In recent years, technology of press plastic working having made remarkable progress. We can say this because it facilitates mass production and have superior performances in machining speed and equivalency of quality than other processing methods. In characteristics of press plastic working, mold manufacturing according to characteristics of each product should be preceded before processing and it has a great influence on machining speed and quality of products and etc according to manufacturing method. Therefore, mold design technology is a critical technology in press plastic working. There are lots of variables in press plastic working according to worked material, mold materials, conditions of heat treatment, clearance and so on. Abrasion of mold depends on these kind of conditions and sheared surface which is crucial for quality of product also depends on them. In this study, we conduct research on abrasion loss of mold according to 8, 10 and 12% of clearance for thickness of 1.0mm of worked material out of mold design variables of the products whose worked materials are high carbon steel and carbon tool steel by a practical experiment.

The sheet metal forming proceccing is very important and indispensable in the automotive industry because the accuracy of prsee worked parts is directly related to the automotive quality. But when making mold it is difficult and expensive to modify mold. mold design technology is a critical technology in press plastic working. When design the mold there are lots of variables in press plastic working according to worked material, mold materials, conditions of heat treatment, clearance and so on. Abrasion of mold depends on these kind of conditions and sheared surface which is crucial for quality of product also depends on them. In this study, we conduct research on abrasion loss of mold according to 8, 10 and 12% of clearance for thickness of 1.0mm of worked material out of mold design variables of the products whose worked materials are high carbon steel and carbon tool steel by a practical experiment and perform a comparative evaluation of difference of abrasion loss mold with the alloy tool steel (STD11) and Tungsten Carbide (WC).

본 연구는 제7차 교육과정 시행이후 인천지역 소재 인문계 고등학생들의 체육수업 · 체육교사 · 체육수업효과 등에 대한 인식도를 파악하여 학교체육 현장에서 효과적으로 체육교육과정을 운영하고 관리하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 인천광역시에 소재하고 있는 9개 고등학교에 재학 중인 인문계 고등학교 865명(1, 2, 3학년 남 : 465 · 여 :400)으로 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 12.0 for windows 프로그램 패키지를 이용하여 분석하였다. 고등학생의 성별 및 학년별에 따른 인식의 차이에 대하여 t-test, 교차분석, 그리고 일번량 분산분석을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 유의한 차이가 있을 경우 Tukey의 HSD test를 이용하여 사후검증을 실시하였다. 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였으며 결과분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 고등학교 학생들은 성별과 학년에 관계없이 체육수업을 선호하고 있으며 남학생은 체력과 건강에 도움이 되기 때문에, 그리고 여학생은 스트레스 해소 및 긴장 해소에 도움이 되기 때문에 체육수업을 좋아한다고 하였다. 둘째, 고등학교 학생들은 평소 체육교사의 지도능력에 대해 남녀 학생 모두 실기와 이론을 모두 잘하는 것으로 인식하고 있다. 또한 교사들은 학생들의 의견수렴도 대체로 존중하고 있다고 생각하고 있다. 셋째, 체육수업 효과에 대해 여학생보다 남학생이 더 크게 만족하고 있으며 그 중 1학년 학생들의 만족도가 낮았다. 평가에 대해서는 남녀 학생 모두 객관적이라고 인식하고 있었으며 평가방법에 있어서는 남학생은 실기위주의 평가를 원했으며 여학생은 실기와 이론 태도를 포함한 평가를 희망하였다. 넷째, 체육수업을 하는 장소로 남학생들은 운동장을, 그리고 여학생들은 실내 체육관을 선호하며 남녀학생 모두 지금 현재의 시설이 부족하다고 느끼고 있다. 다섯째, 체육수업을 실시하지 않는 3학년 남녀학생 모두 체육수업을 하기를 원하였다. 그리고 남학생은 구기종목과 투기종목을, 그리고 여학생은 개인운동을 희망하였다. This study is to contribute to develop a program of physical education considered students' interests and demand by analyzing high school students' recognition and preference on physical education as the 7th curriculum started to be effective. For the study, 8 high schools located in In-Cheon were selected and 865 students of those schools. For researching high school students' recognition and preference on physical education according to the sex and grade, we used questionnaire including preference on physical education, teacher and so on, and also we analyzed the data to study the difference of preference according to the performance of physical education school or not. For the statistical data process, it used frequency and cross analysis and independent sampling t-test. With results of analysis on high school students' recognition and preference on physical education by sex, grade and performance of physical education class, following conclusions could be obtained ; First, according to the sex, there were significant difference in preference on the physical education class, the reason, desiring sports of class and frequency in week, and also according to the grade, differences were shown in desiring sports, the reason of preference. Second, according to the sex, there were significant difference in recognition on the physical education teachers' ability of practical technique, collection of students' opinion and teachers' physical punishments. In addition, according to the grade, physical punishments, collection of opinion, practical technical ability, the process of direction and the impression had significant difference. Third, on the effect of the physical education class, there was significant difference between male and female, and also among the grades. Fourth, comparing the recognition on the teachers' evaluation, significant difference appeared in recognition of methods, the component ratio and score between sexes, and also difference in practical training method and score among grades.

Thrust washer is one of the important machine elements of automobile. It comes in various shapes and sizes and has to be inspected after all manufacturing procedure. The general inspection method that is simply visual check has many problems. It depends on human fatigability and skill. In this research, we study new thrust washer inspection method that uses the vision processing algorithms and automation skills. The new equipment can be used for inspecting most of bad thrust washers automatically. This method improves productivity of thrust washers and gives rise to effective quality control.
상온금형 적용을 위한 마그네슘 합금 성형과 재료특성 변화에 관한 연구

It is difficult to form magnesium alloys at room temperature due to its material properties. In this paper, I analyzed the optimal temperature conditions of the cold-forming using the high-pressure lamination test and the forming process was also was analyzed with the finite element analysis. That was quantitatively analyzed the mechanical properties through sheet metal test specimens at room temperature, 230℃, 250℃, 270℃ and 4 under the different conditions, depending on the method of forming the magnesium AZ31.
