음악동화 만들기 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 그림책을 활용한 음악동화 만들기 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성(깊이와 밀도)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 G지역의 4년제 대학 유아교육과 학생 20명을 대상으로 16주에 걸쳐 그림책을 활용한 음악동화 만들기 프로그램을 진행하였으며, 음악교수내용지식(윤지영, 2014) 측정과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 작성을 프로그램 진행 전과 후에 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 음악동화 만들기 프로그램 실시 전‧후 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 음악동화 만들기 프로그램 실시 전‧후 예비유아교사의 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성(깊이와 밀도)에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 창의적 음악경험은 예비유아교사의 음악적 지식 구성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주었으며, 이는 예비유아교사교육과정의 기초자료로서 시사점을 가진다.

How to obtain the point of connection between feminist philosophy and the sociology of the response? This is only possible through the sociology of the response, which is the most insightful and courageous methodology requiring the disruption of the field of thought. This sociology allows us to leave the soliloquy to lead to an intellectual conversation. First, I try to compare the difference in the use of the notion of culture in post-structural thinking and cultural pragmatism. Secondly, I focus on the plasticity of culture which implies the inter composition between agent and culture. Thirdly, the notion of narration as the axis of unification and ordering, of the development of successive and linear temporality, is part of rationalism. But the modality of narration for the social minority is the way to face the limit of the hegemonic and rational modality of narration and the creation of the new symbolic order. 페미니즘 철학과 사회학이라는 두 학문의 이질적 접속면은 어떻게 도출 가능한 것인가? 이는 응답의 사회학이라는 가장 예리한 지성의 두드림을 통해 직조 가능하다. 왜냐하면 응답의 사회학은 지성의 작업물들을 깊이에 천착한 독백의 장이 아닌 대화의 망 위로 옮겨놓도록 하는 지형 변동의 역량을 갖추고 있기 때문이다. 첫 번째로 필자는 이러한 응답의 사회학의 자장에서 초월적 심급이자 미리 주어진 남근 질서로서의 문화개념이 어떻게 문화 화용론적 관점의 문화 개념과 충돌을 일으키고 의미론적 차이를 보이는가를 탐구하고자 할 것이다. 두 번째로 문화 화용론의 관점에서 문화 개념의 유동성, 재조합성, 활용 가능성에 주목한 후에, 문화와 행위자 간의 상호구성력 또한 살펴보고자 할 것이다. 세 번째로 이해가능한 일관성과 통합성의 축이자 순차적 시간성의 전개도면으로 서사 개념을 접근하는 것이 여전히 합리주의적 세계관의 연장선 안에 있는 것이자 사회적 다수자의 관점임을 비판할 것이다. 왜냐하면 소수자들의 서사양식은 기존의 주류적 서사 양식의 무능성을 직면시키는 일임과 동시에 기존의 상징체계의 내파이자 새로운 상징체계로의 이행을 촉진하는 것이기 때문이다.

