Flight software operated on the on-board computers in the satellite has requirements such as real-time and high reliability. These requirements make dependency between the flight software and operating environments. Further, whenever a new system is built, such problem drives that all flight software are redeveloped. Thus, the dependency between them should be removed. And the work can be achieved by improving the portability of the flight software. In this paper, we propose a platform architecture based on the IMA architecture. The platform architecture is a hybrid one built by blending two kinds of realizations of the IMA architecture in order to maximize portability. In addition, we implement a prototype system and analyze the execution results of the system to justify the proposed architecture. The proposed architecture enables us to remove the dependency between fight software and operating environments.

The objectives of this study were to investigate the relationship between daily feed intake during the lactation period and the wean-to-estrus interval of sows and to determine the optimum quantity of daily feed intake required for a normal wean-to-estrus interval. Data for daily feed intake were collected from 640 lactating sows using an automatic feeding system. The wean-to-estrus interval for each sow was also recorded. Based on the collected daily feed intake data, the sows were divided into seven groups based on daily feed intake levels ranging from 3,260 g/d to 8,292 g/d. The wean-to-estrus interval had negative correlations (p < 0.05) with parity (r = -0.129) and daily feed intake (r = -0.124). As daily feed intake increased, the wean-to-estrus interval quadratically decreased (p < 0.001). A one-slope broken-line analysis estimated that a minimum daily feed intake of approximately 6.0 kg was necessary for a normal wean-to-estrus interval in lactating sows. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of daily feed intake during the lactation period influencing the wean-to-estrus interval of sows. Proper feeding management practices should be implemented to ensure a minimum daily feed intake of at least 6.0 kg for optimal wean-to-estrus interval of sows.

스마트폰은 기존의 휴대전화보다 더 향상된 컴퓨팅 능력을 제공하는 휴대전화로, 사용자가 자유롭게 애플리케이션을 설치하여 사용할 수 있다. 스마트폰 애플리케이션은 기존의 PC 애플리케이션과 달리 하드웨어 센서와 사용자 정보를 사용할 수 있으며, 기존과 다른 사용자 인터페이스 컴포넌트를 사용한다. 이와 같은 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 특성은 설계에 반드시 반영되어야 한다. UML은 소프트웨어 모델링 언어로, 다양한 도메인을 모델링할 수 있지만, 특정 도메인의 특성을 상세히 표현할 수 없다. 이러한 이유로 UML은 확장 메커니즘을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 확장 메커니즘을 이용하여 iOS 애플리케이션의 특성을 충분히 표현할 수 있도록 UML을 확장하였다.

Process and device simulations were performed to determine the optimal ion implantation conditions to prevent double snapback of high voltage operating DDDNMOS (double diffused drain N-type MOSFET) device for ESD protection. By examining the effects of HP-Well, N<sup>-</sup> drift and N<sup>+</sup> drain ion implantation on the double snapback and avalanche breakdown voltages, it was possible to prevent double snapback and improve the electrostatic protection performance. If the ion implantation concentration of the N<sup>-</sup> drift region rather than the HP-Well region is optimally designed, it prevents the transition from the primary on-state to the secondary on-state, so that relatively good ESD protection performance can be obtained. Since the concentration of the N<sup>-</sup> drift region affects the leakage current and the avalanche breakdown voltage, in the case of a process technology with an operating voltage greater than 30V, a new structure such as DPS or colligation of optimal process conditions can be applied. In this case, improved ESD protection performance can be realized.

High current behaviors of extended drain n-typc metal-oxide-semiconductor field effects transistor (EDNMOS) with double polarity source (DPS) for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection are analyzed. Simulation based contour analyses reveal that combination of bipolar junction transistor operation and deep electron channeling induced by high electron injection gives rise to the second on-state. Therefore, the deep electron channel formation needs to be prevented in order to realize stable and robust ESD protection performance. Based on our analyses, general methodology to avoid the double snapback and to realize stable ESD protection is to be discussed.
