측두근막을 이용한 상순 선천성 반흔 교정 : MINIMAL CLEFT LIP 예보

We have found occasionally a minimal cleft lip defrmity (congenital scar) which has a vertical grooving in the upper lip with a depression of the skin and a lack of continuity of the lateral and medial muscle mass. The minimal cleft also has a slightly wide nostril floor and a vermilion notching. For such a minor degree of the cleft there used to be several opinions about the operative method. If we can repair this minor upper lip deformity without making upper lip skin incision, this method indeed may be perfect answer for this patient. I have treated 11 cases of minimal cleft lip deformity without making a skin incision. I undermined the depressed skin and gathered it into an elevated column and inserted a temporal fascial graft to maintain the skin pocket space. The grafted temporal fascial has maintained the elevated column very well even after about 1 year. I have presented the preliminary operative result of this technique without making skin incision for the correction of minimal cleft lip deformity.
미세혈관 봉합술에 Polytetrafluoroethylene 합성혈관 이용에 관한 실험적 연구

In clinical microvascular surgery, vascular grafts 1-2 mm in diameter are often required to bridge arterial defects. Autogenous vein grafts have played a major role, but these have the disadvantages of being difficult and time-consuming to obtain, of presenting problms to flow because of the valves of the vein, and often of being unobtainable because proper diameter or sufficient length is not always available. A synthetic vascular prosthesis 2mm in diameter or less would be of great value. This article represents the experimental results of peripheral vascular reconstruction with Goretex tubes -(expanded polytetrafluoroethylene), which have the inside diameter of 1.5mm with a wall thickness of 0.2mm and the length of 5mm. The following results are obtained. 1)The grafts 2 days after implantation show the patency rate of 90%. 2)The grafts 7 days after implantation show the patency rate of 50%.

ARA Waterway is artificial canal of brackish water connecting the West Sea and the Han river in South Korea. In this investigation, we reminded how to improve and apply the stream flow method gradationally (from the test operation period to 2014), and considered how the method contributed to the reduction phytoplankton by discharging the surface water and increasing the stream flow rate in ARA Waterway. We also confirmed the possibility which could be major solution about reducing algae in major canal by applying the stream flow method, as discharging the surface water including high concentrated algae and increasing inflow of the West sea water. Thus, we concluded that discharging surface water and increasing stream flow rate are desirable method to prevent the algal bloom in the canal when we can control the stream flow via handling the lock gate and culvert gate. 경인 아라뱃길은 한강하류와 서해를 잇는 우리나라 최초의 운하이자 인공 기수역이다. 본 연구에서는 계획 시 아라뱃길의 조류농도 예측과 충수 후 시험운영 시기부터 단계적으로 유수소통 방법을 어떻게 개선하여 적용해왔는지 고찰해 보고, 배수문의 스톱로그를 활용한 표층수 배수와 해수 유입이 유수소통량 증가와 조류농도 감소에 기여한 바를 검토하였다. 조류층이 주로 서식하는 표층수를 지속적으로 배수시키고, 한강에 비해 수질이 양호한 서해의 해수 유입량을 증가시키는 방안이 수로 내 조류를 저감시키는 효과적인 방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. 수심에 따른 선택적인 배수가 가능하다면 인공 기수역에서 조류 농도를 제어하기 위해 표층수를 지속적으로 배제하고 유수소통량을 증가시켜서 운영하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.
