        Recently, industry-university cooperation has become a popular topic in Korea, which has been proved as one of essential for the industrialization in advanced countries. However, the main leaders of technical innovation, universities, institutions, and enterprises have mostly been doing their researches independently rather than relying on the co-research for the technical innovation. Considering the current situations, Korean goverment should set up the policy that those leader of technical innovations be reorganized in systematical an institutional sense, which end up with the co-research for the technical innovation.. Otherwise, Korea can't jump into the industrially advanced nation in which most of economic problem, especially, the problem of international payment can be solved through the relative advantage of technology. Furthermore, there exist an unlimited competition in high technology and a severe protectionism of technology among countries after the appearance of WTO. In establishing the system of industry-university cooperation, government takes into account the facts that industry should be organized into export oriented structure and be restructured to maximization of autonomy and originality of enterprise, and that the collection of information of technology and science, deregulation, and tax benefit and financial support should be executed by government. Also, industry-university cooperation brings about the better results through the introduction of part-time work at company for the university student, which finally cultivate the high technology man power.

        Eu와 V 동시 도핑에 의한 BiFeO<sub>3</sub> 박막의 구조와 전기적 특성

        Pure $BiFeO_3$ (BFO) and (Eu, V) co-doped $Bi_{0.9}Eu_{0.1}Fe_{0.975}V_{0.025}O_{3+{\delta}}$ (BEFVO) thin films were deposited on $Pt(111)/Ti/SiO_2/Si(100)$ substrates by chemical solution deposition. The effects of co-doping were observed by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrical properties of the BEFVO thin film were improved as compared to those of the pure BFO thin film. The remnant polarization ($2P_r$) of the BEFVO thin film was approximately $26{\mu}C/cm^2$ at a maximum electric field of 1,190 kV/cm with a frequency of 1 kHz. The leakage current density of the co-doped BEFVO thin film ($4.81{\times}10^{-5}A/cm^2$ at 100 kV/cm) was two orders of magnitude lower than of that of the pure BFO thin film.

Pt (111) / Ti / SiO2 / Si (100) 기판 상에 순수 BiFeO3 (BFO) 및 유로퓸을 동시 도핑한 Bi0.9Eu 0.1Fe0.975V0.025O3 + δ(BEFVO) 박막을 화학 물질 용액 증착법으로 형성하였다. X 선 회절, 라만 분광법 및 주사 전자 현미경을 사용하여 동시 도핑의 영향을 관찰하였다. 순수한 BFO 박막과 비교하여 BEFVO 박막의 전기적 특성이 향상됨을 확인했습니다. BEFVO 박막의 잔류 분극 (2Pr)은 1 kHz의 주파수에서 1190 kV/cm의 최대 전기장에서 약 26 μC/cm2을 보였고. 동시 도핑 된 BEFVO의 누설 전류 밀도는 100 kV/cm에서 순수한 BFO 박막의 누설 전류 밀도보다 100배 낮은 4.8 x 10-5 A/cm2 을 보였다.

        한국산 해양 의충동물 개불에서 Anthraquinone 및 Sterol 성분연구

        한국 연해에 서식하고 있는 의충동물 개불(Urechis unicintus)로 부터 강심작용과 관련된 $Na^+,K^+-ATPase$ 저해 작용 및 cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase 저해 작용이 높은 anthraquinones화합물인 chrysophanol, physcion 및 1-o-methyl-2methoxychrysophanol을 분리하였다.주로 HMQC, HMBC 및 NOE 등의 분광학적 방법으로 이들의 구조를 밝혔다. Three anthraquinones, chrysophanol, physcion and 1-o-methyl-2-methoxychrysophanol which have $Na^+,K^+-ATPase$ and cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase lowering activities related to cardiotonic action were isolated from the Korean marine echiura, Urechis unicintus. Spectroscopic methods, including HMQC, HMBC and NOE studies, were used to establish the structures.

        테크노 CEO의 성공조건

        기술의 변화 속도가 빠르고 경쟁이 치열한 경영 환경에서 기업이 지속적으로 성장․발전하기 위해서는 R&D 활동을 강화하고 기술능력과 경영능력을 겸비한 테크노 CEO를 확보․육성하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 국내외의 대표적인 테크노 CEO 8명을 연구 대상으로 사례 연구를 하여 테크노 CEO의 성공조건을 도출하였다. 다중 사례(Multiple case) 분석을 실시한 결과, 도출된 테크노 CEO의 6가지 성공조건은 “탁월한 기술능력”, “비즈니스 마인드의 겸비”, “외부 자원과 아이디어의 전략적인 활용”, “신뢰중심의 사람관리”, “철저한 현장주의”, “강한 실행력”이었다. 또한 6가지 성공조건의 이면에 존재하는 성공동력은 “열정”, “긍정적인 태도”, “운”인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 테크노 CEO가 기술경영의 핵심요인임을 강조하기 위해, 6가지 성공조건을 M(Management), O(Operation), T(Technology)로 요약하고 본 연구의 시사점을 제시하였다.

        자근으로부터 혈소판에 작용하는 천연색소물질에 관한 연구

        Lithospermum erythrorhyzon has been used as a red fooddye and traditional Chinese medicine to treat wounds, skin diseases and burns. Platelet activation plays an important role in thrombosis and haemostasis. Here, we studied the inhibition of platelet activation and its active compound from the root of Lithospermum erythrorhyzon. Its ethyl acetate extract inhibited the aggregation of washed rabbit platelets induced by collagen or thrombin. Five naphthoquinone pigments, shikonin, acetylshikonin, isobutylshikonin, α-methyl-n-butylshikonin and (β,β-dimethylacrylshikonin were isolated by means of high pressure liquid chromatography. The structures were determined by comparison of their proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. The potency of their inhibition was in the following order : β,β-dimethylacrylshikonin≥α-methyl-n-butylshikonin$gt;isobutylshikonin$gt;acetylshikonin$gt;shikonin. It is suggested that the size of the aliphatic hydroxy group of shikonin is important for the enhancement of potency.

        Diethylnitrosamine 과 Diethanolnitrosamine 이 흰쥐 혈청의 탈수소 효소활성에 미치는 영향

        Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and its isozyme patterns were investigated in the serum of the rats treated with diethylnitrosamine(DENA) or diethanolnitrosamine(DELNA). LDH activity was remarkably increased by the treatment of these chemicals, but that was gradually decreased from about 2 weeks after administration of the chemicals. Especially the relative activity of LDH isozyme 1 was increased remarkably, whereas that of isozyme. 5 was slightly decreased from the 5th days. However, the activity ratios of the isozymes were not changed significantly with time course. This unique alterations in serum LDH activity might be provide a useful information for the detection of tissue toxicity induced by these chemicals.

        EEPROM 셀에서 폴리실리콘 플로팅 게이트의 도핑 농도가 프로그래밍 문턱전압에 미치는 영향

        We have investigated the effects of doping concentration in polysilicon floating gate on the endurance characteristics of the EEPROM cell haying the structure of spacer select transistor. Several samples were prepared with different implantation conditions of phosphorus for the floating gate. Results show the dependence of doping concentration in polysilicon floating gate on performance of EEPROM cell from the floating gate engineering point of view. All of the samples were endured up to half million programming/erasing cycle. However, the best $program-{\Delta}V_{T}$ characteristic was obtained in the cell doped at the dose of $1{\times}10^{15}/cm^{2}$.
