해충저항성 Bt벼의 환경위해성 평가 : 해충저항성 Bt벼가 미꾸리(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) 및 잉어(Cyprinus carpio)에 미치는 영향

해충저항성 Bt벼와 낙동벼의 미꾸리(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) 와 잉어(Cyprinus carpio)에 대한 급성독성시험을 실시한 결과 48시간 및 96시간-LC50은 1,000mg/L 이상으로 나타났다. 48시간 및 96시간 무영향농도(NOEC)는 1,000mg/L이었다. 급성독성 시험기간 중 해충저항성 Bt벼와 낙동벼간의 pH, DO, 수온, 체중 및 전장에 대한 유의적인 결과는 나타나지 않았다. We developed insect-resistant GM rice(Bt transgenic rice) by inserting the mCry1Ac1 a modified gene from the soil bacterium, Bacillus thuringiensis. The Bt transgenic rice expressing the Bttoxin mCry1Ac1 was tested for the effects on survival of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Cyprinus carpio, commonly used as a model organism in ecotoxicological studies. M. anguillicaudatus and C. carpio fed 100% ground rice in suspension, using either Bt rice or non-GM counterpart rice(Nakdong). The Bt rice used for the test were confirmed to have the mCry1Ac1 gene expression by the immuno-strip and ELISA analysis. Feeding test showed that no significant differences in cumulative immobility and abnormal response of M. anguillicaudatus and C. carpio fed on between Bt rice and non-GM counterpart rice. The 96hr-LC50 values showed no difference between Bt rice(>1,000mg/L) and non-GM rice(>1,000mg/L). We concluded that there was no significant difference in toxicity for non-target organisms(M. anguillicaudatus and C. carpio) between Bt rice and non-GM counterparts.

해충저항성 Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) 벼의 비표적곤충인 벼물바구미(Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus)에 대한 성충 전용살충제 Clothianidin 액상수화제의 살충제 감수성 시험을 실시한 결과, 72시간-LC50은 0.245 ml/L(95% 신뢰한계는 0.195~0.307 ml/L)이었으며, Bt벼의 모본으로 대조로 사용한 낙동벼의 72시간-LC50은 0.257 ml/L(95% 신뢰한계는 0.199~0.331 ml/L)이었다. 72시간-LC50은 낙동벼에서 다소 높았지만, 해충저항성 Bt벼 72시간-LC50이 낙동벼의 95% 신뢰한계 내에 포함되어, 두 품종의 LC50값에 유의성이 없는 것으로 판단된다. Insect-resistant transgenic rice, Bt rice was developed by inserting the mCry1Ac1, a modified gene from the soil bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). For the biosafety assessment of this GM rice, we studied the effect on insecticide susceptibility of Rice Water Weevil (Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus) which is a nontarget insect pest and commonly used as a model organism in ecotoxicological studies. The Bt rice was confirmed to have the insertion of T-DNA and the protein expression by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the ELISA analysis. As for the cumulative mortalities of Rice Water Weevil on insecticide, Clothianidin in Bt and non-GM counterpart, Nakdong rices were similar. The 72h-LC50 values of Bt and non-GM rices showed 0.245 ml/L and 0.257 ml/L respectively. As the 72h-LC50 vlaue of Bt rice was included within the 95% confidence limit of that of Nakdong rice slightly higher, the two varieties of the 72h-LC50 values were not significant. Thus, we found out there was a strong possibility that Bt rice didn't affect the insecticide susceptibilities of nontarget insects.

In general, the cutting pattern of the membrane structures is determined by dividing the complicated curved 3-D surface into several 2-D plane strip by using flattening technique. In this procedure, however, some discrepancies ore occurred between actual stresses of equilibrated state and designed uniform stresses because the material properties are not considered. These deviations can cause the critical structural problems, wrinkling or overstress, and thus a optimization process should be considered. In this paper, a new analytical method for determining an optimum cutting pattern considering material properties is presented. Here, iterative procedure is introduced to decrease the errors caused in numerical process. The optimization method proposed can diminish the deviations occurred by material properties and numerical errors, simultaneously. As a results, it is shown that the final stress distributions for the HP shell model are sufficiently near to design stress distributions, and it can be concluded that this method can be used to obtain the optimized cutting pattern of membrane structures.
韓國法曹人의 職業的 形成過程에 關한 硏究 : 動機構造와 報酬 및 評價體系를 中心으로

This study is designed to find out the career development processes of the jurist in terms of motivational structure, reward and evaluation system. The study is the result of information obtained from a sample of 152 judges and 134 lawyers. Some major findings are as follows: (1) Motivational structure. a. The primary reasons for their occupational choice were to seek both public interest and self-interest. However, the younger juists were oriented more toward self-interest than the older ones. b. Due to the nature of their occupation, the absolute majority in law. c. The chief area of concern during their academic life was that the older jurists were concerned with politics while the younger ones were interested in passing the bar examination. (2) Reward system. a. In terms of financial reward the majority of the jurists feel that they are financially underpaid. b. However, in terms of psychological reward they deel satisfied mainly due to the social recognition of the importance of their work. (3) Evaluation system. A. The over-all picture shows that the Korean jurists evaluate their career favorable. B. The overwhelming majority of the jurists report their work to be either very important or important. That is, they appear to be very positive about the value of their work to the country.
