The purpose of this study was to present the basic pattern for one piece which are being used in Italy, and analyze the method of pattern making. 1. The basic item of pattern making were the height and the chest girth. 2. According to the standard measurement for the chest girth, the drop value of the burst was added 2cm with that, the hip girth was added 4cm with that, and the waist girth was subtracted 8cm with that. 3. The geight was used as a determinate factor of length item. 4. The chest girth was used a determinate factor of width item.

The U.S. has been selected as the prime target market for exports as a result of the dollar currently holding its strength, and massive consumption of synthetic fibers, all indications that the U.S. may be a potential gold mine in terms of exports. As in other countries, italian fashion ranks at the upper echelon of the fashion pyramid in the U.S. with regards to both price and preference. Thus, close examination of italian designs and the construction of garments are in order. The study of patternmaking techniques is also crucial in boosting the purchasing power of consumers, since the fit of a garment can determine consumers' final decision in making the purchase. It is therefore critical to perfect this technique for both the export and domestic markets in the production of high quality apparel. To this end, a study was developed on the basic pattern of U.S. consumer, and this study will be instrumental in the production of high value-added fashion merchandise. The results of the study were as follows. 1. Size 8 of U.S. developed the basic one-piece pattern the basic one-piece pattern were developed and graded. 2. The basic pantalong patterns were developed and graded.

전염성 조혈기 괴사 바이러스(IHNV)의 항원 유도 단백질 특성

To identify the immunogens of a PRT strain of Infectious Hematopoietci Necrosis Virus(IHNV) isolated from cultrued fish in Korea (Park et al., 1993), a panel of 4 monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) against IHNV-PRT strain and two polyclonal antisera from rainbow trout survived IHN disease were prepared. Proteins of purified IHNV-PRT strain were analysed on 10% SDS-PAGE and transferred onto NC paper and were incubated with the antibody solutions. With the polyclonal antibodies, four bands (M₁, M₂, G and 90Kd) were detected and the band density was in the order of M₂$gt;90Kd$gt;M₁$gt;G. However, with the MAbs, only two bands(G and 90Kd) were detected. The origin of 90Kd protein was not clear but maybe cell. All the results represented that among the five proteins of IHNV-PRT strain (Part et al., 1993). M₂, M₁ and G proteins were immunogens and M₂ protein was the strongest one.

This study was purposed to investigate the relationship between the heat transfer coefficients and the physical characters of fifty kinds of the domestic and foreign women's dress lining fabrics on the market. The physical characters were areal weight, thickness, bulk density, porosity, cover factor and air permeability. The result were as follows ; 1. Among the physical characters of lining fabrics, the thickness had effected mostly on the ehat transfer coefficient. 2. The relationship between thickness, areal weight, porosity and the heat transfer coefficient was inverse. And the relationship between the bulk density, air permeability and the heat transfer coefficient was ordered. 3. The Prosity of lining fabrics was lower that that of outwear fabrics, according to the higher bulk density and cover factor. Accordingly, the effect of the cover factor and the areal weight of lining fabrics on the heat transfer coefficient was considerably small, compared with that of outwear fabrics.

Opera La Traviata의 무대의상에 관한 연구

The present study has been made the stage costume of opera la traviata. In the process of manufacture were suggested for specialization and activation of stage costume. The suggestions are as follows; 1. Necessity of theretical education with practical production for stage costume. 2. Necessity of exchanging informations between designers of stage setting, stage lighting, propeerties, makeup, costume 3. Necessity of lineing up designers of stage costume and manufactures. 4. Necessity of sufficient production cost for stage costume. 5. Necessity of pattern makings were easy to change the size because of casting several peoples for one character.

A study on making stage costume effective and active ways in creating them with the survey on the historic aspects and theoretical bases for dramas or plays has been done it reached to the following conclusions 1.Stage costume must be adapted to dramatic image and atmosphere according to a director's opinion and a stage intention. 2.Stage costume must be felt likely aged in costume and showed a three-dimensional effect instead of plane angle on stage using of splay effect by lacquer spray. 3.Stage costume must be designed and producted by course of modification and change base on reappearance through historical research for costume and characteristic appearance of traditional costume. 4.Through historical research, stage costume must be creative and attempted various change by using of knowledge and modern sense for cloth structure, pattern and hand, etc..

연어과 어류에서 분리한 전염성 조혈기 괴사 바이러스(Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis Virus) 질병에 관한 연구

어류의 대량폐사의 원인은 여러 가지가 있을 수 있는데 가장 중요한 것 중의 하나가 바이러스 감염에 의한 것이다. 우리나라 송어양식의 경우, 바이러스성 질병에 의한 대량폐사가 발생하여 매년 수천만마리의 치어가 폐사되어 왔는데 이 질병의 원인을 조사한 결과, 전염성 췌장 괴사 바이러스(Infectious Pencreatic Necrosis Virus ; IPNV)와 전염성 조혈기 괴사 바이러스(Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis Virus ; IHNV)가 분리되어 이들의 대량폐사의 병원체임읠 밝혀내었다. 따라서 본 총설에서는 연어과 어류중 양식 대상종인 무지개송어 양식시 전염성과 병원성이 강해 치어기에 들어 대량폐사를 유발시키는 IHNV에 대해 최근 연구 결과를 중심으로 바이러스 분리 및 동정, 신속진단, 바이러스 백신 기초 기술 개발순으로 기술하고자 한다.