남성지배의 몸과 남근 이데올로기의 문제: 페니스 나르시시즘과 페니스 카르텔의 해체전략

This article aims to deconstruct the mechanism of male domination that constantly reproduces the hegemonic class of men. In order to overcome misogyny, we should no longer deny the ontological dimension of the reality of women’s oppressions and the pre-eminence of the material condition of women’s existence. In addition, the possibility of the category of women as a modality of resistance should be taken into consideration. First, I will highlight the correlation between penis and phallus according to which the phallus refers to the penis which is malleable and fragile and which disappears without being castrated by the external factor. From here we could deduce the fragility and imperfection, the non-absoluteness of the phallic order. Secondly, I will analyze the mechanism of penis-narcissism, which is the modality of the constitution of the individual identity of man. The penis is not only a physiological organ, but a site of self-estimation and the validity of the succession of power and authority of the father’s law. With this penis-narcissism, man is constituted as a hegemonic body that can let itself go without worrying about the reactions of others. Thirdly, I will focus on the mechanism of the penis-cartel which is the modality of the formation of the collective identity. The penis-cartel is reinforced by the mutual affirmation of the superiority of men among themselves, but also by the permission and the tacit agreement of their absurdity and lack of rationality and corruption. Because the privilege of men is not monopolized by a small part of the elite, but is consciously and unconsciously shared by all men who are part of the hegemonic and collective category. In order to deconstruct the penis-narcissism and the penis-cartel, it is necessary to demonstrate that the penis is not a self-sufficient body, nor a closed and impermeable body, but that it is a porous body where the organ serves both ejaculation and urinary ejection. The penis is a porous body that is at once the site of sublimity and degradation, purity and impurity. In addition, the penis is no longer an all-powerful and aggressive organ, but it is a malleable and fluid flesh that constantly changes its shape. Linked to a phallus-organ that is the notion of Jacques-Alain Miller, it is a site of deficiency and vulnerability that is not the axis of the penis-cartel. It is through the notion of the double porosity of the penis and the phenomenology of the flesh of the penis, I try to provide the modality of undoing the reproductive mechanism of predatory masculinity. Because this would be an effective strategy to overcome misogyny. 여성혐오를 넘어서기 위해서는 여성이라는 존재론적 차원의 물질성과 현실성을 기각시키거나 저항의 단위소를 무화시키는 것이 아닌, 성별 불평등구조에서 지배계급성을 구성하고 있는 남성성의 작동 메커니즘에 대한 치밀한 분석과 해체로 나아가야 한다. 이를 위해 필자는 첫 번째로 남근질서라는 아버지의 법질서에서 팔루스와 페니스 간의 유착성-팔루스가 초월적이며 절대적 심급이 아닌 스스로 축소되고 사라져버리는 페니스의 유약성에 참조점을 두고 있는 내재적 결핍성의 지점임을 이론적으로 추적해나감으로써 남근질서의 해체가능성을 모색해보고자 한다. 두 번째로 남성지배의 축 중 하나인 페니스 나르시시즘이라는 개인적 정체성화의 작동방식을 분석해보고자 한다. 여기서 페니스는 해부학적 기관에 그치는 것이 아니라 자기애의 온전성을 담지받는 장소이자 아버지의 법질서의 사회문화적 권위와 권력의 계승점을 나타내는 것이다. 즉 남성은 자신의 페니스를 중심으로 페니스 나르시시즘이라는 개인으로서의 남성의 정체성화 양식을 구성해나가고 있으며, 사회문화적으로는 방기하는 몸이라는 권력적 몸, 특권적 몸을 양산하는 것이다. 세 번째로 남성지배의 또 다른 축인 페니스 카르텔이라는 집단적 정체성화의 메커니즘은 남성들의 본래적 우월성의 상호확인에서만이 아니라, 남성들의 자기 완결성의 결여, 무능력함과 형편없음, 비리 축적을 상호 묵인함으로써 더욱 더 강력하게 작동하는 것이다. 왜냐하면 남성 특권구조란 특정한 남성 개개인에게 독점되는 양태가 아니라, 남성이라는 성별 계급으로 범주화된 이들이 의식적, 무의식적으로 나눠가지는 지배적 집합성에서 기인하는 것이기 때문이다. 이러한 페니스 나르시시즘과 페니스 카르텔을 해체하기 위해서 페니스가 자기완결적이며 불침투적인 닫힌 몸이 아님을 드러내어야 한다. 즉 페니스는 사정기관과 배설 기관이라는 다공성의 일체화 구조를 통해 구멍 지어진 몸이자 숭고와 비천, 깨끗함과 더러움 등의 분열적 지점이라 할 수 있다. 또한 우뚝 솟은 불변의 공격성과 능동성, 힘과 권위의 기관이 아닌, 시시각각 형태가 변하는 유동적 살로서의 페니스와 팔루스-기관의 유약성을 연동시켜 사유해봄으로써 페니스 카르텔의 남근다발이 한데 묶일 수조차 없는 결핍성의 지대임을 논증하고자 한다. 남근 이데올로기론이 갖는 임계점을 이론적으로 살펴봄으로써, 폭압적 남성성의 재생산 고리를 끊어내어 여성혐오를 극복해보고자 한다.

현재 주택 유형별 비율은 공동주택이 가장 크며 공동주택의 가구 수는 꾸준히 증가하는 것으로 보아 공동주택의 건설사업은 여전히 지속되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 공동주택 건설사업이 지속됨에 따라 사업초기단계에서 의사결정과 사업성 평가에 대한 개산견적의 정확성이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 개산견적에 영향을 미치는 영향요인들을 선정하고 가중치 분석을 통해 요인별 상대적 중요도를 나타냈으며 정확성을 향상시키기 위해 개산견적의 산출방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 산출방안은 프로젝트의 사업성 검토 시 유용한 자료로 활용될 것이며 발주자의 경제적 손실을 방지하는데 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다. Currently, the multi-unit houses are the largest in the ratio of housing types, and the number of households in multi-unit houses is steadily increasing. As the multi-family housing project continues, the accuracy of estimates for decision-making and feasibility assessment are required in the early stages of the project. Therefore, this study selected the influential factors affecting the estimated estimate and showed the relative importance of each factor through weight analysis and suggested the method of calculating the estimated estimate to improve the accuracy. The calculation plan presented through this study will be used as a useful data for project feasibility review and is expected to make a great contribution in preventing the economic loss of the client.

