      • 膽石誘發物質의 投與가 생쥐에 미치는 瀉肝湯의 實驗的 硏究

        In order to investigate the effect of Sagantang (瀉肝湯) of relation Liver and Gallbladder on cholecystolithiasis in Mouse, and observed about serum total Cholesterol, serum free cholesterol, serum phopholipid, serum triglyceride. The results were as fallow: 1. The level of serum total cholesterol of Sagantang group was decreased in experimental group and revealed a significance in Sagantang group as compared with that of control group. 2. The level of serum free cholesterol of Sagantang group was decreased in experimental group, and revealed a significance in Sagnatang group as compared with that of control group. 3. The level of serum phopholipid of Sagantang group was in experimental group, and revealed a significance in Sagantang group as compared with that of control group. 4. The level of serum Triglycerid of Sagantang group decreased in experimental group, and revealed a significance in Sagantang group as compared with that of control group. According to the above result, it was considered that Sagantang of relation Liver and Gallbadder have the decreased effects on the gallstone formation of mouse.

        다면 페르소나 검사를 통한 알코올 의존자들의 성격연구

        본 연구에서는 알코올 의존 환자의 성격특성을 규명하기 위하여 우울증 환자를 비교집단으로, 정상인을 통제집단으로 구분하여 집단간 비교를 하였다. 알코올 의존 환자 44명, 우울증 환자 42명, 정상인 44명이 연구에 참여하였으며, 성격검사의 일종인 다면 페르소나 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 알코올 의존군이 우울증군보다 유희적 어린이 페르소나 점수가 더 높았고, 그 하위요인인 활발성 요인에서 더 높은 점수를 보였고, 더 높은 목표지향성 점수를 보인 것 외에는 알코올 의존군은 우울증군과 거의 비슷한 페르소나 양상을 보였다. 즉 알코올 의존군과 우울증군 모두 정상군에 비하여 비판, 민감한 어린이, 완벽지향, 성취지향 페르소나 점수가 더 높았으며, 방어적 체면, 상처민감성, 실수에 대한 혐오, 일완결지향성 하위요인에서 더 높은 점수를 얻었다. 이러한 결과의 치료적인 측면에서의 시사점에 대하여 논의하였으며, 본 연구의 의의와 한계 및 앞으로의 연구방향에 대하여 논의하였다. This research is purposed to survey the personality characteristics of alcoholic patients in comparison with depressive patients by administrating Multiphasic Persona Inventory. The Persona‘s and subfactors' scores of the alcoholic patients(n=44), depressive patients(n=42) and normals(n=44) were compared. The results were as follows. The scores of the Playful Child Persona, 'liveliness' subfactor, and 'striving for the goals' subfactor in alcoholic patients were significantly higher than depressive patients. Besides, there were no significant difference between alcoholic patients and depressive patients. That is, the scores of the Critic, the Vulnerable Child, the Perfectionist, and the Pusher Persona both of alcoholic patients and depressive patients were higher than normals. Among the subfactors, the scores of 'vulnerable-sensitivity', 'disgusting the mistakes', and 'defensing the face' of alcoholic patients and depressive patients were significantly higher than normals. Suggestions and limitations of this study and some ideas for further research were proposed.

        다면 페르조나 검사를 통한 우울한 사람들의 성격특성

        This research is purposed to survey the characteristics of depressive persons by Multiphasic Persona Inventory. The Persona scores of the high(n=54) and the low(n=224) depressive students among 366 students were compared in Study 1. The Persona scores of the 42(male 21, female 21) depressives and 44(male 22, female 22) normals were compared in Study 2. The common results both of Study 1 and 2 were that the scores of the Critic and the Vulnerable Child Persona were significantly higher, and the score of the Playful Child was significantly lower in depressive groups than control groups. Among the subfactors, the scores of 'vulnerable-sensitiveness', 'striving for the strength', 'disgusting the mistakes', and 'defensing the face' were significantly higher and the score of 'the liveliness' was significantly lower in depressives. The results of correlation analysis and the step-wise regression analysis in study 1 were that the Critic had the strongest association with depression and the highest variance for explaining the depression.

        부산항과 극동러시아항간의 물류연계 강화 방안에 관한 연구

        This study is aimed to explore enhance logistics networking between Busan port & Russian Far East ports. .This study was analyzed in two ways. First, the last five years, the three main Busan and the Russian Far East port of Vladivostok, Bostochny, Korsakov analyzing container traffic O-D. Second this study was using the combined SWOT-entropy model that consider comprehensively the results of the SWOT analysis through surveys. Results of the study, first, enhanced support services for route expansion to take advantage of the geographical advantage of the Busan port, second, professional manpower training for efficient logistics networking, third, local governments, relevant organizations of the partnership configuration, forth, using the port hinterland cross-investment logistics center construction.

        공공봉사동기의 영향요인과 효과에 관한 연구:

        본 연구는 공공봉사동기의 중요성을 인식하여 직무자율성과 혁신지원적 조직문화가 공공봉사동기와 직무열의 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 공공봉사동기의 매개효과를 연구하였다. 선행연구들의 이론적 주장과 설명을 바탕으 로 부분매개작용 모형이 제안되었다. 제안된 연구모형은 울산광역시에 소재한 공공기관 직원 248명의 응답을 표본 으로 검증되었다. 연구결과, 직무자율성은 공공봉사동기와 직무열의에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 혁 신지원적 조직문화는 공공봉사동기와 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공공봉사동기 역시 직무열의와 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 공공봉사동기가 매개작용을 한다는 가설이 입증되 었다. 즉, 정부출연기관 조직구성원들의 직무자율성과 혁신지원적 조직문화는 직무열의와 혁신행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기도 하지만 공공봉사동기를 통해서 직무열의와 혁신행동에 영향을 준다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 연구결 과에 대한 논의에는 학계와 실무계를 위한 시사점과 본 연구의 한계 및 미래연구 방향을 포함하였다. This study is an empirical study on the relationships among job autonomy, innovation-supportive organizational culture, public service motivation, job engagement and innovative behavior. A partial mediating model was suggested based on the review of prior literature and empirical findings. The suggested research model was empirically tested employing a structural equation modeling with the data obtained from 248 employees working in government-funded institutes in Ulsan Metropolitan City. The testing reveals that first, job autonomy was positively related to public service motivation and job engagement, second innovation-supportive organizational culture was positively related to public service motivation and innovative behavior, third, public service motivation was positively related to job engagement and innovative behavior. Thus, the hypothesis on the mediating public service motivation was supported. This study suggested new effective antecedents of job engagement and innovative behavior by testing the antecedent and consequences of public service motivation. Based on these findings, the limitations of the study were discussed and some potential directions for future studies were suggested.
