페인어권 시인들 가운데 네루다가 국내에 가장 널리 알려지고 사랑받는 시인으로 자리매김하게 된 것에는 여러 번역가의 노력 덕분이라 할 수 있으나 감옥에서 날마다 읽 고 번역하고 소개한 김남주에 힘입은 바 크다. 김남주는 네루다가 자신이 가장 사랑한 시 인이었고 영향을 많이 받은 작가였다고 고백하였다. 네루다는 한국뿐만 아니라 세계 민중 의 사랑을 받는 시인이었는데 무엇보다 주류역사에서 망각된 민중을 일일이 호명하며 고 통 받는 이들의 아픔을 위무한 시인이었기 때문이다. 김남주는 네루다와 하이네 등의 시 를 읽고 소개하면서 문학의 길과 시적 혁명을 고민하고 그것을 자신의 작품에 담아냄으로 써, 1980년대 군사독재의 핍박 하에서 자유와 해방 공간을 꿈꾸던 이들에게 한 줄기 빛과 같은 존재가 되었다. 정치사범으로 오랫동안 투옥하며 쓴 옥중시가 출간되며 시와 투쟁의 노래는 울림으로 번져갔으나 이른 죽음으로 인해 기억에서 사라지고 있는 리얼리스트 김 남주 시인. 그의 서거 28주년을 맞아 시인의 문학세계를 재조명하고 비교문학적 관점에서 네루다 시가 김남주 문학에 미친 영향 관계를 고찰하고 두 시인이 공통적으로 건설하고자 했던 문학 세계에 대해 살펴보았다.