증오의 프리즘으로서의 일간 베스트 현상 읽기

필자는 본 논문에서 일간 베스트 현상이라는 최근의 이슈를 들뢰즈의??차 이와 반복??이 제공하는 문제틀을 통해 읽어내고자 한다. 일간 베스트 사용자들을 추동시키는 증오의 파토스가 어떻게 분노의 파토스와 구분되는가를 분석해 낼 것이 며, 나아가 일베들이 페미니스트를 증오하는 이유를 정신분석학적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 페니스와 팔루스의 불일치의 간극 속에서 자신의 생물학적 남근성이 상징적, 문화적, 사회적 권력성으로서의 남근성과 일치하지 않게 되자, 이 간극과 불일치를 봉합하고자 일베들은 다음과 같은 전략을 취한다. 즉 일베들은 자신의 소수자성을 부인함과 동시에 다른 소수자들에게 김치녀, 홍어, 좌좀이라는 낙인적 명명행위를 시도하며 타자를 범주화, 정체성화함으로써 상징적 남근성을 발현하고자 하는 것이 다. 또한 일베들은 정주적 분배 방식으로서의 존재의 유비성의 테제-미리 정해진 몫을 위계적으로 할당, 분배하는 보수적 질서에 충실한 이라면, 일베들의 증오의 대상인 페미니스트는 분노의 파토스라는 정치적 역량의 힘과 변신의 윤리학의 가능 성을 발휘하는 자로서 존재의 일의성이라는 평등성과 비위계성으로서의 차이의 테 제를 실현하는 자라고 필자는 해석해 본다. 나아가 파토스의 정치학과 윤리학이 어 떠한 방식으로 새로운 주체화의 양태를 추동시키는가를 모색하고자, 필자는 들뢰즈 의 애벌레-주체 개념과 필자가 제창한 변이체라는 메타모르포젝트 개념이 서로 어 떻게 연동될 수 있는가를 면밀히 논증해 나가고자 한다.

Today we live in a global village owing to the development of transportation and communication and almost one of ten couples in Korea are married with a different nationality every year. In addition, divorce cases between international marriage couples are increasing rapidly. As families form and dissolve across international borders, domestic family law does not adequately address the needs of parents and children with ties to multiple legal systems. The international parental child abduction exemplifies these complex issues. When the child has been taken or kept overseas by one of the parents, that child may suffer from linguistic, social and cultural barriers and the left-behind parent may have difficulties in finding or recovering a child. Accordingly, it is necessary that the international parental child abduction should be handled differently considering the differences with child kidnapping within the country. The international society(Hague Conference on Private International Law) adopted the “Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction(Hague Child Abduction Convention)” in 1980 and South Korea acceded to the Hague Child Abduction Convention on December 13, 2012, whereby South Korea became the 89th contracting nation to the convention. However, considerable number of marriage immigrants in Korea came from countries such as China, Vietnam and the Philippines and these countries are not party to the Hague Child Abduction Convention. In this respect, the effectiveness of the international civil remedy through the Hague Child Abduction Convention is being questioned. The Supreme Court of Korea declared the defendant(Vietnamese female marriage immigrant) not guilty on June 30, 2013. The defendant took a 13 month old baby to her native Vietnam without husband’s consent and she was charged with kidnapping and transporting kidnapped person to foreign country. In this ruling, there was a fierce theoretical battle between Justices and 5 of 13 Justices wrote a dissenting opinion. As the divorce rate of multi-cultural family is raising, the number of korean parents who suffer from problems related to international child kidnapping by foreign spouses is on the increase. Under these circumstances, this Supreme Court judgement has a significant meaning. This paper reviews this Supreme Court judgement mainly with the established requirements of kidnapping minor and transporting abductee to foreign country.

1. Objectives and Methods Sasang Constitutional Medicine is the original Korean Medicine. The purpose of this study was to objectify the diagnosis of Sasang Constitution. 212 Women's sentences were analyzed into 228 factors like Pitch, APQ, Shimmer, Octave and Energy, etc. Women's sentences were classified into 3 categories: total group, under 54 years old group and over 55 years old group. 2. Results 1) In Total group Soyangin's Center feq.(3) was significantly high compared with Taeyangin and Taeumin groups. Taeumin's Pitch2 was significantly high compared with Soeumin and Taeyangin groups. Taeyangin's Pitch S.D. was significantly high compared with Soyangin group. Taeyangin's Octave6 was significantly high compared with Soeumin group. There were no significant differences among constitutional groups in APQ and Shimmer segment. On the point of Energy, Taeyangin's G Tot E(1), G# Tot E(1), G dev.(1), G# dev.(1), G Tot E(2), G# Tot E(2), G dev.(4) and G# dev.(4) were significantly high compared with other groups. Soyangin's A#S.D.(2) was significantly high compared with Taeyangin group. Taeyangin's A#S.D.(3) was significantly high compared with Taeumin group. Taeyangin's F S.D.(5), F# S.D.(5) and Max Average were significantly high compared with Soeumin group. Taeumin's Peak3 and Peak4 were significantly high compared with Taeyangin group.
